“Mirador de Palm-Mar", with TOURIST LICENSE A-38/4. 1179, it has WIFI. The main floor has an exterior JACUZZI and unbeatable views of the ocean and natural spaces. On the upper terrace you can enjoy a mirador-solarium and wonderful sunsets and sunsets on the island of La Gomera that are magical, on clear days you can also see the islands of La Palma and El Iron. They will spend unique moments that will make your stay unforgettable.
The main floor, which is the JACUZZI exterior overlooking the ocean, is ideal to enjoy all the moments of the day and a perfect place to rest, and is equipped with sofas, sun loungers, awnings, has table and chairs for have breakfast, lunch and dinner, with an area for portable barbecue ..
On the inside, a living room fully furnished with TV-Sat, stereo, CD, DVD and games. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, juicer and a kettle. It has three rooms: the main room with extra large double bed and two bedrooms with two single beds each. A full bathroom, a toilet and an outdoor shower.
From the house, and only five minutes walking, you can go to: the beach, the promenade, the Beach Club, the supermarkets, the bars and restaurants, the ATM / bank, the Pharmacy, the gym with physiotherapist, the Rasca Natural Reserve and the protected area Macizo de Guaza.

Georgeous property..lovely location

Second stay at this property and we will be back again. Spotless.. spacious and furnished to a high standard for comfort. It feels like a home and not a holiday let. Lovely attention to detail and thought into what we might need to enjoy the stay, not just provinding the bare minimum. Very generous welcome pack and owners very helpful and flexible in our arrival and departure times to match our flights. Stunning views from the rooftop and everything in short walking distance...restaurants, cafes, supermarket, beach and beach bars and yet property itself extremely private and peaceful. We have been staying in VRBO villas for over 10 years, and this still remains the best for quality accommodation , location and a very lovely holiday. Thank you to the hosts

Great villa & view at Palm Mar

The villa is of the highest standard, the photos are lovely but the reality and the views are even better. It’s maintained at a very high standard and any small issues we had were resolved very quickly. The view from the top floor of the property is amazing, and spending time cooling off in the jacuzzi on the hot Tenerife days was bliss. The owners couldn’t be more helpful and friendly, from showing us round the villa, sending us messages with lots of recommendations to cleaning the villa half way through our stay. The only improvement to the villa would be air conditioning, even if was just available in the bedroom to help cool the room down before bedtime, and when getting ready to go out in an evening. Palm Mar is a quiet resort, but there are some nice bars and restaurants in the area, and getting a taxi to Los Cristianos or Playa de Las Americas is easy (thanks to the owners for proving details), plus there are many taxis in those resorts to get a return journey. We would definitely consider revisiting the area and villa again.

Great relaxing place

The villa is in an excellent location within a short walk of the bars, restaurants and beach. Everything you need is provided at the villa from towels and toiletries to a well equipped kitchen. Beautiful views from both terraces overlooking the sea. There are some great bars nearby and the beach club isn’t far away to walk to either. The villa is in a lovely quiet street so perfect for relaxing. The top terrace is amazing and a perfect spot to watch the sunset. The hosts are easy to get in touch with and very helpful. Our only negative was that the advert said there was air conditioning, however there were only fans which didn’t cool the villa down so we found it very warm especially at night to sleep.

Amazing place

Great stay, hosts were amazing and great communication. The villa has some beautiful features, plenty of games, a hot tub, a roof top terrace and also looks over an amazing view of palm mars sea. Would definitely come back, great for friends couples and families.

Perfect villa Perfect location

We will be back!!! The villa is beautifully presented with extra thought on what is provided. Not just 2 towels and one toilet roll...but real care in ensuring that you have all you need Lovely welcome pack. Outdoor spaces perfect...with choice of sun or shade . Private and so peaceful..but literally 5 minutes to everything..supermarkets, restaurants, banks, pharmacies, cafes for breakfast. We have been coming to villas through vrbo for nearly 10 years..and this is by far the best 👌 👍 See you next year hopefully!! Thanks for a wonderful time xx

Excellent Property

The owner of the property's daughter Paula was always contactable throughout the holiday. She gave local recommendations and did everything possible to make our stay as good as it could be. We also had a visit from the cleaners midway through our stay not something that always happens when renting a villa and it wasn't just a dust and hoover the 2 cleaners were there for 2 and a half hours cleaning everything and changing all the beds and leaving clean towels. An absolutely fantastic service offered by Paula and her staff and overall an excellent property that I'd have no problem recommending.

