The house is situated on one of the most exclusive residential areas of Puerto, near Taoro Park. The owner of this ample and comfortable villa is a well known architect who doubtless has done a good job. LED lighting, ecological water utilization. The chalet offers 130 m2 on one level, a 60 m2 garden with views and a 270 m2 terrace where you can use the barbecue. The 19 m2 White pool is one of the attractive of this house, with an iregular size of 6m x 3m. The best of the house are the sunsets and the quality details everywhere: totally modern and fully equipped kitchen and big spaces. Note: Pool towels are provided. Free wi-fi. Great!

We enjoyed our stay at the house which is situated in a very quiet part of town. It’s well equipped and particularly liked that soap, dishwasher tablets, toilet paper, and detergent for the washing machine is supplied. Unfortunately the pool was very cold so much so that we couldn’t use it. We so enjoyed sitting on the terrace (3 different seating areas) and the garden is very pleasant.

Fantastic, comfortable and peaceful. Wonderful location.

The villa actually added to our holiday. We walked down into town which was a very pretty flower lined walk. We took taxis to come back up, never a problem and only 4€. The villa was in a quiet residential area flowers and gardens everywhere. The beds were so comfortable and it was literally silent outside, we slept very well. I would definitely recommend and would love to come back.

Very nice place

The villa was good and quiet good for relaxing kitchen had everything you need. The weather was very good only at night little bit cooler. The villa 15 minutes walk from the centre taxi cheap enough. The owner is nice and helpful. We loved to be here

Great villa!

Really enjoyed our stay here even though the weather was a bit unsettled during the week. The villa has everything that you need and Marc the owner met us on arrival and was very helpful during our stay. Ana the agent was also very helpful in advance of our arrival too. We found some good restaurants and bars, particularly tapas! We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property.

Beautiful villa in peaceful area

Cannot praise this villa highly enough - the second time we have stayed here,it is so peaceful and situated in a lovely quiet residential area. Very well equipped and so clean and comfortable, a pleasure to stay here. We first came last year at a different time, so that we could see what differences in the seasons of the year. Things to do are countless as are the excellent restaurants in the area. But the villa is so well equipped that you can cook at home without any prob;ems. The basic condiments are in the cupboard. We spent many hours just relaxing and reading in the lovely garden, listening to the birds singing. The champagne left for us in the fridge,was much appreciated, thanks Marc. It was nice to see you again. Many thanks for letting us use your beautiful villa. Pat and Marco Buckinghamshire

Not as thought it would be, photographs were misleading, spec not as high as in photos,

Not toddler friendly, the biggest problem for us was that there was no fans or air conditioning in the property, we visited at the end of September and at times it was still uncomfortably hot in the property. The microwave was not in a convenient place and the outside frame became extremely hot when used, whereby we had burnt our wrists several times when retrieving items inside. Kitchen wasn’t particularly well equipped.

Fantastic villa in a good location with a lovely 20 minute walk into town.

Our family stayed here in August and we had a great time, the villa is very modern and spacious and clean. Marc greeted us on arrival and we thank him for giving us information about the local area, where to go and where to eat, etc also thanks for leaving us some essentials like milk, bread tea bags etc as we arrived after a late flight. Also a special thankyou to the cleaner and the gardener who would leave a flower in a glass for my wife, which she appreciated. Also thanks to Ana for her quick replies to our emails and letting us stay at your lovely villa!!

Excelent villa

The villa was excellent. There were plenty of supplies in the kitchen with tea bags, salt pepper amongst other condiments which is realy useful for cooking in. The layout worked perfectly with the bedrooms being tucked away from the living area. The bedrooms were simple but decorated well. I can see what the other reviews said about the sofas but you could actually lift the back up and get a neck rest so it was very comfy then. The only downside was the unheated pool which we were aware of but it was sooooo cold.We unfortunately had quite a bit of rain which meant it never really got any warmer. The furniture under the overhang would unfortunately still be in the rain so we could not use that either but then it was December. The area where the villa is in is very quiet area but quite a hike from the town centre esp being uphill but we did walk it a few times. The town is so much nicer than some of the touristy towns. Overall would definitely recommend the villa for warmer/drier times if you want to use the outside area but the inside is superb.

