Its comfort, its neat decoration, its garden and its beautiful sight on the ocean promise you a successful holiday!
It is located in Colimaçons-Les-Hauts close to several tourist attractions (Botanical Conservatory Mascarin, paragliding takeoff platform, museum Stella Matutina, Saint-Leu, ...).
Our apartment is located on the lower part of our house. Totally independent and without vis-à-vis, you will also have access to its outdoor terrace and the garden.
With an area of 64m², it consists of:
Inside :
- 1 bedroom with a bed of 160cm, walk-in shower, sink and toilet;
- 1 second bedroom with a 160cm bed;
- 1 bathroom with walk-in shower and WC;
- 1 living room with a sofa bed 2 places (160cm) and a TV;
- 1 fully equipped kitchen
Outside :
- 1 semi-closed terrace;
- 1 dining table
- 1 outdoor kitchen
- 1 barbecue
- access to our beautiful tropical garden;
- the magnificent view of the Indian Ocean and Salt Point;
- 2 secure parking spaces.
