Situated in a tranquil area off Soi 112, and a stone's throw from Pineapple Valley Golf Course, the villa promises a secure and modern setting. It features a spacious, open-plan contemporary design with a pool and all the amenities necessary for a comfortable stay, all within 5km of Hua Hin's town centre.

The villa boasts an open-plan kitchen, a large casual seating area with a smart TV, portable speakers, Wi-Fi, and efficient air conditioning. It's designed to be a home away from home for friends and family. The kitchen includes a utility area for storage and laundry needs.

The master bedroom offers a 6ft bed with luxurious feather and down bedding, a modern dressing area, fitted wardrobes, and an ensuite with a deluxe bath. The second bedroom also features a 6ft bed and a luxury shower ensuite. The third bedroom, a twin room, is adaptable to guest preferences and includes a luxury shower ensuite.

Lovely property

We really enjoyed our recent stay at this property. The property was in a perfect location (we like to be outside the hustle and bustle) and was perfectly equipped with an extremely lovely pool. Chas provided great communication via WhatsApp and even provided some recommendations. If I did have one suggestion, it would be to add the electricity allowance to the listing so any potential additional costs are known at the time of booking but this would not stop me from recommending this property or even returning. Many thanks for a great stay.

Holiday in Hua Hin

This was our 2nd trip to Hua Hin, so we already knew our way around the city. Property was great as was the location, close enough to the centre of Hua Hin but far enough away so not to be in all the traffic and noise of the city. Tucked away off a small side road off Soi 112, meant we couldn't hear any traffic when in the villa, which in turn meant a quiet and peaceful stay. Mod the property manager met us at the villa and showed us around when we arrived. We kept in contact with Mod and Chas, the owner of the villa, via WhatsApp which was great. Nice private pool and a nice open plan kitchen/dining/lounge. Bedrooms and bathrooms good too. Kids spent most of the time around the pool. We went most nights to the local markets at the end of Soi 112 for food which was great and ate at the villa. 7-11's close by, at least 3 I think within a 1-2 min drive from the villa for any essentials we needed. Hua Hin was especially busy when we were there due to Songkran, but we only went into the city a few times. I recommend a trip down to Sam Roy Yot (about 1 hour south) beaches are fantastic. Pran buri and Khao Kolok are also worth a visit too, the beach areas are very nice and there are some lovely restaurants to check out. All in all a great holiday at the villa and the kids (and Mom and Dad) didn't want to go home!

Fabulous stay - August 2019

What a great villa this is. It’s high spec and the best one we have ever rented; the pool is brilliant. Lots of information provided for things to do and taxi numbers - Mr Wai is extremely friendly and available 24/7! Overall a fantastic, relaxing stay in a quiet location (but only 5 minute drive to centre of town)

Superb villa

This was my 5th visit to Thailand and 4th in Hua Hin. I’ve always stayed in different villas, each time they had pros and cons so always tried to better it on each trip to tick all the boxes. I finally achieved it with this villa. A main reason was the huge pool, the outside is in the sun all day but space with shade as well. Being able to swim properly made such a difference, makes you wonder why larger pools are not the norm. And good quality loungers and seating. Inside the villa was equally as well furnished, very comfy sofa, same style as mine at home but not as big and now I’m cursing my small lounge! Great smart tv, it already had Netflix and amazon but I had my own firestick with my shows already loaded. But a very good quality tv. Bedrooms were all spacious, comfy beds, great linen with large stylish bathrooms. Everything was exactly how I would have had it had I had my own villa which was why I loved it, I felt at home immediately, and could relax into my holiday. The development was easy to find, not too big and very quiet with lovely views to the mountains. Of course this was all aided by brilliant communication from Chas from first enquiry to during my stay and from Mod and her team who helped my stay be an easy and memorable experience and being easy to reach on WhatsApp was so helpful. As well as being the best villa I’ve stayed in Thailand it’s easily the best I’ve stayed in of anywhere in the world. This is really how it should be done and would recommend anyone to stay here, it’s impossible to be disappointed. I look forward to staying again in the future, I can’t imagine any villa stay bettering this one.

Thailand Retreat

It was our first experience of Thailand and whilst wanting to travel with our children we needed a place we could feel comfortable and secure whilst experiencing all Thailand/Hua Hin has to offer. Chas, the owner, helped every step of the way advising us of the best ways to travel, arranging car hire and airport transfers and providing every bit of information on the local area of Hua Hin. The villa itself was absolutely stunning and provided us with all the luxuries we could hope for. Our children adored the pool and Jacuzzi area and the huge tv/ fast Wi-Fi etc were brilliant. Hua Hin is a wonderful place with so much to do (water parks, elephant sanctuary, caves, waterfalls, temples etc) and we have created some amazing memories as a family during our stay. We wouldn't hesitate to return to this villa and will definitely recommend to our friends and family. Huge thanks to Chas and Mod ( housekeeper) who made our stay so perfect.

