VILLA DESCRIPTION:
This superb two bedroom villa was recently renovated with a brand new fully fitted kitchen, new bathrooms and re-decorated throughout. The villa comes with one spacious shower room and a separate W/C, private pool, BBQ, private garden including sun loungers to enjoy the all day sun. In addition you will find WIFI throughout, a Smart Tv including Netflix, international TV with UK channels - Sky sports and Sky movies,. The villa also has fully fitted wardrobe space, a safe, air conditioning/heating and private parking space.
The location of this villa is in the perfect area for both beach and amenities, within an easy couple of minutes walk to the San Pedro beach front where you will find ample restaurants, bars and beach clubs. The town of San Pedro is located also just a couple of minutes away where you can enjoy the new boulavard, play areas and restaurants. The supermarket is also close by. A car is not necessary here.

San Pedro Villa

Amazing fortnight in a wonderful villa with a private pool. San Pedro town is fantastic and the beach is also a short walk away. Many local amenities nearby. Overall fantastic location and perfect villa to relax for your holiday.

Amazing villa. Perfect for 4 adults. Great location, peaceful but walking distance to everything you could need. Echo all of the previous comments about Gemma, she is a star Adored our stay, don’t want to praise to much in case it gets booked up for next year !

Excellent property a short walk from town

The house itself is fantastic. Very clean, spacious enough for a family of 4 and a great pool. Its dewcribed as beachside which is a bit of a stretch but the beach is only a short walk away. In general the location is fine if you're ok to walk. Its 15 mins from the boulevard where the bars and restaurants are and maybe the same to the beach, which itself is a short ealk from the boulevard. Overall we had a great time and would absolutely recommend this property.

Lovely villa

Comfortable villa in a quiet street. Great pool and very pleasant gardens surrounding the property. Loads of restaurants within easy walking distance as are 2 supermarkets. Gemma the house manager was really helpful with a couple of small issues we had. We really enjoyed our stay and would have no hesitation in coming back to stay again.

Excellent Stay

The property is perfect for everything, cleanliness, location, size, amazing outdoor space, safe parking and much more. The pool area is lit up in the evening and the garden is immaculate. The kitchen has more utensils than anywhere else we have ever stayed including a fish filleting knife! Beds really comfy and ample towels and also lots of other nice touches throughout the villa. Very close to a small Spar shop and bakery and within walking distance to a much large supermarket that stocks everything you will need but also close to the sea front. The host was fantastic and nothing was too much trouble. We will definitely be visiting again hopefully very soon.

The villa is everything you could possibly want, San pedro seemed very spread out and and we struggled to find a comfortable bar so had to travel to the port where we found lots of upmarket bars. But if you are a family looking to relax but keep a eye on the kids having fun in the pool it would be perfect, once in the villa it's so peaceful

Lovely bijou villa

Plenty of space for four to five people, we had five for part of our visit and my son slept on the sofa. Easy walk to the front and to supermarkets etc. Had a great time, that was our second time there. We would go back again.

This villa is a little gem. Facilities were brilliant and the location is good. Would recommend hiring a car thought not completely necessary.

Lovely villa . Very clean and modern in a quiet location.

The villa was lovely. It was modern and had all the amenities needed for my partner and my daughter. The pool looked very inviting however unfortunately it was too cold to swim in as had been raining a lot. We visited Puerto Banús and Marbella and would have travelled further but did not have a car and taxis are quite expensive . We didn’t research buses. The beach is about 10 minutes walk away and if you turn left at beach after a short walk the promenade is lovely with restaurants scatted along it. The town of st Pedro is about 10 mins walk in the other direction. Thank you Gemma for your hospitality. We had a lovely time .

Lovely villa in a quiet location

This is a charming villa in a lovely quiet location but still within walking distance of all amenities. The photos on the website are accurate although the pool was bigger than expected along with the mature garden with several different types of fruit trees (sadly not ripe whilst we were there). There is plenty of shade if required and the terrace is south facing and gets the sun pretty much all day. The pool is not overlooked and is very secluded, and we rarely heard any noise from the nearby properties. Inside, the villa was spotlessly clean and the air conditioning worked well. The bed in the main bedroom was very comfortable and plenty of storage space available. Alarm system easy to use and gave peace of mind although the area feels very safe. The TV was a bit flakey in that it seemed to freeze quite a bit but Gemma is aware and is working on a solution. Loads of English channels though, more than you could wish for. The beach is an 8 minute stroll (walk straight down the road and it takes you too the pricey Maccao beach bar). The beach is a bit shingly and it wasn’t easy to get into the sea but is pretty nonetheless and plenty of room to put your towel down if you don’t fancy paying for a sunbed (20 euros for frontline at the Maccao but you can get them further along for 5 euros). Turn left at the Maccao and there are more Chiringuitos, all with sunbeds at varying prices. Eventually this brings you to the promenade which has more bars and restaurants - note that some of these are quite pricey and better value can be found in the town itself. Walking in the other direction from the villa (about 10 minutes) brings you to the charming town of San Pedro itself. Loads of bars, restaurants and very Spanish feel. I got a round of drinks for 4 euros for 3 of us in one of the traditional bars. Tapas is also inexpensive. There is a Spar about 3 mins walk from the villa but for a better supermarket, carry on straight up to the Colonia Commercial Centre (there is a McDonalds here if that floats your boat), to the Dia supermarket. This place was extremely cheap (500 ml can of San Miguel for 37 cents for example) and you could also buy freshly squeezed orange juice here along with any other items you could need. Gemma was a lovely host and I always felt I could contact her if any issues had arisen. I would definitely return to this property and highly recommend it to anyone considering booking it.

