Loved our stay

Totally idilic play and perfect host. Couple of pointers for other guests - hire a small car the drive and parking it tight and the TV channels were in German :)

Lovely outdoor space and views

Stunning location but 2km of single narrow road access,small car is a must. very clean,but you have to manage the a/c when all rooms are occupied due to energy limits to property.Some items of crockery were chipped and bigger selection of bowls for serving and mixing would not go amiss.Tony the host was responsive when we had a small issue and overall we had a very pleasant week.

Family holiday

We had the most amazing stay at Toni’s villa the on line photos do not do it justice it’s is very beautiful and peaceful. We walked into fornalutx and biniaraix most days for breakfast it wax a good 35 min walk to both. The villa is in a very peaceful setting with views of the mountain , the grounds were immaculate and Toni was so kind bringing us the local treats we would love to return xx

Lovely week in Ca’n Sampol

My family (my husband, our children, their spouses and 4 grandchildren aged 3 and under) have just spent a wonderful week at Ca’n Sampol. Toni was an attentive and excellent host - he provided some gorgeous snacks as our flights were late arriving, which were most welcome and provided 2 high chairs and 2 cots for the babies, borrowing one from a friend. The setting of the house is perfect, nestled in the Soller valley, very quiet & has the sun all day until 8.30 in the evening. The grounds and swimming pool area are safe for little children as there is robust fencing, and we managed to park 3 cars in the parking space, with some jiggling around. All communications were clear and timely and the house was well equipped and, together with the grounds and pool was immaculate. Three of the bedrooms were ensuite, which was great. The location is perfect, with plenty of activities in the surrounding area, if you can tear yourself away from the pool. Thank-you Toni!

Just as described, very clean, Toni was very welcoming.The walk to the square is quite a long way,very uphill and downhill Hard to get a taxi to come all the way to the villa because of narrow road. Two things l think would improve it even more, a handrail for the steps going up to the pool and also a handrail going into the pool by the pool steps for the less mobile

Wonderful stay, fabulous host

We have stayed in four different villas in and around Soller and this was our favourite so far. Beautiful house, grounds and pool. Very well equipped and lots of attention to detail. Toni, the host, did everything possible to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable - thank you! It is about a 15-20 minute walk into the centre of Soller but we did manage to get taxis in the evening (keep calling!) and there were bikes provided by the host too.

Perfect Experience

Ca’n Sampol is the perfect Mallorcan residence. From the moment we arrived to leaving I felt relaxed . Toni met us on arrival and even came to help the taxi find the property on his moped . Toni is the perfect host, making us so welcome with fresh bread and breakfast treats on a couple of occasions and even food on our arrival. Enough water for the whole of our stay and lots of extras in the fridge . Everything we needed for cleaning , washing up etc too. The house is spotless , with beautiful towels for both shower and pool. Toni kept the pool clean throughout our stay and it was much needed to cool down in the heat . Nothing finer than relaxing in the pool surrounded by the mountains and listening to the peacefulness. Although the house is a good walk from Soller we found the walk to get provisions lovely and set us up for the day . Most nights we called taxis to get into Soller and the Port to eat at amazing restaurants and enjoy the lovely Soller hospitality . We barbecued a couple of evenings using the great charcoal bbq at the property. Meat from butchers in Soller was fabulous . Everything you needed and more in the kitchen to prepare a great family meal. We had the most amazing week at Ca’n Sampol and will most certainly be returning in the future . Thank you Toni

Beautiful villa

We had a wonderful relaxing week in this lovely villa. The location is absolutely stunning with the backdrop of the mountains and yet, only a twenty minute walk into the lovely town of Soller, with it's lively square and great restaurants. Port de Soller is only a short drive away .There are numerous walks that start from the villa and we particularly enjoyed walking over to Fornalutx and Biniaraix. The villa is really well equipped and the pool is lovely. There was plenty of space for everyone with lots of seating areas within the large gardens. Breakfasting outside , with the view of the mountains was the perfect start to the day. The separate apartment is a very useful addition . Toni, the host could not have been more helpful. He was there to greet us and answered any queries straight away. There was a welcome pack of groceries and he even delivered fresh croissants on a few occasions , which was a lovely surprise. A small car would be ideal , as the property has quite a narrow gate and drive. We really enjoyed our stay and were very sad to be leaving.