Superb Villa

The villa has great proportions and is furnished to a high standard. Anything you could possibly need for a great holiday is all provided. The outside space and pool are lovely. This lovely property made our overall stay fantastic!!

I would like to thank Chas and Mod for making our stay so special. The villa is amazing, and spacious with a fantastic big pool. The villa was great just to laze around in and around the pool. It was lovely to come back to after a hot day out. The villa is very well stocked, the wifi is great and it's safe and secure and in a nice area. The villa was accessible to everything we wanted to do and was close by to a supermarket, water park and night market as well as much more. we hired a car as we just wanted to be able to do our own thing, but it's also easy to arrange taxis as we did on our last night. We would love to visit again and would not hesitate in recommending friends. One recommendation would be it would be lovely to have a table and chairs for 6 and maybe just a couple more lamps in the bedrooms, but other than that it's out of this world!!

Best Villa in Hua Hin

Great location! On Soi 112, near golf, markets, 10 minutes from central Hua Hin & beach. Yet still has that let's get away from the crowds feel. We entertained a couple of evenings because all the necessaries are in place! Key: top drawer team! Needed maid service for dinner party, no problem. Owner keeps in touch to make sure all is going well! We'll be back this summer!

Outstanding!!!

We stayed in the villa for 10 days and, we didn't want to leave. The villa itself is of high quality, the fixtures and fittings are all modern and high quality, modern cons everywhere (wifi was wow) and placed in a perfect peaceful area. Getting around with taxis was no problem or, having a lazy evening in, enjoying the music system, glass of wine by the very large pool : was even better. The supermarket wasn't far and we managed to get all the supplies we needed. The owner of this villa, Chas : outstanding chap and really can not do enough to make your holiday perfect - well done young man! The on-site manager Mod, was also really sweet. She left us alone but we knew she was around if we needed her. I would totally recommend this villa and the services it offers to my friends because, it really is a perfect place. Can not wait to go back next Christmas 😍😍😍

Awesome Villa & Highly Recommend!

We stayed at the villa over Christmas and New Year (2015/2016) and I've got to say it was absolutely fabulous. There was our family (2 adults & 2 kids), another couple and my Father and there was more than enough space for all of us with incredible comfort. There is everything you could possibly need in the villa and the pool is awesome which keeps the kids fully occupied! All the furnishings are of high quality and the owners have made a great effort so their guests can enjoy their holiday. Location wise is great, there is a fantastic Thai restaurant about 1-2 kilometers up from the villa (turn left out of the road and go straight up) which serves good food and has a playground for the kids so you don't feel rushed to get in and out. Also the town center, restaurants, water park, safari and fishing is all extremely close. We travel to Hua Hin several times a year and we will definitely be staying at the villa again. Chas the owner is fantastic and will 100% ensure that you enjoy your stay. We have stayed in lots of villas in Hua Hin over the years and by far rate Chas' villa up there at the top. Cheers Chas and I look forward to meeting you down there in March.

Great place to stay

My wife and I rented the villa for 2weeks to relax and play golf. The Villa is in excellent condition, as pictured. The pool is huge - 13 m long and you can actually swim. For us the location was perfect - just an half hour to any golf course in the neighborhood. We rented a car from Bangkok , so we didn’t have any transportation issues. The host and property manager were very welcoming, the communication was very easy and pleasant. I highly recommend this place to anyone who plans to stay in Hua Hin

Fint hus og perfekt pool

Huset og poolen fungerer rigtig godt. Huset er dejlig stort og poolen egnet til både svømning i baner og massere af leg. Huset har alt hvad der er behov for. Chas og Mod (kontaktperson i Thailand) har været yderst behjælpelige med praktiske ting (transport, spisesteder, seværdigheder mm. ) Huset ligger ikke i gåafstand til byen - transport er nødvendigt. Men det er nemt og billigt med taxi/tuk tuk.

