Beautiful and spacious property in Genzano di Roma, near Rome 20 minutes by train !!! 160 m2 for the exclusive use of guests. Villa Sara is located in the center of a huge and luxuriant park of 3000 square meters with large trees and plants and is located on a hill that boasts a breathtaking view of the Castelli Romani, where tranquillity, peace and nature reign supreme. The hand, the great attention to cleanliness, taste and wisdom pervade every room of the house, crossing the true tradition of living well. The villa, on two floors, can accommodate up to 10 guests (plus a child) and consists of a large living room, a super-equipped eat-in kitchen, an entrance hall, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a utility room. Upstairs, a delightful and bright living room with a double bed, a bedroom and a bathroom.
The villa is intended for the exclusive use of guests who book, without anyone else.
The finishes are luxurious, studied in detail and made with quality materials. The villa is very comfortable and complete with all ancillary services and all the comforts and is fully air-conditioned. In front of the property a characteristic and beautiful outbuilding (open space) defined by the kind guests as "SUPER", a wonderful real home that offers the opportunity to enjoy excellent aperitifs, have lunch and dinner quietly, spending days in total relaxation as it is equipped with everything. The exclusive swimming pool offers moments of fun and relaxation and is equipped with sunbeds and deck chairs. We can only wish you .... have fun! Complete supply of sheets, towels, beach towels, tablecloths and kitchen towels, high chairs and cots. On request it is possible to take advantage of daily cleaning and restaurant service.

Up to 6 guests will have the Villa at their disposal on the ground floor. Guests who wish to use the upper floor for their convenience or for any other reason, even if there are 6 of them, will have to add a supplement of € 100.00 per day and will have the entire apartment on the upper floor at their disposal.
The Villa is never shared with other guests. The guest who books has the entire property available for HIS EXCLUSIVE USE, both in 2 and in 10.

Family Holiday to visit Rome

The property is fantastic and provides a great place to relax by the pool and enjoy the poolside summer house and kitchen. Everything we needed was there and it was spotlessly clean. Sara and her family were very welcoming and available for any assistance. Rome is easily accessible by train with the station only a 15 minute drive from the villa and plenty of free parking. This was the perfect location for visits to Rome and to have a quiet and relaxed out of town base. We would definitely recommend it!

Amazing property, incredible host

The countryside location was beautiful and made for a super relaxing holiday, also with easy access to Rome. The house and grounds are spacious and beautifully kept and the pool was lovely and refreshing. We had everything we could possibly need in the fully equipped indoor and outdoor kitchens. Sara is incredibly kind, generous and accommodating. She was always available to answer questions and help in any way. We especially enjoyed her dining and winery recommendations. 2 weeks was not enough, we didn’t want to leave. We highly recommend staying here. Thank you Sara you and your family are super hosts ❤️

A warm welcone

We stayed at the villa for 2 weeks. We were welcomed by Sara who gave us a quick tour of the property, shared a lovely welcome basket of local foods (including their own family produced olive oil which was amazing) and shared links for local restaurants and areas of interest. The villa and grounds were immaculate with everything you could possibly need provided including towels, shampoo, shower gel, washing powder etc. As other reviewers have said, you need a car, but the location is central for lots of sightseeing areas (nemi, sermoneta and Rome being our favourites). Sara"s dad sent the family a bowl of home cooked pasta on the Sunday. It was delicious! Overall, I would strongly recommend the villa. It was very comfortable and well equipped with warm and attentive host who gave you total privacy!

A very relaxing comfortable place to stay

It’s a perfect holiday villa, lots of space inside and out, a fantastic outdoor kitchen, dining area, excellent pool and it is needed for a relaxing holiday. Sarah and Fabrizio are wonderful hosts. Genzano is a lovely town, with great places to eat and a friendly happy atmosphere. The Infiorata was a real bonus. Easy to get to Rome by train and seaside towns as well. We loved it. Thank you family Bianchi!

House outside Rome

Firstly Fabrizio and Sarah are the perfect hosts... they really can't do enough for you without ever getting in the way of your holiday. It's a beautiful house & pool, extremely well equipped and spotlessly clean. Comfortable lounge, massive tv, well equipped kitchen, very comfortable king sized beds, good showers. Extremely clean pool with underwater vacuum cleaner & adjacent fully equipped pool house with dining table, cooker, dishwasher, fridge, shower room etc... Lovely gardens with lemon tree There are a couple of small niggles though... the pool isn't fenced so small children have to be watched all the time and their is no toaster ! Also be aware that the house is quite remote... it's a 20 minute drive to the nearest supermarkets, restaurants etc (which don't open until 7pm which isn't ideal for small children) and the railway station (then a further 20 minutes train journey to Rome Termini). A car is essential and the roads are quite narrow and full of potholes in places. Overall a beautiful house and gardens for a relaxing stay near Rome.