A gorgeous stay in rural stone house, views of the mountains and 5 min drive to Soller.

We had a fabulous 2 weeks, parents, sons aged 22 and 17 and girlfriend. We loved the rustic stone house, garden and especially the pool with views to the mountains. Toni was the best host, so kind and helpful , he waited for our arrival at midnight and most days brought us Mallorcan specialities from the bakery. It was a 5 min drive into Soller which is a lovely town, we walked up to Fornalutx one evening through olive groves and orange trees. A truly 5 star holiday despite Covid. Before flying home easy LFT for Covid done in Soller, 30E.

Family Holiday 2019

We had just returned from this property and had the most wonderful stay in a beautiful setting. Just what we were looking for and we all thoroughly enjoyed it! Lots of space and rural spot, stunning between orange and lemon trees. Toni looked after us so much with lunch/dinner on arrival and fantastic fresh bread, croissants hand delivered and homemade marmalade. Would love to return.

Orange and Lemons

Where to start? The fragrance of a million orange and lemon trees is trapped within the natural amphitheatre of the Tramuntana mountains. Above them vultures patrol the sculpted ridges and in the valley below the sound of tinkling sheep bells filter down from the higher pastures and olive groves. In Toni's garden his guests feast on fresh juice from his trees. He his a host in a million who truly cares about his clients and we are a family who very much hope to sample his hospitality once again. Thank you Toni for very memorable stay.

Wir haben uns bei Wanderungen, Radtouren und Stadtbesichtigungen in der wunderschönen Umgebung prima erholen können. Great Villa in ideal location for hiking

Toni is a great host , how brought us local delicacies very couple of days. The villa is well appointed and very comfortable. Only issue is vehicle access as the property has a very narrow gateway and drive, so bring a small car.

Phantastic/Phantastisch

Das Haus ist phantastisch und noch ein wenig schöner, als beschrieben. Im Haus und im Garten war alles vorhanden, was der Urlauber benötigt. Das Haus ist ideal für eine Gruppe ab 6 Personen, es passen aber auch 9 hinein. Stühle und Tische sind ausreichend vorhanden. Toni, der Besitzer, ist sehr, sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Mehrmals während unseres Aufenthalts brachte er leckere Backwaren vorbei, immer eine tolle Überraschung und sicher nicht selbstverständlich. Das Haus liegt 20 Gehminuten vom Ort entfernt. Mit dem Auto sind es nur ein paar Minuten aber über eine sehr schmale Straße, so überlegt man es sich eher zwei mal, ob man fährt oder lieber läuft. Im Grunde benötigt man kein Auto, wenn man gut zu Fuß ist. Wir werden wiederkommen und sagen ganz herzlichen Dank an Toni!!!

Lovely, well equipped house

This property is in a beautiful position with great views of the mountains. It is very well equipped and we made good use of everything, including the bikes. As grandparents with three young grandchildren we particularly liked the separate accommodation in the annex! The air conditioning was very welcome and when we had a problem with it this was quickly fixed. Toni was fantastically helpful throughout our stay, and gave us pastries, bread and home made jam. And on realising it was my daughter’s birthday on our second day he brought round a birthday cake. We strongly recommend this property.

Fantastiskt ställe beläget mitt i apelsindalen

Vi spenderade en härlig vecka i detta fina hus. Allt fungerade perfekt och det är fräscht, snyggt och funktionellt. Huset har allt som behövs för att du ska få en underbar semester. Det har ett perfekt läge med en häpnandsväckande utsikt över bergen. Det är lugnt och tyst och finns något för alla. Stor gräsmatta, många platser att vila på och en härlig pool. Det som gör att det här stället är snäppet bättre än 5 stjärnor är Toni som äger huset, han gör allt för att du ska trivas. Efterfrågar du så kommer han gärna med tips på restauranger och vid flertalet tillfällen kom han förbi och lämnade fantastiska överraskningar. Vi kommer görna tillbaka.

Lovely clean finca in a great location!

We were two families with kids staying for one week. The property is lovely. Clean, quiet and close to Soller with several great restaurants. The owner Toni was such a great host. He left newly baked bread and pasterys in the morning, marmelade made by the oranges in the garden etc. But he always respected our privacy. The house is well equipped, ac in all rooms and a x box was a great surprise for the kids :) the pool area is nice to sit around. We can highly recommend it!