I conducted my search on Vrbo for accommodation for 4 people. The booking processed 1 person and a guest only which I only found and I was told to pay extra 2 days before we arrived. I tested by searching the property again for 4 guests and the cost was the same as my original booking. When I pointed this out to the owner I was told I would have been contacted after booking and paying and informed of additional charges for the 3rd & 4th person. This shouldn't happen.Two days prior to our arrival I received four pages of instructions and rules, including what we would be charged for electricity above their limit, not allowed to use air-conditioning during the day and whatever items you used needed to be replaced. The instructions stated breakfast cereal, tea and coffee were supplied. There was no breakfast cereal.When we arrived the villa looked nice however water covered the floor of 1 toilet and another toilet was blocked. Not fixed until the next day then the second night there was no water. Town water supply cut off and the water tank empty and not filled until the next day. When the water was restored with the tank it was filthy. Finally had clean water that night.I believe guests considering this villa should be told prior to booking of the rules and additional costs so they can make an informed decision whether to rent.This information is true and correct and has been reported to Vrbo (Stayz).

Ganz tolles und top gepflegtes Haus mit riesigem Pool

Wir wurden ganz herzlich und sehr profesionell von Mod der Betreuerin des Hauses empfangen. Sie hatte zuvor bereits unseren Taxifahrer telefonisch zum Haus gelotst was super hilfreich war. Uns wurde dann alles im und um das Haus herum gezeigt und erklärt. Das hatten wir so noch nie. Die Sauberkeit des Hauses und die Qualität der Ausstattung ist 1A, alles hat funktioniert und nichts war heruntergekommen oder abgewohnt. Überagend ist der riesige Pool der auch 1A gepflegt war. Während unseres Aufenthaltes kamen 2x Reinigungsleute für den Pool und auch das Haus wurde in Absprache 2x gereinigt. Das haus liegt in einer sehr ruhigen und sicheren gegend aber gleichzeitig nahe am Zentrum. Man braucht aber auf jeden Fall ein Auto oder Roller ;-) ...Wir würden da sehr gerne irgendwann wieder wohnen wollen!! Auch die Kommunikation insgesamt vor, während und nach dem Aufenthaltes war super profesionell - thanks Chas ;-)

Entspannung pur

Wir waren über 2 Wochen in der absoluten tollen Villa. Die Villa ist wie beschriebenen. Es fehlte an nichts. Absolutes Highlight war für mich der große Pool und die Terasse. Ich bin in meinem Leben noch nie so viel geschwommen wie in diesen 2 Wochen. Der Pool wurde 2 mal die Woche gereinigt und war einfach toll. Auch im Haus war der Standart hoch und luxeriös. Das Haus wurde einmal die Woche gereinigt. Als wir ankamen war Wasser im Kühlschrank und auch Kaffee und Tee standen zur Verfügung. Die Villa liegt in einer Villengegend und ist etwas abgelegen vom Zentrum, in den Hausinfos ist aber die Nummer vom Taxifahrer Mr. Runk hinterlegt, den wir jederzeit anrufen konnten und er bzw. einer seiner Kollegen hat uns überall zu fairen Preisen hingebracht. Ein sehr netter Mann. Wenn wir was auf dem Herzen hatten, konnten wir Mod jederzeit erreichen und sie hat alles umgehend organisiert. Ganz toll war auch die Flexibilität von Chas. Wir konnten leider nicht mit dem ursprünglich gebuchten Flug fliegen und mussten einen Tag später fliegen. Da das Haus erst später wieder vermietet war, durften wir noch einen Tag länger bleiben. Chas ist sehr bemüht, dass sich seine Gäste wohl fühlen. Es war wirklich ein total entspannter Urlaub in diesem Haus, auch für mich als Mutter😊. Vielen Dank nochmal für alles an Chas und Mod.

If you want a good and safe holiday

Most of the house is good. Sofa in the living room could have been better, not for elderly people like us. The outside furniture is much better. We didn’t use the aircon in the 6 weeks. But used the fans a lot. 👍 very easy to use the local taxi “Grab app” and for food delivery we used “Panda food app.

There is only one word; SUPERB

The villa is exactly what it promises. The very luxurious house lacks nothing, but nothing at all. A fully equipped kitchen with fridge, oven and hob. The washing machine is also very helpful. A very cozy living room (which we never used, because we only lived outside.) The bedrooms and bathrooms also leave nothing to be desired. The very large pool, we deliberately call it a swimming pool, is the center of the house. It is perfect for swimming and is maintained several times by the staff. The house is thoroughly cleaned once a week and the bed linen is changed. Thanks to the very inexpensive cabs, you can easily do without a car. The drive to the town, restaurants and shops takes about 10 - 15 minutes. The house is very quiet. The caretaker, who responds very quickly and competently to all kinds of questions, lives in the same street and took excellent care of us. The owner also responds very quickly to requests, even in advance of the stay. We can fully recommend the house. There is nothing to complain about and there are no additional costs.
