Traumurlaub* in einer Wunderbaren Ferienwohnung

Wir hatten 2 wunderschöne Wochen in Korsika erlebt. Unser Vermieter Jean Yves ist ein sehr netter ,hilfbereiter, liebevoller Gastgeber mehr kann man sich nicht wünschen , wirklich toll. Man könnte ihn jederzeit schreiben und man bekam direkt Antwort. /5 Sterne ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Unsere Ferienwohnung war super ausgerüstet mit allem was man braucht,vorallem der eigener Pool was bei uns sehr beliebt . Auch die Ferienwohnung liegt sehr Zentral und man hat nur wenige Minuten zum Supermarkt -zum Dorf wo Bäcker ,Bistros ,kleine Läden vorhanden sind. Aleria ist ein kleines süßes Plätzchen in Korsika . Eins steht fest wir kommen wieder :)

Perfektes Ferienhaus für die ganze Familie

Wir haben eine Woche in diesem schönen und modern eingerichteten Ferienhaus verbracht und haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Die Zimmeraufteilung entsprach genau der Beschreibung, und die Klimatisierung funktionierte hervorragend – besonders wichtig bei den heißen Temperaturen im August. Unser mittelgroßer Hund war ebenfalls willkommen und das gesamte Gelände ist hoch eingezäunt bzw. ummauert, was uns ein sicheres Gefühl gab. Zudem steht das Auto geschützt vor dem Haus. Rund um das Ferienhaus gab es ausreichend Auslaufmöglichkeiten für unseren Hund. Fußläufig zu erreichen befindet sich ein großer Supermarkt, ein Bäcker, mehrere Gaststätten und sogar eine Polizeiwache, was die Lage sehr praktisch macht. Der Pool war in einem tadellosen Zustand und sehr sauber. Der Vermieter war über das Portal stets schnell erreichbar und hat uns bei Fragen sofort unterstützt. Zusammenfassend können wir sagen, dass wir mit diesem Ferienhaus äußerst zufrieden waren und es uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen können. Wir haben eine wunderschöne Urlaubswoche hier verbracht.

Haus ist sehr gut geeignet für Kinder bzw. Hunde, da komplett geschlossenes Grundstück. Ausstattung solide, alles da, was man braucht. Der Vermieter ist super nett und zuvorkommend, definitiv empfehlenswert. Supermarkt, Tankstelle, Apotheke alles vorhanden. Restaurants haben sessional geöffnet. Da muss man eventuell etwas weiter fahren. Lage ist zentral für Korsika, so dass Ausflüge gut planbar sind. Strand ist naturbelassen und schön. Wir würden wieder hinfahren, wenn es sich ergibt.

La Kallisté und noch viel mehr - einzigartig und vielseitig!

Wir haben wundervolle, warme Herbsttage bzw. eher Spätsommer im Haus von Jean-Yves verbracht. Alles war so wie beschrieben und der Pool ein Traum! Natürlich ist es ein Ferienhaus und es wird immer mal etwas erneuert, ausgetauscht oder ergänzt, weil nicht alle Bewohner so vorsichtig mit dem Interieur umgehen, aber wir haben nichts vermisst. Die Lage ist gut, ruhige Nachbarschaft und im Ort ist alles vorhanden (Bäcker Supermarkt, Bars und Restaurant...) und man gut zu Ausflügen starten. Einziger Tipp für Korsika-Anfänger (so wie wir): plant etwas mehr Zeit für die Fahrtstrecken ein. Die Insel der 10.000 Kurven und schmalen Straßen führt dazu, dass man tatsächlich nicht so schnell vorankommt, wie man gerne möchte. Jean-Yves ist unkompliziert, gut erreichbar und eine Buchung bei ihm können wir nur empfehlen. An alle Hundehalter: das Grundstück ist komplett umzäunt/ummauert und man kann gut ums Eck Gassi gehen. Im Haus ist alles sehr pflegeleicht gehalten und zwischendurch mal selber durchsaugen, war kein Problem. Vielen Dank an Dich Jean-Yves für traumhafte Tage zum Sonne tanken vor dem Winter! und viele tolle Mieter in der nächsten Saison!

Tolle Wochen auf Korsika

Wir waren im Juli mit der Familie (2 Erw. und drei Kinder) in dem schönen Ferienhaus in Aléria. Der Vermieter Jean Yves war sehr freundlich und immer unkompliziert für uns zu erreichen. Das Haus war toll als Basis für unsere Ausflüge entlang der Ostküste. Es liegt ruhig und als praktisch empfanden wir die Fussnähe (3min) zum kleinen Ortskern samt guten, großem Supermarkt. Das Haus ist schön und war für uns perfekt. Drei Zimmer (zwei mit eigener Dusche und Waschbecken, alle mit Klimaanlage falls mal nötig) dazu noch ein Bad und ein separates WC. Die Küche haben viel zum Kochen benutzt (es ist ein Ferienhaus - es ist jetzt nicht allzu viel Geschirr da) und draußen auf der guten Plancha/Grillplatte gegrillt. Der Pool war für uns alle morgens und abends ein beliebter Anlaufpunkt. Wir waren zum ersten Mal auf Korika und fanden Aléria als Ausgangspunkt sehr günstig gelegen, um die Ostküste zu erkunden. Klar muss man etwas fahren. Nach Bonifacio sind es etwas mehr als eineinhalb Stunden. Aber in einem Umkreis von einer guten Stunde (bis 90min) kann man viele schöne Strände und Buchten erreichen einen Ausflug nach Bastia oder ins Hinterland nach Corte oder ins tolle Bavellamassiv machen. Auch Aléria hat einen Strand, der mit den Auto in ein paar Minuten unkompliziert zu erreichen ist und auch im Juli viel Platz und Ruhe bietet. Auch am nahen Etang de Diane kann man mal schön wandern (e-bike Verleihstation mit guten Peugeoträdern war auch direkt in Aléria). Merci Jean-Yves!

Super tolle Ferien

Sehr schönes Haus. Für uns ideal. Wir waren mit unseren Hunden da, da war das eingezäunte Grundstück perfekt. Vermieter sehr nett und zuvorkommend, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
