Beachfront apartment, with sea views

Our apartment (40 m2) has been recently renovated. The kitchen equipped with induction hob with two fire, microwave and oven.
A bedroom with a double bed (1.60 m) and a closet, and another bedroom with 2 single beds (90 cm) and a closet. Bathroom with shower and washing machine, A lounge with a TV 32 'Full HD. Sat Astra 19. 2 and Hotbird 13 and Internet WIFI. And a large table for 4 people. There is also a small terrace with a table and chairs and sea views. There is a shared pool (for only 12 apartments) and a direct access to the promenade (Paseo Costa Canaria). The beach is only a few minutes walk, as well as restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacy, shops, bus stop. We will be happy to give you more information by email. No car needed

Ideal accommodation for a sunny break.

Top floor apartment on promenade not far from lifts down to beach. Really well appointed. Some good restaurants on the streets behind as well as main beach area. Bus stop 100m.

Excellent apartment!

The apartment was very clean, well furnished and in an excellent position on the promenade of Playa del Ingles. Anne was an excellent communicator, answered our questions and booked our airport taxis at a very good rate. We used the pool every day and had it to ourselves. Two supermarkets just behind the apartment block were very well stocked. We would definitely return!

Vrbo - identifying the property we wanted was relatively easy. The booking process was fine. Once finished we were in communication with the owners. Great view of the ocean and beaches. Close to all the shops, restaurants, etc. The vicinity is quiet. Firm mattresses on the beds. All good

Lovely apartment, great location

Anne’s place is modern, beautifully furnished and fully equipped right on the promenade and close to all facilities. It’s our second stay with young adult children who enjoy the area, just enough for them to be kept occupied.

Everything you need.

We stayed as a family of three in this lovely compact apartment during the first week in April. Ann organised airport transfers for us, which ran smoothly. From the moment we arrived Juan was friendly and helpful. The apartment was immaculately clean and tidy and has everything you could possibly need during your stay. Beach towels were provided too - a real bonus. The apartments are close together and I can imagine during high season would be quite noisy. However our stay was very peaceful with only one other apartment being occupied. Watch out for the African ladies or congregate daily outside on the corner of the apartment (promanade side) waiting to take your hand, slap a bracelet on you and relieve you of your money!! We had a lovely holiday and would thoroughly recommend this apartment.

A small comfortable apartment with sun or shade all day

The apartment is small but comfortable and exceptionally clean. The main balcony overlooks the promonade, has great views of the sea and gets sun until the early afternoon. The area at the top of the stairs is private and gets sun in the afternoon until the early evening allowing sun or shade all day. The beds were comfotable and the flat screen TV, internet and washing machine all worked without problems. The surrounding area is generally quiet with about a 15 minute walk to the Yumbo. Buses to the airport and other parts of the island are close by. Communication with Anne was friendly and efficient and both arrival and departure were trouble free. We really enjoyed our stay.

A lovely position and a great place to stay for a holiday.

The apartment is cosy and comfortable with everything you need for a memorable holiday. It is probably the second best apartment in the whole block. The balcony at the side has limited views of the sea but has the sun first thing in the morning so great for breakfast outside. The small area at the top of the outside staircase gets the evening sun and it is lovely sitting here with a sundowner although there is no view to speak of. The other apartments lower down are in the shade much earlier. We hired bikes for the week and locked them in the garden below when not in use. The promenade along the front is directly accessible from the garden and we cycled for miles along it in both directions. I don't think anybody would be disappointed staying here.

A very clean and tidy well appointed apartment

The apartment is very well appointed, clean and recently refurbished, the photos do not do it justice! it was everything we needed for a week away. Anne was very helpful and answered all our questions promptly, organised taxi's to and from the airport etc. I would recommend this apartment.

Modern,Clean.Ideal apartment

We stayed for eleven nights.We were picked up at the airport then met at the apartment by Mr Juan who explained everything we needed to know about the apartment.The apartment was well equipped and very nicely decorated.I would recommend it to anyone wanting to stay in Gran Canaria.The view from the balcony across the sea is brilliant.Thanks to Anne and Mr Juan for everything.

JUST PERFECTION !!!

