The Alpine Villa lodge is a luxury retreat in Breckenridge, Colorado. It is ideally suited for small groups wanting a place to get away and enjoy the seclusion, relaxation and outdoor activities offered around Breckenridge, Colorado. The accommodations include many resort type amenities to facilitate on-site recreation, health, fitness, entertaining and leisure. It is an ideal alternative to typical urban hotels . On site weddings and special events are NOT permitted. Sleeps a maximum of 26 guests at all times, and parking for a maximum of 12 cars at all times.

The Alpine Villa is located in Breckenridge, Colorado near the 27 hole championship Jack Nicklaus golf course. In the heart of Summit County - 'Colorado's Playground', it is minutes from Breckenridge, Keystone, Arapahoe Basin and Copper Mountain ski areas. It is adjacent to the national forest with a vast trail system for summer and winter recreation. Hiking, mountain biking, and fishing are all summer activities available directly from the Alpine Villa. Snow shoeing, cross county skiing, tubing and snowmobiling are all winter activities available directly from the Alpine Villa lodging facility.

The Alpine Villa features a stunning Tuscan design that includes natural stone, distressed wood beams, Italian tile, granite, vaulted ceilings and arched openings throughout. It has a fully audio/video enabled private conference room for 26 (optional extra), high-speed Internet access, dining hall, great room, fitness health center, racquetball court gymnasium, billiards room, elevator, Roman bath hot tub, steam room, home theatre, 35’ tall natural rock climbing wall and many other exclusive amenities. Commercial smoker an optional extra. For overnight lodging accommodations, it includes seven bedroom suites, 2 Bunk Rooms, and 2 Loft areas (Nook & Cranny loft an optional extra) for a maximum of 26 guests at all times. Outside parking is available for a maximum of 12 cars at all times.

Family ski trip

A very spacious, well stocked beautiful home that easily accommodated our large family. Plenty of amenities to entertain both young and old while not on the slopes! From the racquetball/basketball court to the Roman bath to the media lounge and several gathering areas helped to make this our best trip ever.

Our stay at the Alpine Villa in Breckenridge was amazing! Donna, our host walked us through the entire property and showed us all the amenities. The villa was amazing, everything we could hope for. Great place to rejuvenate!

We had a women's retreat here, with 18 women for four days and three nights. The property is breath taking, and accommodated our group perfectly. We lacked no amenities, from toiletries to activities, you never need to leave. Communication with the host, and their concierges, was easy with quick response time. Thank you Alpine Villa for making our event memorable, and allowing us to truly rejuvenate!!

We'll be back

We had a large group of adults in early 30's to late 40's stay here for 4 nights. The location is amazing for active and restful moments, and the house had plenty to keep our group entertained for those rainy afternoons or quiet coffee mornings. We were not in need of anything while at the house and look forward to our next trip to the Alpine Villa Retreat, maybe even with our kids next time.

This is the perfect home for a family vacation. There was something for everyone. If anything the website under sells it. The River and fishing was a highlight for all of the family. The river is just a few minutes walk. Our granddaughters ages 6,8 and 10 used the climbing wall every day. The racquetball court was a hit for the all. There was plenty of room for our family of 20. The bedrooms are spacious and the outdoor area has many Our family said it was their favorite vacation.

Phenomenal Experience Overall

This villa was the perfect place for our group of 24 to connect. Not only is the location absolutely picturesque with amazing scenery and a beautiful stream on the property, but the villa itself was spacious and luxurious. Our group was blown away by the size of the villa, the amenities, and the overall experience staying there. Between the basketball court, the fire pit, the roman spa, and disc golf, we had a great time simply exploring the property and making the most of everything it had to offer. I cannot say enough good things about this place, we all had an amazing time and loved that there was plenty of room for everyone, more beds than we even needed, and wonderful spaces for food and entertainment. Donna was a fantastic host and Patty was extremely helpful with coordinating trip logistics. Everyone who attended absolutely loved the villa - we will be back!

Great House for a Family Reunion

The house is amazing and perfect for a family reunion. Lots of room for both small and large group gatherings, lots of activities for various ages, well stocked kitchen and beautiful views out the back of the house. Donna the property manager was very helpful and explained key systems in the house to get us started (music in the rooms, hot tub controls, doors, etc...) and pointed us to detail instructions for the rest of the systems. This is a great house and very well managed.

Beautiful Retreat!

We held a family reunion at Apline Villa for over 30 people aged 2 to 92. The accommodations were wonderful. There were large spaces big enough for all of us to be together and plenty of smaller places for us to split up and gather in small groups, or even have time alone. We had enough to do onsite that we did not need to leave the property, except maybe to hike on the nearby trails. We will definitely return!

Could not have been more amazing

Truly, this is the most incredible property in Summit County. It has everything -- from comfortable beds to a well-equipped kitchen to lovely grounds. Despite the size of the property, every room is comfy and cozy and welcoming. I literally cannot recommend this property any more highly. If you're considering using this for your next gathering, DO IT. It will be one of the best stays you've ever had the opportunity to experience.

What an absolutely awesome place!! There's nothing a person could wish for in a mountain retreat that isn't here, plus many you would never think of are provided. The best part (besides being with friends and loved ones) is sitting on the patio drinking your coffee in the morning while watching the hummingbirds and the chipmunks. I hope to return often!

Alpine Villa is everything I could ask for in a retreat. It is relaxing and invigorating at the same time. Whether I am sitting out on the patio watching the wildlife, sitting down by the river, reading a book,enjoying the hot tub and steam room, or more physical activities, such as the excercise equipment, hiking, snowshoeing, playing in the gym, it is all the best. Living in Texas, I really look forward to going there and sleeping with the windows wide open in the middle of summer. I love the place. Jane Corbin

COVID WEDDING

We had a small wedding at Alpine Villa. It was PERFECT. There were a couple mishaps throughout our stay but nothing Detrimental. There could have definitely been more effort put into the landscaping and cleaning up certain areas of the property but we made it work for us. You would be hard pressed to find a place nicer that can accommodate up to 50 people. We even had a bluegrass band come play on the patio. The Roman bath is AMAZING. Overall a great experience.
