Great place, nice pool

Excellent property, great for families. Pool was nice and shutters on the windows were a nice touch on warm evenings. Very remote need to drive to local shops but was expected.

Vacances à Dolus d'Oléron

Très belle maison située dans un quartier au calme, maison très agréable, nous étions 5 adultes et un bébé de 2 ans et demi. La cuisisine est fonctionnelle, la maison est très bien équipée. La piscine est un véritable point positif. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. L'île est très belle à visiter.

Chouette maison, située dans un endroit calme. Juste un petit mot pour le propriétaire afin que d'autres vacanciers passent un agréable séjour, penser à prévoir un peu plus d'ustensiles de cuisine ( ex casserole pour moules), un spot au dessus du miroir de la salle de bain ne serait pas du superflu. à part ça, tout était bien.

Tres belle villa dans une magnifique région

Tres belle villa spacieuse et joliment décorée avec soin et élégance ! Le salon et la salle à manger sont très agréables t’oit comme la piscine. L accueil était très cordial et chaleureux. Merci à monsieur d avoir été très réactif! Bref nous y avons passé de superbes vacances ! Merci !

Schöne Insel

Es hat uns wieder viel Freude und Spass bereitet die Insel mit dem Velo zu erkunden. Der Veloweg führt am Haus vorbei. Das Haus ist sehr sauber, angenehm und freundlich eingerichtet. Im Hochsommer wird es wohl etwas wenig Schattenplätze im Garten geben, Ansonsten ist alles sehr schön und Frank ist ein sehr netter Vermieter. Wir kommen sicher wieder! Monica

Maison paisible et bien équipée

La maison est située dans un hameau paisible. Elle est bien équipée. On se sent chez soi. En conclusion : tous les ingrédients pour passer un agréable séjour... ce qui fut notre cas.

Belle propriété mais dialogue compliqué avec le gérant

La propriété est très belle. Maison agréable, belle piscine. Un peu loin des commerces, mais ce n'est pas un soucis lorsqu'on dispose d'une voiture. L'île n'est pas très grande ;-) Le bémol : la propreté. Au vu du prix de la location et du "standing" (piscine, grand séjour, belles chambres, superbes douches, ...), nous nous attendions à quelque chose d'irréprochable au niveau de la propreté. Malheureusement, nous avons trouvé : - des miettes dans les tiroirs de cuisine ; - des verres et des assiettes avec des traces de doigts et/ou de lèvres ; - des traces de dentifrice dans les lavabos ; - des WC approximativement nettoyés ; - un plaid qui cachait les grosses tâches + des miettes sur le canapé ; - des fonds de tiroirs poisseux ; - de nombreux verres ébréchés ; - ... Nous avons averti le gérant, qui nous a bien fait comprendre que nous étions "pénibles". Dialogue fermé. Il a finalement concédé à une ristourne sur les frais de ménage. Dommage, tout aurait pu être parfait. Prestation de ménage à revoir pour les prochains locataires. Merci,

Belle maison tout confort

La propriété est récente, bien entretenue et dispose de toutes les commodités qui la rendent confortable et accueillante. Elle est se trouve au centre de l’île donc pratique pour sa découverte. En revanche, elle est un peu loin des commerces à pied. Prévoir une location de vélo pour se déplacer. Le gérant est à l’écoute de toutes vos demandes. Très Beau séjour à Oleron.
