About this property

Very unique modern villa on the Costa Adeje. The villa has 4 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms with walk in showers. On the main floor is a spacious living and dining room with magnificent views on the ocean. There is a pleasant kitchen also with a view on the swimming pool. A large terrace with view on the garden, the ocean and a lot of palm trees around the house. Downstairs is a private garage for 3 cars. From the garage an elevator is available up to the ground and first floor. The villa is truly something different with mountains views. Located in a very quiet area about 7 minutes by car to the Costa Adeje, walking distance to the Siam Park, very close to Las Américas and Los Cristianos and near a golf course. The villa is a no smoking site (smoke free property). Pets are not allowed.
The renting to groups composed by only ladies or by only gentlemen is not possible. The Villa can only be booked by families.

A booking is confirmed once the first 50% is paid.

-Cancellation policy-

The holidaymakers will not get a refund if they cancel their booking at any time once they pay and the booking is accepted by Villa Julia.

In case of lock down due to the Coronavirus and no travel is possible, a voucher will be given for another period of time within the two years following the initial planned stay.

Guests can also take a cancellation insurance coverage on their own.

A wonderful winter break

Our group of 7 had a lovely week at Villa Julia! Situated at the top of a hill, it is a twenty minute walk to the front and add roughly another twenty minutes on along the front for Adeje or Las Américas, but if you like walking like us it wasn’t a problem. Very close to Siam Mall which has a good supermarket and to Siam Water Park. We had great communication from Walter the owner of the villa and also a great welcome and explanation about the villa and its amenities from Lukas the property agent. The villa itself is lovely - lots of space, very clean and so well stocked, it had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend a stay here.

Villa julia

It was our first villa holiday, we had had the most relaxing holiday walter and lukas couldn't do enough, the villa and grounds was spacious and clean ,had every thing you will ever need like being at home but with the sun,we that impressed we booked for next year before we left.it deserves more than 5 stars its a credit to walter.

Amazing Villa

Just got back from a two week break at Villa Julia. The Villa was amazing and had everything you could ask for. It’s up a hill so not ideal for those who aren’t wanting to walk too much in the heat but plenty taxis available and all very cheap. Close to all amenities, including Siam Park and Mall and just a little walk further to restaurants and the beach. Would recommend to others. Thank you Walter for greeting us, a lot later than expected, and giving us a tour and instructions, very useful.

Lovely Villa

Just back from a lovely 2 week stay at Villa Julia. Walter, the host, was a great host and would respond to any request or messages almost immediately. He was also very flexible with me checking out later to accommodate my young family. The villa was extremely well equipped and furnished to a very high level, the cots and bedding provided is the highest standard we have experienced in any holiday so far with our young children. Despite the villa being at the top of a steep hill, if you don’t want to walk up it, it is less than 5 euros to get a taxi from Adeje so this shouldn’t put you off. Plenty of parking if you decide to hire a car.

Wonderful stay in a lovely Villa

We found the villa had everything you could ask for. All the amenities were of a great standard. The pool was lovely and warm for our grandson. The bbq was well used and extremely easy. The TV has all sky tv including sports which was an unexpected plus. Would I recommend this villa, ABSOLUTELY,

Beautiful 5* Villa

Can't fault this villa, it is absolutely stunning and has everything you need for a very comfortable stay. Within a quiet neighbourhood but good location with easy access to local restaurants and the large supermarket in Siam Mall. Communication with Walter and Lukas was excellent from start to finish. Would highly recommend.

Great Villa and location

Fabulous villa everything you need fab place for a family. Location is very central to everything really we did hire a car which we got at a great price. We highly recommend Villa Julia we will definitely will be coming back.

Perfect getaway

Me and my family have visited Tenerife several times but this time was by far the most comforting experience which made our holiday overall perfect! We were 5 minute drive to local shops , water parks , beaches and strips. Thank you for providing us with this luxury accommodation we would definitely stay again.

Couldn’t recommend villa Julia more, 5 stars

Villa Julia is such a beautiful place to stay, I would & have recommended to all I know - it’s spotlessly clean & has everything you need for your stay! Right next to Siam park & Siam mall which also has a supermarket inside. You would need to hire a car but everything is less than 10 minutes drive from villa Julia including la pinta beach! We had the best holiday.

Superb villa

Villa Julia is not only well equipped, it is beautifully presented. We travelled as a group of five, my in-laws, us and our young son. Everyone was delighted with the accommodation, comfortable large beds, good water pressure in lovely clean bathrooms, well laid out outdoor space with enough room to spread out and have both family time and chill out time. Equipped with everything you could possibly need.

The most beautiful villa with stunning views. The stay here has been amazing. Yes the hill is steep but it works off your dinner. We stayed for two weeks with my disabled mum. The lift in the property is brilliant and we hired a disability scooter for my mum so the hilly location was no problem. When you get to the airport give the taxi driver the street name and say number 23. Number 60 doesn't register on their sat navs but 23 does and is directly opposite the property. Taxis were so easy to book using the number in the welcome folder. There has literally been nothing missing in the villa. The kitchen is very well equipped. Even beach towels are available so you don't need to bring your own. Walter and Lucas were brilliant. Solving any little niggly problem quickly. We paid for the pool to be heated. Something you probably don't need in summer but because of mums disabilities any cold makes it worse. The pool was lovely and cleaned weekly by pool staff. The Aircon was a massive added bonus and a great selection of English movies and TV to watch. I really can't praise the villa enough. Thank you Walter and Lucas for our amazing stay.