beautiful, well-appointed villa

We were 2 families with two 7 year-old boys and a 4 year-old girl. We flew in to Tenerife Sur and from there it was about an hour and 10 to the villa. We had a very comfortable stay and really enjoyed the well-appointed, comfortable villa. We all enjoyed splashing about in the pool and the villa had everything you could need, including lovely hosts who were very thoughtful and helpful. We walked into town to go to the volcanic sand Playa Jardin, to the salt water pools of Lago Martianez, to the many tasty restaurants and to catch the free train to Loro Parque. When the kids were too tired and the parents had had the odd glass of wine we caught a taxi home which cost us less than €5. Puerto de la Cruz is blissfully free of all the vulgar Brits-abroad shops, restaurants and cod Irish pubs that are in the south of the island. However, you don't need to speak Spanish as almost everywhere has menus translated into English and German. Anywhere you want to go on the island is within a two hour drive and so this is a lovely place to base yourself. We stayed mid October and the weather during the day was lovely, ranging from 25-35 C. We would highly recommend the villa for a lovely holiday.

Superb property is greal location.

Absolutely stunning property which was lovely. Only fault is that there is no air conditioning or fans. We managed whilst there but could not of stayed here had it been June/July. Apart from that the house was immaculate and a beautiful place to stay and relax in. Hosts could not of been more helpful either.

Lovely modern villa

Had a lovely holiday in this modern villa. Marc met us when we arrived and provided us with plenty of information regarding restaurants, taxis supermarkets and all the local attractions. It was a pleasant walk into the main town we had taxis back in the evening for between 3 and 5 euros. It was nice to have a cleaner coming in halfway through the two week stay, and having pool towels provided. The only downside for us was some evenings we were very warm and probably a cool fan in the bedrooms would have been refreshing, having said that we had a brilliant time and would defiantly recommend this villa. Beautiful and Tranquil Villa in Peaceful Location

We would like to say a huge thank you to both Marc and Ana - the villa is just beautiful, decor is perfect - so modern and yet comfortable. The garden is teeming with tiny birds and obviously a resident Mr Blackbird who spent most afternoons pottering about in the garden! We had intended to explore the Island much more than we did, we just wanted to go out for lunch and then enjoy the villa and garden, relax and read. I know there was a comment re the sofa - yes would agree that it is not easy to sit on, it might look great but it is not comfortable and you have to lounge rather than sit on it and if you have joint problems as I have , then it is actually painful. So we just brought one of the chairs from the side patio in as they are really comfortable to sit on and then when we left we just put it back! In fact neither of us sat on it for long. But I think a small armchair would fit in the room in the corner by the window without making it too cluttered. Could do with a few small bowls for cereals in the morning, the only small ones were for children but did not stop us using those. The villa is absolutely spotless and we cannot say enough about it, we loved it. Marc was so helpful and told us some other places to visit, we of course ran out of time and so it just means we shall be returning, so much to see and the Island is gorgeous. The 2 comments I have made certainly do not stop us giving the villa 5 out of 5 stars. The weather was so kind to us too, we had a drop of rain one night, during the night and that was it! Warm sunshine although the wind did have a bit of a bite some days, but at least comfortable to be able to walk. As I say, we cannot say enough about this beautiful villa. We hope to come back, hopefully next year and see it again. Plus do more exploring the island eat more of the beautiful foods! The fish restaurants are to die for, amazing food! Marc and Ana - thank you again for all your help.

Ref 1655572 Totally New Viila with Pool

Great location, quiet area, wonderful views, we loved the area and will return Villa is a bit stark, the images are flattering , only basic amenities , cupboards had fresh paint smell and had to be left open all the time, no proper curtains for privacy in the lounge, only one bedroom was made up, the other three were just mattresses and no bed linen, only hand towels to dry on after shower , leather seating was low slung and not suitable for those with back problems or needing back support. Its a shame this was not fully considered, as the villa has the potential to be very good.