Excellent location, plenty of room, good sized pool, clean and welcoming

This villa is about ten minutes from the beach and fifteen minutes walk in the other direction to San Pedro town. The villa offers everything you need - plus welcome pack on arrival which is great (eg milk, water, dishwasher tabs, detergent so you don't have to faff with buying that stuff). Beach towels provided so that's a real bonus too. The location is very quiet and private, with pretty lime trees and flowering bushes in the garden. Also good that the outside dining area and BBQ are under cover so offer shade for eating. A/C inside is most welcome. We holidayed mid August so used the beach in the morning (sand, sea, walking, coffees, playing on the gym equipment), pool in the afternoon and old town in the evening. There are plenty of good restaurants and bars within the easy distance in either direction. We would come again for longer and hire a car for further exploring. Gemma will help with anything you need and is prompt and efficient with customer service.

Lovely, well presented, quiet location...perfect holiday

A lovely, well equipped villa in a great, quiet location. The villa is situated where you get optimal sun exposure while lounging at the excellent pool all day long. Plenty of small and large supermarkets within a short walking distance means you can easily get supplies. And there are loads of restaurants a short walk away in San Pedro for a great variety of evening meals, from small Tapas to large formal dining establishments. Overall, we enjoyed a peaceful, restful, and wonderful break, thanks to HomeAway and Gemma and Jo from Marbella Property Management. We would definitely entertain staying again in the future. Great villa 5 mins walk to San Pedro

The villa was really well equipped, well laid out and the garden & pool area were lovely. Shade when needed and plenty of sun too. The pool is fab and a good size. Really comfy beds and a lovely quiet location despite being a short walk from the road and San Pedro. There is a dishwasher, washing machine, air conditioning in each room. The TV has all the channels you could want (but we hardly used it.) Beach towels and bath towels & hand towels are provided which is great - no need to pack any! It was lovely to be able to eat on the terrace for breakfast and dinner (although we encountered mosquitos at night so wear your repellent to avoid being bitten.) The new elevated walkways in San Pedro are fab. The kids playgrounds were welcome and somewhat of a saviour in the evening when we were waiting for food to arrive at restaurants - a good distraction for a fidgety toddler! We ate at Pampita which was excellent - beautiful food and excellent service. We also tried Urban Grille too which was nice but not as great (service wasn't great - food ok.) There is a Spar five minutes walk from the villa for essentials. San Pedro beach is about a ten minute walk away with its nice promenade. Gemma at MPM was really great to deal with at all times. Thanks Gemma! It was an enjoyable stay. A good villa in a decent location surrounded by some very lovely properties too!

Gorgeous villa, huge pool, beautiful outside space, close to beach and town.

We spent 10 days in this great villa. Our 10 and 13 year old boys loved the size and depth of the pool - lots of jumping and diving in! The outside space is much bigger than shown in the photos. There is an outside living area with 2 arm chairs and built in BBQ as well as a set aside drying area for pool clothes and laundry. The large dining table under cover was great at meal times and for an evening game of cards. The outside shower is a bonus too! While we were there one of our children was unwell for a few days. The fantastic range of TV channels in the villa was a life saver!! The pharmacy in the town was a great help too! The villa is a 10 minute walk from the beach with its wonderful paved walkway of restaurants, beach bars, market stalls and go-karts! In the other direction a 10 minute walk takes you to the town with a sweeping wave shaped walkway taking you over the road, littered with bars, restaurants and children's playgrounds. A walk up the hill then takes you up into the old town with the gorgeous church in the square. More bars and restaurants and evening entertainment. And all this without getting in a car! We had a wonderful, relaxed 10 days. Gemma was on the other end of the phone for any questions or queries, nothing was a bother. We wholeheartedly recommend a holiday in this fabulous home from home (I wish!!)

Great Villa. The property is well maintained.

Lying around the pool enjoying the sunshine was perfect. When we needed a dip we could get in and swim or just float with no one else around BLISS!! The Villa is in a quiet area and the walk to the shops or to the beach (front) 10 - 15 mins. The paving a little dodgy (no high heels) regardless of that a decent area.

Beautiful spacious villa

Beautiful villa in great location

The villa was perfect. Lovely pool and garden. Loved the location, short walk to the lovely town of San Pedro and the beach. You can also walk to Puerto Banus along the promenade. There's a good bus service too. Would definitely return.

Great Property in Quiet Location

As we were due to arrive quite late, we were delighted to find that the directions given by Gemma were excellent and took us straight to the door! When we stepped inside, everything was perfect. There were only two of us and the villa was ideal for everything that we wanted. We were able to walk to the beach and wander up into the town. There is a small barbecue for outside cooking and plenty of china and cutlery. We were surprised that although the road is quite close, there was no noise. We would recommend this property and hopefully will be back again as it suited us so well. Ideally situated for days out or just for lazing by the pool. Thank you Gemma for your kind attention - we loved it!