Firstly we as a family would like say a special thank you to Anne and Juan for the most perfectly organised trip from start to finish everything went so smooth without any hiccups at all , the photographs you see of the apartment are exactly what you get on arrival all the appliances are new and the whole apartment is spotless everything is modern with everything you need is at hand, you have a safe in the master bedroom, iron, iron board, hair dryer, washing machine, kettle, the list is endless, also we normally book our transfer to and from the airport ourselves but Anne had a better idea we were chauffeur driven from the airport by there organised driver which was only €30 there and back which beat all my quotes of €98 from resort hoppa and holiday taxis which saved us €38, the pool was cleaned everyday and my two boys loved it, the cleaner came during our stay to change linen and made the whole apartment pristine again, the apartment is situated directly on the paseo caseo promenade with abundance of shops and restaurants to your right your left and ahead the whole package of this holiday was so perfect it felt like a dream come true it was two weeks of of perfect relaxation and tranquility, so on behalf of me my wife my two boys we would like to say a special thank you to Anne and Juan many thanks and hope to see you again in the near future

Perfect promenade location with amazing sea views

Everything from start to finish was easy! The apartment itself is perfect for up to four people and immaculately clean and tidy. Everything is brand new and of a good quality. Internet was good and no problems with that. The complex itself was very quiet and very secure with around 12 apartments. The area around the pool is small but when we were there it was hardly used at all by anyone. One sunbather once all week. Its great if you have kiddies as there is a small pool for them and with all the gates and security you know they can't escape!! Parking on the street was extremely easy and was around 4 euros a day. I was told by a few people that July and August it may be difficult to park due to the amount of tourists although there are lots of street parking around so I wouldn't think you'd struggle too hard. All in all we had a fab week and I will certainly be rebooking this apartment later this year for some winter sun!

Best rental I've stayed in on Gran Can

This apartment is super high quality. Extremely clean, perfectly equipped and very comfortable with quality fittings. As for location, it's perfect, a short 15 minute leisurely walk to the Yumbo, about 1 minute to the beach opposite. Sit on the balcony and enjoy uninterrupted sea-views while you eat your meals and then walk along the promenade outside. The collection from the airport and meet and greet at the apartment was seamless. And very good value. This is the best place I've every stayed in Gran Can. It's perfect. Will definitely be back.

Top Basis für den Traumurlaub

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Einfach nur ein traumhafter Ort, um dem Alltag zu entfliehen und neue Kraft zu schöpfen. Es wurde in der Ferienwohnung an alles gedacht. Wir bekamen bei der Ankunft Wasser, Wein, Apfelschorle und Kekse. Auch Pods für die Waschmaschine waren vorhanden. Herzlichen Dank. Viele Einkaufsmöglichkeit und Restaurants in wenigen Fußminuten zu erreichen. Auch die Dünen kann man zu Fuß gut erreichen. Die Wohnung hat wirklich einen perfekten Standort. Für längere Ausflüge ist die Bushaltestelle gleich um die Ecke. Es hat uns absolut an nichts gefehlt. Juan ist ein toller Gastgeber. Er hat den Transfer zum Flughafen super für uns organisiert. Die wöchentliche Reinigung der Wohnung mit Wechsel der Handtücher und Bettwäsche war wirklich super. Das Einzige was wir nicht gut fanden, war die Matratze im Schlafzimmer. Sie war uns persönlich zu hart. Das empfindet natürlich jeder unterschiedlich. Einen kleiner Verbesserungsvorschlag von uns ist, das Sofa im Wohnzimmer bei Gelegenheit zu erneuern. Es hat die beste Zeit einfach hinter. Wir können diese Ferienwohnung absolut weiterempfehlen. Es waren 10 super tolle Tage. Vielen herzlichen Dank, Juan. die Ecke

Absolut empfehlenswert!

Sauberste Wohnung, die wir je hatten!Perfekter Service mit persönlichem, herzlichem Empfang und Einweisung in die Wohnung. Alles was man für den Alltag braucht war vorhanden-das haben wir so noch nicht erlebt (Shampoo, Waschlotion, Waschmittel, Kaffee-Pads, Bier, Wasser, Wein, etc.). Das Meer direkt vor der Haustür… Wohnung ist ein wenig hellhörig. Vermieter ist auch während des Aufenthaltes erreichbar und hat uns tolle Restaurant-Empfehlungen gegeben. Wir waren 2 Wochen da und hatten eine intensive Zwischenreinigung. In Laufnähe der Wohnung gibt es zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants z.B. das Alma Gaia. Auch zahlreiche Parkplätze sind vorhanden.