A magnificent villa with kind wonderful hosts

This villa is amazing. Everything is 5 star. We all had a wonderful time here. Lots of space, there were 7 of us, all fittings top class. The outside kitchen , living area is fantastic. We spent a lot of time out there. Everything was so easy, which made the holiday so relaxing. The family, Fabrizia, Rossella and Sara were exceptionally nice, so kind and nothing was any trouble to them. Such a lovely family have never had such wonderful hosts. There lovely restaurant two miles was an added bonus.. Thank you all so very much. Love Elizabeth, Peter and family xx

Family Group Holiday

The villa and its amenities are absolutely brilliant - second to none. Prior to arriving, we were asking questions of what was available so we could organise packing, to which we were told we only needed to bring ourselves - which was so true, there was everything you needed or would have in your own home. As hosts, Fabrizio and Rosalla are lovely people and were extremely helpful and did everything they said they would without being seen!! The location of the villa is quite rural and you definitely need a car to get around and to the local shops or restaurants (at least 10 minutes away). Locality for trains into Rome is good (Velletri train station about 10mins away) and the local towns of Nemi, Velletri, Castel Gandolfo and Lanuvio are well worth a visit for eating or browsing.

Thank you for a wonderful holiday

We are a family of six, three generations, who had a wonderful week staying at the beautiful Villa Sara. The photographs do not do the villa justice, it is fantastic, there is so much room, it is very clean and had all the amenities we needed plus lots of extras. We were all very comfortable here and it felt like a real home from home. We really enjoyed spending days in the pretty garden by the lovely pool. Having the outside kitchen was a real bonus too. The views of the surrounding countryside are just beautiful. It was easy to take the train into Rome and the little village of Nemi was stunning. Fabrizio, Rosella and Sara are very friendly, always available for help and advice. Their new restaurant is only a 5 minute drive away, we loved eating there, the food and surroundings are fabulous and we were made to feel like old family friends. Perfect in Every Way

If you are looking for a wonderful villa in a beautiful part of Italy, stop searching, you have just found it. We spent ten days here and from the minute we arrived, we could not believe how lucky we were. The hosts, Rossella, Fabrizio and Sara are absolutely wonderful people and cannot do enough for you throughout the stay. We enjoyed friendship, hospitality and home cooked Italian food that surely cannot be matched throughout the whole of Italy. The pool is perfect for children, the garden is perfectly kept and the villa is clean, beautifully presented and suited our family perfectly. The wifi is exceptional throughout the villa and the garden and the outside cooking and seating area was where we spent most of our time - it is wonderful. Rome is very accessible and there are beautiful towns nearby by car - make sure you go to Nemi - stunning! If you are looking for a quiet, relaxing holiday in the beautiful country of Italy, I cannot recommend this villa enough. We went looking for a holiday just like this, we found it and so much more. We have been back home three days and we have already booked to go back. We also found beautiful Italian friends in the Bianchi family, three people who are wonderful, friendly and welcoming. We very much look forward to seeing you all again. Thank you for everything you did for us. Fresco. Semplice. Perfetto.

Lovely villa, location and hosts!

We loved our week in Genzano. Rossella, Fabizio and Sara were so friendly; gave us a fabulous welcome pack,lots of information about the area and cooked the most delicious pizzas! The villa was well equipped and we really enjoyed the outside kitchen building spending most of our time here rather than using the main house kitchen- every meal was eaten outside as this area has its own hob, dishwasher, sink and lots of dishes , glasses etc as well as a toilet/shower room. Good place for sight seeing. We caught the train to Rome and drove to the beautiful Tivoli gardens, Frascati , Anzio (on the coast) as well as local villages. Great time - thank you to the lovely ‘Rossella family’!

Heavenly Villa

Words cannot express how much we loved our stay at "Fantastic Villa Sara"The moment we arrived we were met By Fabrizio, Rosella and Sara. They prepared a delicious dinner for us later that evening and later the same week they made us four, yes four pizzas for dinner. Their hospitality was overwhelming and we were so moved by their generosity. The villa was superb, every need was catered for.The outdoor kitchen was fantastic and so well equipped. The grounds were incredibly tranquil and the pool was amazing.Villa Sara is an absolute gem. We are planning to return in 2018. We cannot wait to go back and next time we are planning a longer stay.grazie mille, Fabrizio,Rosella and Sara With love from, Matthew,Angela, Robert and Patricia.

Absolutely Fantastic!

We have just returned from the wonderful Villa Sara, and it was so good I am writing a review immediately (I don't usually write reviews, so it says a lot for the very high standards of the Villa and our hosts!). The pictures are nice but do not do justice to this stunning Villa. It is extremely comfortable and well appointed, with great thought and care given to everything you need to enjoy your stay. The garden and pool area are fantastic and beautifully maintained - perfect for all the family and our two children (three and six) loved playing there. The outside pool house was a real bonus and perfect for dining outside, grabbing something cold from the fridge and listening to music. Thank you to Rosella, Fabrizio and Sara - what a lovely family. You were so kind and welcoming, and we particularly enjoyed Fabrizio's delicious pizzas! We have all agreed that we absolutely will have to return, and can't wait to come back for another visit!