Beautiful villa with amazing views

We were met at the villa by Paula, who was so helpful and informative. Nothing was too much trouble. They had provided us with a couple of bottles of wine, some beer and fruit which was welcome, as we arrived late Sunday evening. The views from the lovely sun terrace are breathtaking, especially at sunset. The villa itself was clean, comfortable and hD everything we required. It was a good location with everything in Palm Mar within walking distance. I would highly recommend this villa. Thank you Paula 👍 Jem and Sharon x

Exceptional

I hesitate to recommend this property because I want it to be available for when we come back because come back we will!! It is exceptional in every way and made more so by the personal attention to detail of Paula - a truly fabulous place and to top it all we had the most incredible weather. I arrived having just spent 5 weeks supporting the humanitarian effort on the Polish Ukraine border and needed to just unwind - I could not have found a more perfect place to do this - thank you!

Excellent Property in a Great Location

The property manager Paula was very attentive she met us on arrival took us around the property and explained where everything was. She also sent us a list of local recommendations to help with our stay. The property was clean and well appointed the kitchen is a bit on the small side but who really wants to cook on holiday anyway. The property was cleaned in the 2nd week and all sheets and towels were changed. On the whole we had an excellent holiday and the location is brilliant. Palm Mar is an up and coming resort without any big hotels so no real noise at night time perfect for families with young children. I would have no hesitation recommending this property.

If you are looking for lots of nightlife and crowds of people and shops, then this in NOT the place for you. If looking for a quiet location with the few the restaurants and bars nearby, than this is definitely the place for you. Inside the villa is not fitted with lots of upmarket marble, but is clean and tidy and has everything you need. The outside area of the villa makes up for this, with lots of areas to sunbath, including gorgeous roof terrace, and jacuzzi makes up for the lack of pool. Villa owner met us upon arrival and again before departure to ensure everything was okay. Will definitely return and recommend a stay.

Amazing Place with a fantastic host

The villa was spotless and as has been mentioned previously we were greeted with a lovely box of local foods and snacks, along with some very fresh fruit. Jorge also had drinks and a mini bar sorted for us with teas and coffees for the morning. After helping with the baggage he gave us a thorough tour of the place which was fantastic, before making sure we knew how to contact him and leaving us to our holiday. The outside hot tub and showers are a very welcome feature after a day out to relax and the sun loungers give a fantastic view of the sunset in the evening. No amount of my words will do justice to how great the villa was. We did hire a car to get around and do a bit more exploring but it looks like there are bus services and there is a small but really nice beach club at the bottom of the road to the prominade then turn left (about 10 minutes walk at a slow pace). Check out was so painless and again Jorge could not be more helpful. Muchos Gracias Jorge for use of your fantastic property and your hospitality. Hopefully we will get another visit soon.

Family Holiday

Just returned from a lovely week in Palm Mar. The apartment was fantastic - a real home from home. The welcome pack of wine, beer and local produce was a lovely touch. The lay out of the apartment means you can follow the sun all day and the hot tub allows you to keep cool whilst relaxing, plenty of local bars and restaurants and very easy access to Los Cristianos etc. We would certainly visit again and recommend this to our friends. Light filled, comfortable with beautiful view

Just returned from one month at Villa Mirador and have immediately booked for next year. Palm Mar has plenty of facilities with 12 cafes, bar restaurant's within a 5 minute walk, but it's quiet and relaxing. Short walk to non touristy beach which was lovely for snorkeling, you need swimming shoes to walk over the volcanic rock. Nice promenade with plenty of seating, a small drink and snack bar and the Bahia Beach Cafe, where we enjoyed several lovely lunches. Interesting walk to the lighthouse, amazing volcanic scenery with indigenous plants and if you're quiet, a glimpse of the large lizards basking among the rocks. Villa is spacious, decorated and furnished very tastefully, clean with comfortable beds and superb bedding. Welcomed with an astonishing selection of local foods and drinks. Very close to the airport but no noise from aircraft. Just a 5 minute drive to the Autopiste, from where, the whole island is easily accessible. We went whale watching from Puerto Colon, a 15 minute drive from the villa. The jacuzzi was a lovely extra and I loved the outdoor shower room. The cleaners were excellent and the owners extremely welcoming and helpful If, like us, you want a relaxing stay in a beautiful environment with stunning views and walking distance to selection of restaurants, then Villa Mirador is perfection.

Fabulous villa with sea views.

On our arrival at Villa Mirador De Palm Mar we were warmly welcomed and shown around the property by Eduardo. This is a fabulous villa, in a quiet location, close to the beach with sea views from the lower and upper terrace. The property is well laid out with everything you need for a relaxing holiday and a welcome pack with essential items including wine and beer is a very nice touch. We made good use of the outside dining and barbeque area, as well as the very welcoming jaccuzi! During our stay we rented a car and enjoyed exploring the island, visiting Mount Tiede, Siam Park and a boat trip out to see Pilot whales and dolphins, plus visiting various places along the coast including Los Cristianos, Costa Adeje and Las America's etc... Our stay was blessed with gorgeous weather and we will definitely be making a return visit in the future!
