About this property

Penty by the sea (300 m from Pointe du Castel on the GR 34)

Fisherman's house near the sea (300 m) and coastal paths (GR34) in a dead end in a small place called with direct access to the tip of Castel.
The house consists on the ground floor of a large room with fitted kitchen (fridge, oven, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher) and living / dining room. A bathroom with shower and separate WC.
Upstairs, a bedroom with a 140cm bed, a second with two 140cm beds. In the courtyard, a garden furniture is at your disposal. An annex is also at your disposal where you will find (washing machine, barbecue, bicycle, bodyboard).
We made the choice not to put a TV or wifi access for a complete rest without solicitation. Many outdoor activities and provision of games and books inside.

Décevant

Très bien placée pour les amateurs de randonné, en bordure du GR 34 . A part cela, l'équipement de cette maison est minimaliste pour un prix qui ne l'est pas ! L'entretien, intérieur comme extérieur laisse vraiment à désirer. 1 chaise longue pour 4, du mobilier en piteux état, du linge de maison ...le plus inacceptable étant les 13€/jour pour le chien, qu'aurait il pu endommager dans un décor comme celui ci. Ce prix est exagéré et totalement injustifié.insuffisant et très usagé

Super séjour!

On a passé une excellente semaine dans la maison d'Eric. Elle est idéalement située et bien équipée. Il y a tellement à faire dans les environs que nous reviendrons sans hésiter.

Nous avons passé 1 agreable semaine dans ce Penty tout près de la mer idéalement situé pour les balades. Ou pour un court moment le.matin ou le soir avec la.petite plage. La maison avait tout confort. C etait top

Gemütliches Haus mit sehr schönem Garten

Ein gemütliches Haus, ein sehr schön bepflanzter und blütenreicher Garten, das Grundstück ist gut umzäunt, was uns und unseren Hund gefreut hat. Das Haus liegt sehr nah am Meer, die Steilküste dort ist wunderschön! Uns hat es sehr gefallen!

Tolle Lage in eindrucksvoller Küstenlandschaft

Dieses zauberhafte historische Haus liegt eingebettet in eine großartige Küstenlandschaft und ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt, um z. B. auch mit dem Fahrrad das Cap Sizun zu erkunden. Wir haben hier die Ruhe in der Idylle genossen und konnten unseren Alltag für zwei Wochen völlig hinter uns lassen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder in diese wundervolle Gegend!

Sehr wohl gefühlt

Tolle Lage mit (nur wenig eingeschränktem) Blick aufs Meer. Nach wenigen hundert Metern hat man einen Rundum-Blick und einen schönen kleinen (Fels-) Strand mit Steinen. Ein altes Haus, aber alle Basics (Sanitär, Heizung, Betten, Licht, Steckdosen, Wasch- und Spülmaschine, Fussboden, ...) modern und prima in Schuss. Schöner Garten, etwas verwildert. Sehr ruhige Lage. Auf Fliegen muss man sich einstellen, kann aber mit ihnen fertig werden. Manch einer hat beklagt. dass das Haus ein bisschen 'riecht' - aber das darf es doch auch! Es hat authentischen Charme, ist 130 Jahre alt und beherbergt den Geruch von vielen Generationen Fischern, in einer oft regenreichen Gegend.

Haus und Garten mit Charme

Das Haus und der Garten haben sehr viel Charme. In 5 min ist man zu Fuß am Meer. Die Gegend ist ein Traum, es gibt sehr vieles in der Umgebung zu sehen. Leider war das Haus nicht frisch geputzt. Es gab Spinnenweben, tote Mücken und Staub. Wir haben erst Mal gesaugt. Es roch nach altem Haus (es war auch alt:-))). Mit Duftöl war es angenehm. Wir haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen! Eric ist übrigens ein sehr netter Mann, der immer behilflich ist!

Pause vivifiante

Tranquillité promise dans l'annonce et c'est vrai. Le GR à 200 m de la maison. Coucher de soleil tous les soirs... Spectacle grandiose ce ne sont jamais les mêmes couleurs. Plages jamais très loin...

Bien mais....

Location très bien située (GR 34 à proximité, plages à 10 mn, proche pointe du raz, presqu'île de Crozon....) Quelques points négatifs sur la location en elle même : Présence de nombreuses mouches, Propreté à revoir (toiles d araignée, frigo et Micro ondes sale) et maison avec une odeur d humidité quasi permanente. Dommage cela gâche un peu le séjour !

Schöne Lage

Das Haus hat eine sehr schöne und ruhige Lage nahe am Meer. Perfekt, das Meer zu genießen, sich zu erholen und Ausflüge in der Bretagne zu unternehmen.

Ein ruhiger Ort mit der besonderen Atmosphäre eines alten Hauses!!

Das Fischerhaus liegt wirklich sehr ruhig. Kein Verkehrslärm! Nicht weit entfernt vom Pointe du Raz, einem sehr schönen Ausflugsziel. Frische Croissants, Baguette und anderes leckeres Gebäck gab es im L'atelier Des Pains in Esquibien. Wir haben unseren ersten Urlaub in der Bretagne sehr genossen.

Magnifique emplacement

La maison d'Eric est magnifiquement bien située, sur le GR 34, la mer à perte de vue, pour une totale déconnexion (sans Internet !!), vacances calmes et dépaysantes.

Plénitude et nature ...

Authenticité , calme , chemins côtiers a quelques minutes à pied directement depuis la maison . Tout ce que l'on recherchait 😊?. Pour les amateurs, ville d'Audierne , marchés , pointe du Raz , pleins d'autres lieux atypiques et activités à proximité .... Propriétaire accueillant et très sympa . Merci pour ce séjour !

Calme, calme, calme !

Nous recherchions calme et tranquillité , nous les avons trouvés, avec en plus vue sur mer et le sentier côtier à 300 m. Très bon accueil du propriétaire.