Beautiful villa

Fantastic villa, it is exactly as it looks in the photos. Spotlessly clean. ( and I am very picky about this, I usually de-scale the kettle everywhere we go, but no need to do that here it was spotless inside) Everything you could need. No problems everything works well. air con good. Beds comfortable. Lovely garden. Beautiful views. Would return again

Perfect!!!!

From our initial enquiries, correspondence with Walter was always informative,quick & efficient. He happily arranged additional pool heating which was beneficial due to our daughters disabilities & was accommodating when we needed to slightly rearrange dates due to flight changes. Villa Julia is perfect!! Fantastic location close to Sian Mall & the water park,with spectacular views. On arrival,Lucas showed us around & explained the workings of everything thoroughly. The facilities are of an exceptionally high standard & spotlessly clean. We had a wonderfully relaxing holiday & look forward to booking Villa Julia again!!

Pretty close to Perfect

Villa Julia is a very beautifully maintained and perfectly clean home with a great elevator to take you and your luggage from the two car garage on the ground floor to the upper two floors. It is a very stately compression elevator making no noise–slow but elegant and silent with full-length windows on each floor looking out on the view (an elevator with a view)! The middle floor on which there is the garden & pool also has a large living room, flat screen TV, indoor and outdoor dining areas, and a kitchen and large pantry with laundry washer & dryer. The top floor has two full bedrooms each with a queen-size bed: one with en suite bath & one with a spectacular view & bath off the hall just outside the door & one small bedroom with a single comfortable bed separated from the master by a window you can open. Beds are very comfortable by American standards. The ground floor has the garage, a big bedroom with king bed & bath with a small sitting area but only one small high window.The kitchen is well equipped for cooking dinners. It includes a full sized refrigerator, full sized dishwasher, electric stove (they never work as well as gas), 2 ovens, microwave, & a breakfast table used for counter space. The garden, which is covered with artificial grass has real palm trees, overlooks a striking uninterrupted view of Adeje and the ocean beyond. The stars at night are spectacular. A nice element is the owners provide a wide variety of cable TV channels including several English language news stations. There are no houses directly in front of the view & one next door so privacy and views are great. It is a five-minute drive down the hill to the Siam Mall with a full service supermarket. A car is definitely recommended unless you are a serious walker since the house is on a very steep hill & the closest anything is down the mountain. The only minimal downsides are some traffic noise since the house is on a main road that goes up and down the mountain; the pool out of the sun for a significant part of the day (but this could be a benefit in the summer); and the electric stove, which works but is not the best for cooking. Lucas and Camille (onsite agents) are lovely and were very responsive to our requests and questions. The owner has many rules about such things as taking the outdoor furniture pillows in every night. This is an inconvenience since there are many giant ones for the garden sofa. This villa’s high cost is reflected in the facilities!

Beautiful Villa

Beautiful villa in a fantastic location, spotlessly clean and had everything you could ask for. Owners replied to any emails instantly and even left us a bottle of champagne in the fridge when we arrived. Siam Mall and water park 2 mins walk (can see them from the garden) 10 min walk to beach with shops and restaurants although is down hill and walking back up could be a problem as it's steep but we got a taxi and it only cost 3 euros. Kids (age 12 and 14 yrs) loved the pool and as we were there in March the heating was much appreciated!

Great stay in a luxury villa.

We had a pleasant stay in Villa Julia. It is a beautiful luxury villa with all facilities and privacy. The property was very clean and well-maintained. The villa has a splendid view on the towns of Los Christianos and Playa de los Americas and the ocean. There is a mall nearby to shop and buy food and beverage. We would certainly recommend this property !

Luxuryous holiday to recommend!

We enjoyed our 10 day holiday in this most luxuryous villa in Adeje: great villa, everything is available (pool, towels, kitchen equipment, even barbecue). Villa is in great chape, very well-maintained. We recommend this villa to everyone. It is located near Siam Park. Up on the hill you stay in a quiet and peaceful area of Tenerife, which is very welcome after a very busy and hectic working period. A holiday in Villa Julia gives you the relaxing period you need... Sehr schöne Villa in guter Lage.

Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Der beheizte Pool ist klasse. In der Garage war genug Platz um die Motorräder sicher abstellen zu können.

The property looks exactly like on the pictures. It is a very spacious villa. It has a nice view over the town. The communication with the owner was very nice. Everything you use at home is available in the villa. Just make sure you have a car because the road to Siam mall is very steep.

Super emplacement

La villa est très très bien située, a 300m de Siam Park, 800 du centre commercial et a 10min en voiture de la plage. Des serviettes de plage sont à disposition dans la maison dommage que ne ce soit pas précisé dans l annonce. La villa est vraiment très confortable petit bémol sur la nuisance sonore du passage des voitures dans la 1er grande chambre de l étage. Au sous sol une grande suite parental sans fenêtre et insonorisée. Merci à l hôte Luca pour son accueil chaleureux. On recommande!
