Beautiful country house with private pool located in one of the best areas of Alicante. Less than 5 minutes from the center of Elche (city with 2 World Heritage by UNESCO: The Palm and The Elche Mystery Play), 15 minutes from Alicante airport and 20 minutes from the beautiful beaches of Santa Pola ( Blue 2015) flag and the beautiful beaches of Arenales.

It is a charming cottage situated in a strategic point to enjoy a complete holiday. It also has bus line to enter the town of Elche without using the car. A 10-minute walk from the apartment include all services, pharmacy, restaurants, takeaways, bars, and just 15 minutes found the L'Aljub Mall (cinemas, restaurants, shops, supermarket, ...) .

It is in a pleasant residential area, surrounded by other houses and private homes.

Situated on a plot of 1300m, the house sleeps 7 people and is divided into a cozy living room with fireplace, 4 bedrooms (two with double bed, one single and one twin), bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and a large living room. In addition to a porch perfect for outdoor dining and lounging in the cool summer evenings.

In the house you'll find games, books in different languages, games for children, and of course, wireless internet.

Amazing

Fantastic place to stay. Only negative is the lack of air conditioning but it was a particularly warm week when we were there. The pool was absolutely amazing and such a quiet area

Lovely spacious villa in quiet area but close to everything

We had a fantastic 10 days in this villa. There was 7 of us - three adults, two teenagers and two children. The property is very spacious, especially outside where there is a huge amount of space including a really nice area full of fruit trees. The outside seating area is great and the pool is lovely and well-maintained. The whole place was very clean and just about every utility, utensil and tool was provided! The villa is located in a nice quiet area but minutes away from two major shopping centres with just about everything you could possibly need. Alicante is about 20 minutes drive away and Benidorm about 45 minutes. The owners were very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this property, especially for families with kids! Thanks to Tiscar and his parents for having us and being great hosts. We may be back again!

Nice and quiet

Very nice location in a quiet neighborhood. Lovely pool and large garden. Also the porch near the pool worked really well. We had a rental car which is convenient but there was also a nearby bus route. Big shopping center is nearby. It was very hot when we were there (35+ C), so without airco it became a little bit too hot inside at night, but we knew that risk. Kitchen and bathroom are pretty basic but everything is there.

Pleasant moment

Very nice house in a quiet area. The people who welcomed us were very pleasant and even helped me with my shopping. I think a car is necessary otherwise be prepared to do a lot of walking 😅.

Maison de vacances avec belle et grand piscine!

Chouette maison en règle générale mais l’intérieur est un peu vétuste, pourrait nécessiter un peu de rafraichissement et un peu de modernité et la climatisation serait une bonne chose a installer..il fait tres chaud. La cuisine est plutot bien équipée et le four chauffe tres bien! Beaucoup d’espace pour les enfants et pour qu’ils jouent dehors! Belle et grande piscine et très propre! Nous y avons passé beaucoup de temps ! Nous avons aimé la proximité avec le centre ville et le centre commercial qui est très agréable. Le verger agréable mais tous les fruits n’étaient pas mûrs lors de notre passage...en revanche on a beaucoup consommé les citrons! Pour ce qui est du vis-à-vis, il y’en a un peu quand nous sommes sur la terrasse. Dommage pour la route juste à côté de la maison , les voitures foncent et font énormément de bruit..surtout le soir c’est dérangeant. Encore une remarque , il n’y a pas de rideau de douche :) donc bonjour l’inondation.. Et les moustiquaires doivent absolument être changées ou réparées...trop de moustiques. Dommage que les propriétaires ne parlent que l’espagnol c’était difficile de se faire comprendre.. On a passé une belle semaine. Merci a vous ;)

Séjour merveilleux et inoubliable

Pays merveilleux avec des propriétaires accueillant et très gentils, maison très belle et agréable avec son grand jardin rempli de différent fruit que les propriétaires nous ont laissé en consommer. Excellent, je recommande fortement. Merci encore au propriétaires.

wonderful stay

I spend one week this August on this house and it has been a great experience for me and my kids. We woke up early and first thing we went to pick some figs directly to the tree. The calm, fresh and silence made this moment my favourite of the day. Then, enjoying the swimming pool and big area for playing football and tennis with the kids. Two bigs shopping centers as well as a nice restaurant (also with the posibility of taking away) are really close, in fact we went to yhe restaurant just walking. A really relaxing time, connecting easily with my family and the nature. Highly recommend it!

Bon séjour

On a passé un bon séjour, la maison est spacieuse et fonctionnelle, même si elle nécessite quelques rénovations (sol, problème de pression d'eau très faible dans la salle de bain), la piscine est bonne et pratiquement sans vis à vis.Pas de climatisation, la qualité du wifi est médiocre avec beaucoup de coupure. La situation de la maison est pratique, pas trop loin des commodités mais la voiture est indispensable, par ailleurs, beaucoup de bruit des voitures qui passent (rue avec relativement beaucoup de trafic). Les propriétaires sont très discrets et serviables. Je recommande cette maison de vacances.

Endroit ,très calme et pas loin de la ville et les centres commerciaux.