All the positive reviews we had red about was true

That was so nice to experience that all the good and nice descriptions we had red about was consistent with our own experience. Toni's hospitality and feeling for comforts was really something over the top! The welcome drinks, sandwiches, snacks and coffee and then the bread in the morning (sorry Toni to reveal the surprise!) We had a really good stay for 11 days in this lovely house. in the wonderful garden. It is perfect for two families like we were or the big family maybe with teenagers in the "guest" house.

Wonderful Finca in quiet location

From the moment you walk over the small bridge leading to the immaculate gardens you get the feeling that this is a special Finca. The house is spacious and was spotlessly clean and contained everything one could require for a vacation (including a pod coffee machine which was well used). The gardens are quite extensive providing plenty of shade with a couple of large well-manicured lawns. The owner (Toni) was extremely helpful and generous, providing an enormous welcome pack of goodies (including home made delights), and also extra goodies a couple of times during our week. The road leading to the Finca is quite narrow but we didn't have a hire car - we walked everywhere. It took us 15 mins to walk to the Bar Rave and another 15 mins to walk to the town centre. We also walked to local villages nearby further up the valley (e.g. Fornalutx). When we did a large shop at the local Eroski we got a taxi back to the finca and it all worked smoothly. We have stayed in a number of Finca's in the Soller area aver the past 4 years and this one is the best by far. Thank you Toni.

Beautiful Villa in Stunning Location

This is a fabulous villa which easily accommodated our family of 8 adults and one 10 month old baby with a bedroom to spare. It is modern, comfortable and immaculate throughout and the pool and grounds are lovely with stunning mountain views. Toni was the perfect host, was so helpful and equipped the villa with everything we needed including a cot and high chair for the baby. He gave us a wonderful welcome and even prepared food for our arrival which was much appreciated. We love this area of Mallorca and would highly recommend this villa. Many thanks to Toni.

A faboulous week in a stunning villa

This was a family get together / reunion / gathering. The Villa lived up to and exceeded our expectations in every respect - its beautifully situated, appointed and maintained. It's the owner, Toni's attention to detail that makes it stand out - plenty hot water, good quality towels, bed linen and comfortable beds and for example. Toni was very welcoming. Various members of set off from different depature airports in UK and France. He was tolerant of changes to our flight times beyond our control, including, Monarch going bust and one being cancelled with only 12 hours notice by the French Air Traffic Controllers strikes. This meant that the party arrived very late at night and in drips and drabs there after - he was very accomodating and helpful about this. Please do heed Toni's advise about parking being limited and tight - this is because of the sensitive location of the Villa which would not lend itself to providing a larger parking area whithout denegrating the beautiful setting of the Villa. The very rural location is part the charm of this Villa which also means that the road to the Villa is narrow and winding. Next time we go, which we would love too, if Toni will have us, we will try and manage with two Polo/Fiesta size hire cars and make do with less luggage and some on passangers laps for the journey to and from Palma Airport. In any case, the washing works very efficiently and there is a washing line, so turning around some clothes is not a chore. The charming old town of Soller is a brisk 15 to 20 minutes walk away where there are plenty good restaurants to choose from. The Beach at Soller Port is a 10 minute drive. The scenery and views from the Villa are stunning, nestling as it does, in a beautiful valley with the World Heritage Site, Tramuntana Mountain Range as a back drop. In conclusion, we were spoilt and probably cannot return to Majorca and stay any where else. Thank you Toni.

Fantastic house come rain or shine

This was money well spent. I don’t think we will stay in a hotel again after this fine week. The villa was perfect for our week stay and the location was perfect for the scenery, piece and coastal location. The villa is large as are the bedrooms and toilets. The kitchen is fully equipped for a roast dinner or a large fry up and even some baking if your adventurous. A coal barbecue was also on hand with coal and lighters provided. There are supermarkets in town to buy food. The owner provided clothes washing detergent and conditioner which was great and if you need the heating on then the house was warm within half an hour (during feb). The owner (and cleaner) were very friendly and brought fresh bread in a couple of mornings. The garden and pool were perfect and everywhere was very clean. I take great care when choosing a villa as nobody wants to be disappointed. We were definitely not disappointed. Thanks for your hospitality. We hope to return again.
