Spacious and luxurious villa directly overlooking one of the most beautiful golf courses in Tenerife, with stunning views of the sea. Heated pool with a large south facing terrace. Air conditioned bedrooms.
Tenerife has a unique climate due to the trade with the year round sunshine and temperatures of 22 degrees in winter and 29 degrees in summer
The villa and its slightly elevated private grounds, offers arguably one of the most beautiful sea views of the island. Its terrace has a large table of ten seats, there plus 8 chairs to get sun or shade under a large palm all day.
The heated swimming pool solar heating is never deeper than 1m30 providing an ideal space for children and adults.
The terrace is also equipped with a barbecue.

The villa is typical of the island, very spacious with a large living room of 45m2, 2 double bedrooms and 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds and two bathrooms. There is a lounge area televison space and dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped (washing machine, dishwasher etc ..). It also includes a 6 seater table where breakfast can be taken.
Linen and towels are provided. Wifi is available.

Lovely location

We all enjoyed looking at the planes overhead and walking down to the local restaurants in the evenings.Good property but the property listing did not state that one of the bathrooms was en-suite which made it trickier as we were two families.

Excellent stay

Excellent stay at Anthony's villa,communication was spot on from booking to leaving for home. The villa has everything you need for a restful holiday, the security shutters gave us great piece of mind,our party consisted of four adults and two children,there was plenty of room for everyone ,nice pool sometimes it was like getting into a warm bath,aircon was very welcome as well.The villa is 10/15 minutes walk down the hill were you will find a bar(wildgeese irish bar)does good food and cheap drinks .If you go down the hill facing the pub,you will find more restaurants. The main square is called San Blas(12 euros return for 6 passengers),hire of a car is recommended although we ordered an home delivery from the Mercadona supermarket (you can do a pre order on their app before you go out and then get a next day delivery when you get to the villa).The villa is overlooking a golf course and has a great view of the sea.,the course nearest to the villa is a 9 hole pitch and put 20euros each for has long has you want great fun even if you are a golf novice. All in all we had a great time at the villa,we would definitely go back.

Fantastic location and Villa

We’ve stayed in Golf Del Sur many times and this has been the best villa yet by far. Very spacious with everything we needed. The pool is heated and perfect for cooling off. Bars/restaurants/shops all within walking distance. So good we’re planning to rebook!

Family holiday

This was a long awaited for family holiday of a lifetime. We had an amazing time and made our own fun, however the villa does need updating - urgently. Although we had everything that we needed, it wasn't clear that the location is directly underneath the "flight path" and the planes are quite loud, nor would we receive unwanted stray golf balls from golfers, which landed on sunbeds and pool. This Villa should not be rated as 4 star on your website.

A good villa in a great location

The villa was spacious and suited our party of five mountain bikers very well as there was room to store our bikes inside and the pool was very welcome after a ride. The outside area had plenty of space and we enjoyed a BBQ by the pool. There are bars, cafes and supermarkets within a few minutes walk.

Villa in Amarilla Golf from Feb 2 to March 2 2023

We stayed for 4 weeks in the villa. The area seemed very quiet at first but we soon learned that the shops, restaurants and bus stops were only about 10 to 15 minutes walk away. The villa was spacious and well equipped with a beautiful view across the golf course to the sea. There was an issue with the pool mechanism, but we were impressed with the speedy efforts of the owner to rectify this from France. The villa could do with a little TLC, but we wouldn't hesitate to go back at some time in the future.

Fantastic Villa

Me and my family had a fantastic holiday the Villa was amazing with a beautiful view and bars and places to eat near by. The owner was extremely helpful especially while we are going through the coronavirus, he has kept us up to date with everything we needed and made the transition easy

Reasonable value but in need of some attention...

The villa is spacious and clean with a good kitchen area and good air con in three of the bedrooms, but the fourth bedroom gets uncomfortably warm in hot weather. The outside has a pleasant outlook, but the pool is quite small and not very deep. The solar heating is not ideal, it’s cold when there’s no sun and gets too hot when the weather heats up. Also there’s no effective shade during the hottest part of the day. Compared to other rentals in the area it was reasonable value but does need some basic maintenance.

very 70s décor,several important bulbs missing,tiles missing near pool,,sun lounger cushions need a clean,window in bathroom hanging off.Owneer needs to visit & sort these things out,then would be fine.

