we are located on a beautiful hill in the Marches, 6km from the beaches of sirolo numana and Portonovo. behind us extends the Marche countryside where there are villages and small medieval villages to discover. we are 6km from Loreto where the Sanctuary of the Black Madonna is located, 7km from Recanati, the town which gave birth to G. Leopardi, Osimo where Charlemagne stopped to water his horses. Inside the Gola della Rossa National Park is Genga with the famous Frasassi Caves and much more ......
The cottage has 2 double bedrooms with bathroom with shower, a large living room with kitchen and dishwasher. a cozy sofa in front of the fireplace.

Excellent séjour

Location très propre et très bien équipée. Très bien située pour visiter Ancône, les plages de Conero et les très belles cités que sont Osimo, Loreto et Macerata. Je recommande sans hésiter.

Amazing place when visiting Marche

We had an amazing week in this place! The house is gorgeous and the views are spectacular! The house is close to another house but feels very private. The location is perfect if you want to enjoy Marche, all the villages and the beaches. We would love to come back next summer!

Abbiamo trovato una casa molto comoda con tutto il necessario ed anche il superfluo a disposizione. In poche parole ci siamo sentiti a casa. Inoltre la posizione è veramente stupenda, con una vista invidiabile. La consiglio!

Un’oasi di pace tra le colline marchigiane

La villetta indipendente di Cristiana è immersa tra le colline a 10 minuti dalle spiagge di Numana. La casa è davvero consigliata per chi ama il paesaggio e il vento fresco collinare e vuole godere della quiete. La casa è attrezzata di tutto il necessario. Torneremo!

Da tornarci!

Ci si sente a casa già dal primo contatto. Cristiana è una speciale padrona di casa. Premurosa e rispettosa della privacy nello stesso tempo. Così come i suoi simpatici cani che ogni tanto si affacciano timidamente per salutare. Le fotografie non rendono giustizia! Posto splendido, perfetto per due coppie di amici, a 10 minuti dalle spiagge. E al ritorno relax assoluto. Grazie Cristiana e a presto.

Una location fantastica

La casa e’ incantevole: bellissima e con tutte le comodità per vivere bene, come a casa propria... il giardino è la vista rasserenano e riposa l la vista e lo spirito. Cristiana e i suoi figli sono ospiti meravigliosi: sempre attenti e presenti e nel contempo discreti, mentre i loro cani Sono piacevolmente di compagnia e fanno sentire a casa! Torneremo sicuramente... davvero grazie

Gepflegtes Anwesen

Wir verbrachten 2 Wochen im Haus. Es liegt etwas abgelegen auf einem Hügel und man hat einen sehr schönen Ausblick. Abends sieht man den perfekten Sonnenuntergang. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet, es was sehr sauber. Die Vermieterin begrüsste uns mit einem gefülltem Kühlschrank und kümmerte sich um unsere Anliegen. Einziges Manko: ein Garten, so wie es in der Beschreibung steht, ist eigentlich nicht vorhanden. Es gibt eine schöne Terrasse mit Sitzgelegenheiten. Die Besitzerin hat drei Hunde, die ab und zu mal vorbei schauen. Zu den Stränden sind es nur ca 20 Min.