Best Villa Ever

Villa Sara offered us an ideal location for discovering Rome, Pompeii and coastal areas.which we were able travel to by the local train service, that is only a few minutes drive away. We had the perfect holiday and even better hosts. The villa itself was far beyond our expectations and we spent many happy days relaxing around the large pool. The outdoor cooking and eating area was amazing built by the owner himself under the shade of a large tree, we spent many hours relaxing and enjoying Italian cuisine under there. The villa itself is so well equipped, the owners have thought of all the small touches which means that all the guests have to do is enjoy their surroundings and holiday. The owners welcomed us to the villa and made us feel like friends, nothing was too much trouble, Fabrizio cooked the most unbelievable Italian food whenever we wanted it, our daughter would move there just to eat his food. Rosella and Sara were always available and easy to contact and always there for a chat. The holiday was made extra special by Fabrizio, Rossella and Sara eating with us on our last night. We hope to return in the future and will definitely recommend the villa to family and friends. .

A fantastic place to spend the holiday

Villa Sara is one of the best places to spend the relaxing holiday. The villa is very beautiful, clean and comfortable. It includes everything you need. The outdoor kitchen is super. The situation of the villa is good and the landscape is beutiful. It is not so far from the airport, there are railwaystations near to get you to the Rome. Velletri is about 5 km and there you can find the supermarkets. The beach and the outletstores are about 40 minutes driving. Family Bianchi is very kind and helpfull. Villa Sara is definitely a place to return.

A perfect holiday in a beautiful setting

We have just returned from a wonderful week at Villa Sara. The villa is set in lovely countryside and is beautiful, spacious and immaculate and very well equipped with everything you could possibly need to make the perfect holiday. There were eight of us, including 2 small children, and we had a wonderful time swimming in the lovely pool, relaxing under the natural shade of the trees in the garden and eating our meals in the spacious outside kitchen/dining area. The house also has air conditioning which meant that it was cool for sleeping at night. The owners, Rosella, Fabrizio and their daughter Sara couldn't have been more helpful they are genuinely warm and welcoming and they made our holiday very special. We cannot thank them enough for their kindness and generosity.

Amazing Home!

Can’t say enough about this oasis of a property and the property owners! Sara was super responsive and a joy to get to know while we stayed here. The home is very clean and well-maintained- very comfortable. We rented the main house which the upper level apartment for a very reasonable cost. If the whole home is rented, 8 people can stay here very comfortably. Close to grocery stores and train stations too. Would absolutely stay here again!

Wow! Che bellissima casa!!

We were blown away with the beauty of this property! It was so peaceful, and quiet, and very clean. It had everything we needed and then some. Tucked away in the countryside. Our hosts were the absolutely sweetest! So kind and generous, I felt like family immeadiately after we arrived. It was also very accommodating for our young children. We loved it so much, we want to go back to this exact location and the same hosts. So much space and outdoor area to stretch all of our legs! The in-ground pool was perfect along with the stunning outdoor kitchen. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Grazie mille!

Lovely host and host famlly

This is a very comfotrable house, with a terrific pool area and poolhouse. All what you need in terms of equipment is there. Good working Airco, important since it was 37 degrees when we visited. Nice table tennis table too. Sara and her Father Fabrizio (and his lovely wife) are super hosts, who will help you getting into the best restaurants and have good advise about nice places to visit in the area. React on the spot when you might have requests. Fabrizio hosts a great Carbonara. Our favourit trip: Nemi( 15 minutes drive). All in all would highly recommend.

Geweldig

Heel fijne vakantie zonder zorgen, alles is zeer goed onderhouden. Er zijn voldoende voorzieningen (wasmachine, afwasmachines ed ..) met een huurwagen ben je in 17min aan het treinstation, ideaal! Rome is prachtig, maar de omliggende dorpen zijn ook zeker de moeite waard te bezoeken. Jammer is dat de bermen vol vuilnis liggen.

Sehr idyllisch, super liebe Familie

Wir waren dort mit 5 Erwachsenen Personen für 10 Tage. Die Lage ist etwas außerhalb eines Vorortes von Rom, sehr idyllisch. Es sind in der Umgebung 2 Bahnhöfe, mit den man in kurzer Zeit in Rom ist. Man kann nicht nur die Gegend erkunden sondern es gibt auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wichtig ist die Famile Bianchi welche sich um alles kümmern und jede Frage beantworten. Es hat uns an wirklich nichts gefehlt. Einfach super und das Geld wert.

Along with my wife Rossella and my daughter Sara decided to make available this beautiful property constructed by me because we like to broaden horizons and meet new people. We hope to meet lots of nice people who appreciate our home and we make known their culture and why not ... make many friends!

I decided to rent this property at the end of July 2015, a little late to tell the truth, because it is a beautiful place that is worth visiting at least once. We decided to make available to our guests Villa to make it known and appreciated in all His beauty !! It appears to be a magic world and if you want relax, calm, comfort and good food you have found the right place ............... we are waiting for you !!!!!!

What makes this property unique

This villa was built in 2001 by me, treated in detail. Have been the love and passion that led me to create this corner of paradise, the search for a different place to enjoy the beauty of the landscape, good air, the big trees, the oaks, fine cuisine and in summer, fresh and genuine garden produce. Guests will enjoy unforgettable moments.
