on est resté une nuit pas de probléme particulier sauf le lave vaisselle qui ne fonctionne pas.Le tarif de la conciergerie devrait etre adapté en fonction de la durée de réservation..

Très déçu car pas propre lors de notre arrivée malgré une demande de 50 euros pour la Remi des clefs et soit disant pour le ménage que nous avons dû faire car logement sale partout.Manque d’hygiène. Lors de notre départ avons tout nettoyé sauf le 1er niveau car pas monté c’était comme le bas. Nous étions venus passer une semaine de vacances et non pour faire du ménage.c’est la 1ére fois que je voit ça

Sejour à Saint Hilaire de Riez

Ce logement bien conçu pour 4 personnes (voir 6 car il y a 3 lits doubles a l'étage) était très bien conçu, avec le nécessaire pour faire à manger. Idéalement situé face à 300m de la plage, Saint Jean de Mont et Saint Gilles croix de vie et ses allées piétonnes. , Accueil parfait, très bien !

Accueil très bien , logement fonctionnelle avec petit jardin bien clôturé pour notre chien . Tres calme et la plage a proximité donc pas besoin de prendre la voiture .

Conciergerie sympathique mais logement à rafraichir : Volet porte d'entrée, évier cuisine rouillé, électroménager de la cuisine très fatigué. Remontées d'odeur de canalisation dans la salle de bain. Très bon emplacement à proximité des plages.

Agréable

Toujours satisfaites de notre séjour. Apprécions pour la cinquième année la location. De plus, le propriétaire ajoute des améliorations ( frigidaire, étagères dans la salle de bain..). Nous n'avons qu 'un souhait..c'est d y retourner l'an prochain.

À rafraîchissement à prévoir

Logement très proche de la mer, mais à rafraîchir. Odeurs d'égouts venant de la salle de bain, pas très agréable L'évier de la cuisine est à changer, des marques de rouille sont présentes. Rideau de douche dans la salle de bain, pas très hygiénique , peut être prévoir une paroi de douche? Présence d'un lave linge, lave vaisselle et four, très pratique certainement pour les plus grands séjours, mais pas de toute 1ere jeunesse non plus Pièce de vie très petite C'est dommage, car très proche de la mer

Arriver pas de personnes pour vous recevoir logement très sale vaisselle très sale ont ne parle pas des WC vraiment très très très sale logement petit soit-disant pour 6 mais déjà 4 c'est compliqué en plus il se permet de vous prendre 50 euros pour le ménage

Avis sur la location

L'appartement a besoin d'un gros rafraîchissement. Le bac de l'évier est à changer(nous avons acheter un bassine pour faire la vaisselle car il est tout rouillé. Nous avons payer 50€ de soi disant de"conciergerie". L'appartement pas propre . La personne a juste mis du produit dans les toilettes pour faire voir "qu'ils étaient propres". Je pense qu elle n'a pas soulevé la cuvette pour nettoyer partout , baignoire pas propre non plus. Elle a le culot de me dire ce matin " la salle de bain est impeccable" Nous avons rendu l'appartement plus propre que quand nous l'avons eu Vraiment très déçu de cette location

Petit logement simpa dans village privé . Super emplacement pas loin de la mer . Apparait plus grand sur photo qu'en réel mais très fonctionnelle suffit largement pour vacances.merci