An enjoyable property

In our view this property is very well situated. It is about a 15 minute walk to Puerta and is in a very quiet location. The walk down to the town is a pleasant stroll downhill and there are plenty of taxis to catch to return to the villa if you do not fancy the return walk uphill. The property is well laid out and set up to enjoy the veranda areas looking out to sea. We enjoyed our stay and may well return. Marc was most helpful in providing tips on the best restaurants etc as well as introducing us to the features of the property.

Absolutely fantastic!

Wonderful house with modern touch. Great location in quiet area and not to far from the central parts of Puerto. Nice welcome by the owner who also provide us with information about restaurants, things to do etc.. Even if we have visited Puerto at least one time a year since 1979 here is a lot of things we haven't seen before. Booking process and contact with Ana was perfect and everything felt safe and organized. We will surely rent the house again.

Lovely villa in perfect location to explore the island

We have loved every minute of our stay. The villa has been just perfect. So spacious, clean and everything we required for our stay. Ana and Marc have been great both before and during our stay. Marc gave us many great recommendations and was always on hand should we need him. January was the perfect time too visit - not too hot (23-24°C) and not too many tourists around. The Perfect Holiday Villa in North Tenerife

The booking process through the property manager Ana was straightforward and efficient and Ana kindly sent local info before our arrival. We met the owner, Marc, on arrival who warmly welcomed us and showed us around. The villa was spotless and spacious. Very well equipped and ideal for our family of 7 including our 7 month granddaughter. The tropical gardens well tended and had lovely outlook toward the sea. We really enjoyed Puerto del la Cruz and the varied places around Tenerife on our first visit. A little tricky finding your way around the town in a rental car, so Sat Nav was good to have. Highly Recommended!

A fantastic villa with great facilities - perfect for a family holiday

The villa is very well equipped and comfortable for adults and children. The garden is beautiful and the children enjoyed jumping in the (cold) pool! The villa is near a lovely park and the town is an easy downhill stroll (get a taxi back up!) The internet in the villa was OK but not sufficient to watch videos and Tenerife TV channels are mostly Spanish and German so if you don't speak those languages you may want to bring DVDs! When we arrived there was no DVD player but Marc took care of that! In fact, Marc was just a WhatsApp away if we needed anything. One thing about Tenerife - if it's cloudy, rainy or chilly in Puerto, you can drive to Playa de Arena on the other side of the island, next to Los Gigantes (1 hour drive) and catch the sun there. We did this a few times and it was really worth it. The beach there is lovely, sunny (!) and has massive waves to jump. Loro Parque is fun to do with children but try to ignore the shameless up-selling around the entrance and get in to the park as soon as you can. We would absolutely recommend this villa and hope to return soon. Thanks Marc and Ana!

Lovely very comfortable villa

We had a fantastic stay. The villa is lovely, well equipped and has well positioned outdoor space. There was only two of us but it was great having so much space to ourselves. Having breakfast outside every morning in the sunshine was heaven and we made good use of the barbeque. There's lots to see and do in the local area and around the island, if you want to get out and about. It was also just lovely to hang around the villa and enjoy it. I even learnt to snorkel, for the first time, in the pool! The gardens are well maintained, with beautiful flowers and plants. And no it doesn't rain every night, it's the sprinklers during the night on the garden! :-) There's a couple of friendly bars nearby and enjoyed the walk downhill to the town centre. Yes a taxis back is a good idea though and less than 4 euros. The booking process was simple and straightforward with Ana. Marc the friendly owner, was there to meet us on arrival and pass on some of his own recommendations to help enjoy our stay. Thoroughly enjoyed our holiday and would highly recommend this villa.

Why they chose this property

The best point of this house is its situation, and its privacy and quietness, although it is quite close (6 minutes walking) to the impresive Parque Taoro. As the house is totally new, it is very comfortable: it is the ideal place to enjoy a holiday with friends or for family meetings.

What makes this property unique

The villa is ideal to be on Puerto de la Cruz, on a very quiet área, but with easy comunications everywhere.

On central Puerto you can find a wide range of restaurants (typical, fresh fish ones, vegetarians, cool, international, etc), shops and sea avenues with cafés to sit down and enjoy the peculiar atmosphere, as Puerto preserves the routes of the fishing village it was on the past. The perfect place to rest.