Fantastic Christmas break

Booked to go away as a family of 9 (with 4 young children) for Christmas. Every part of the experience, from booking the villa to being there was smooth and Anthony’s communication with us throughout was excellent. Villa was clean, comfortable and great amenities. The pool area was large, lots of chairs and sun beds and pool a great temperature. Literally have no complaints at all and we all thoroughly loved our experience. Will definitely be booking again. Thank you 😃.

Great family sized villa with private pool

This is the second time we have stayed in this large spacious villa. Good location close to airport and walking distance from all local restaurants and shops. Needing a touch of TLC now but still a fantastic choice for a family holiday.

Great villa!

My group of friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We were looking for a chilled out holiday with the option of going out for a few drinks if we fancied it - this place offers that. Good views over the golf course towards the coast, and only a short drive to El Medano for some kite surfing and a bite to eat. The pool was a good temperature and we made full use of the barbeque on the terrace. There are plenty of restaurants, bars and small shops within walking distance which was really handy. I'd definitely recommend this place!

Lovely villa in great location

The villa was clean and comfortable with ample room for eight people although there were only two of us. The outlook from the terrace is across the golf course and you can see the sea which is ideal. We would stay in this villa again apart from one problem which was the solar heated pool, which I never entered and my husband only used a handful of times in the late afternoons. The cover was only ever removed when the pool man came or on the few occasions my husband used it. We will only be renting villas with properly heated pools in the future, which is a real shame as we really liked this villa.

A very nice Villa, plenty of room, comfortable seating, very good Television, kitchen well equipped, plenty of hot water for showers etc, outside again sun beds & table & chairs all there, Pool heated by Solar panels that don't seem to be that good temp of water while we where there 18-20 degree's at best-so quite chilly but ok when you got used to it, we paid extra for cleaning & change of linen, quality of sheets & towels ok. there are a few steep steps at the entrance that could give someone with walking problems a problem, but a nice villa that we will be looking at for next year, thank you Anthony for your help

The villa is in a lovely place opposite the golf course but needs some TLC and updating.

We had a lovely time apart from the weather which wasn’t great which caused problems with the electricity in the property,the rain must have gotten into one of the circuits which caused all the electrics to go off, there was a few other snags which were sorted out by the owner and house keeper Timmi who was a lovely young lady,very helpful,and very pleasant.

Amazing sized family villa. Four good sized bedrooms, three with A/c but plenty of fans to keep the rest cool. Near to supermarket and view over the golf course and harbour was amazing. 15mins from airport with easy access to the main motorway. Two good sized living areas within the villa and plenty of seating. Outside space is great and pool is bigger than pictures show. Sun shines all day and plenty of deck chairs to go around. Short walk down to harbour and loads of nice places to eat with views over the sea. Will def book again. Very good value .

Large clean villa with air conditioning

On arrival the villa was clean and tidy. The villa is large and plenty of space for the children to play. Three out of the four bedrooms have air conditioning which worked perfectly to keep us cool whilst we slept. The pool is a lovely size and plenty of the space outside for sun loungers and a table area, unfortunately there is no shade outside until late evening which meant our children had to go inside for shade. There is a parasol but on our arrival it was broken, we contacted Anthony and he told us that this would be fixed on the Monday but it was never fixed throughout our stay. Our stay was for two weeks and we never had a change of bed linen or towels which is unusual as every where we have staid before, after the first week someone comes in and changes them so that was disappointing as we had to buy products to clean them ourselves. Overall we did enjoy our stay at the villa, it is a lovely quiet area and clean and tidy.

Exploring intriguing Tenerife

The villa is lovely just for relaxing and/or as a base for exploring this island which is intriguing in so many ways. Its layout on one floor (all beautifully clean) suited our family of 6 (three generations) very well with its different open spaces, great furniture, equipment and the pool which seemed bigger when you were in it. The view to the coast from the back and terrace is green, quiet and open, and we saw hoopoes several times. We got used to the frequent winds (warm) once we realized only one very strong parasol is feasible on the terrace) where we had most meals, though the planes going over quite low could be annoying. Thanks to Anthony, Timmi and Joni for their welcome and help.
