Annex apartment of a villa,
Very calm and comfortable. Located 15 minutes from the beach of Valras and 5 minutes from Béziers by car (Polygon shopping center). Walk 10 minutes walk will allow you to visit the 9 locks Canal du Midi. The terrace and pool are shared with the occupants of the other part of the villa.
It is the same for the petanque and barbecue.
It consists of a large room of 24 m, a living room of 25 m with comfortable sofa bed, amine space, bathroom and separate wc.

Beautiful Beziers

The facilities were excellent, with exclusive use of the pool. The host was very relaxed and left us to enjoy our holiday. We didn't fully appreciate that the apartment would be underneath the house, and we found it spacious but quite dark. The furniture seemed a bit tired and drawers and cupboards stuck or creaked. As we were only there for three nights, these were minor irritations. The view of Beziers was amazing, and it was easy to park the car at the bottom of the hill, and walk over the bridge into the town. The property is also very close to the nine locks. Overall we were quite comfortable, and we loved Beziers

Great views in quiet location

It was a quiet, well maintained apartment but felt a long way from anywhere like a suitable supermarket. Sadly, the nearest supermarket was in Bezier which involved travelling through major road works and to avoid doing so we sought out supermarkets further afield. The proprietors were very nice but frequently not available to consult. For example, on the last day they were away from home and we had been given no indication about what to do with the keys as we left. Although there was wifi on the property we had to ask how we could connect to it and although we were told that the pool needed to be covered at night we were not told how to close it and we had to leave it open for 2 nights until we could ask how to do it the next time we met the proprietor who had been away from home.We were disappointed with the cooking facilities as, although the advertisement said there was a barbecue that we could use the kitchen cooker was inadequate as it only had two rings, which meant because I do not like barbecued food my wife struggled with making meals. They were very pleasant, friendly people but would have been advised to have a printed document with suitable information.

Tolle Unterkunft mit super Ausblick auf Béziers. Großer Pool, der jederzeit genutzt werden kann. Privatsphäre gegeben, obwohl mit Vermieter im gleichen Haus. Tolle Sandstrände, mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen. Unterkunft sehr zu empfehlen.

Ein traumhafter Urlaub in einer wunderschönen Unterkunft

Wir hatten das Glück, für zwei Wochen in dieser sensationellen Wohnung in Frankreich zu wohnen, und können nur Positives berichten. Das Anwesen war atemberaubend schön und hat all unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Die Wohnung selbst war geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber und bot jeglichen Komfort, den man sich für einen erholsamen Urlaub wünschen kann. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die idyllische Lage – umgeben von malerischer Natur, die zum Entspannen und Entdecken einlädt. Auch die Gastfreundschaft der Vermieter war außergewöhnlich, wir haben uns von der ersten Minute an willkommen und wohl gefühlt. Diese Unterkunft ist wirklich ein kleines Paradies und wir können sie uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Wir freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Aufenthalt!

Mirador

Ons verblijf was prima, wij hebben veel regen gehad en dat was jammer. Met mooi weer is het er goed toeven , bij het zwembad boven en op het zitje voor het appartement. De omgeving is mooi. Fijn appartement met veel ruimte.

Auszeit. Aussicht. Atmosphäre.

Wir haben die Zeit in Mirador sehr genießen können. Die Anlage liegt in einem sehr schönen betuchten und ruhigem Viertel am Rande von Beziers. Von der Terrasse aus vor der Souterrain-Wohnung hat man einen fantastischen Blick auf die schöne Kathedrale mit der Altstadt. Besonders am Abend funkeln die Lichter strahlend herüber. Die Wohnung ist sehr nett eingerichtet und hat alles was man braucht. Das TV bietet nur französische Programme. Der Pool und die Anlage sind sehr gepflegt. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und zurückhaltend, so dass man den Pool praktisch für sich alleine hat. Sie haben uns alle nötigen Informationen gegeben. Hier hat man seine Ruhe vom Alltagstresd. Im August war es sehr heiss dort zwischen 35 und 40 Grad Celsius. Der weitläufige Strand ist nur 12 km entfernt. Die Stadt Beziers hat uns nicht so angesprochen. Dafür waren die umliegenden Städte wie Narbonne, Carcasonne und Montpellier sehr sehenswert. Ein wirklich schöner Urlaub in Südfrankreich, den wir gerne wiederholen würden.

Schöner Ausblick und großer Pool

Schöne Unterkunft mit großem Pool und super Ausblick. Leider ist die Küche für 4 Personen etwas klein. Trotzdem können wir die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen.

Sehr empfehlenswert

Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, praktisch und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, es fehlt an nichts. Drei Personen finden im Schlafzimmer Platz, im Wohnzimmer befindet sich ein Schlafsofa, das schnell ausgeklappt ist. Der Ausblick auf die Altstadt von Beziers von der Wohnung aus ist wunderschön. Der Pool ist riesengroß und wirklich sensationell. Dieser Bereich wie auch die große Terrasse mit Grill wird gemeinsam mit den Eigentümern genutzt, wobei wir die meiste Zeit für uns waren. Die Eigentümer sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich empfehle diese Unterkunft ohne Einschränkung!

Très bon séjour

Nous avons passé de très belles vacances. La villa est bien située sur les hauteurs dans un quartier résidentielle calme. La piscine est très bien... Les propriétaires sont sympathiques

Excellente location

Que du positif .... localisation idéale au Sud de Béziers, sans bruit. Tout était très propre, et les photos de l’annonce reflètent exactement ce que nous avons trouvé. Chantal et Pierre sont des hôtes « 5 étoiles », prévenants souriants et toujours disponibles . Merci pour leur accueil et les bons moments passés ensemble. Nous retournerons sans aucun doute dans ce très bel endroit, lieu idéal pour partir découvrir la côte méditerranéenne et ses plages, la cité de Béziers et tout l’arrière pays vers les contreforts des Cévennes.

séjour et acceuil excellent

Très belle villa avec une superbe vue sur Béziers et une très grande piscine. La propriété est très bien entretenue et très propre, avec tous ce qu'il faut pour passer un excellent séjour. De plus le prix pour cette période que ça sois pour le séjour et la caution était très correcte avec un remboursement très rapide de la caution. Mais surtout c'est l'acceuil et la gentillesse des propriétaires qui est exemplaire à tous les niveaux et qui a permis de passer un excellent séjour.
