Away from the city and close to the coast.

Sabine and her husband were excellent hosts and corresponded and communicated really well with a special thankyou for helping sorting out our parking ticket! The apartment was spacious and had everything we required for a weeks stay. It was very clean and tidy with comfortable beds and nice linen and towels provided. There are many restaurants and bars within a few minutes walk and the area felt safe with more locals than tourists. Travel into Barcelona centre is an easy ride from the local train station which is a 5 minute walk from the apartment. The hot tub was a great addition and a nice way to relax. One mention is don't forget to pay the car parking on the road outside the apartment if you have a car! Overall we would highly rate this apartment especially if you prefer to be away from the city centre and closer to the coast. Thank you.

Apartment great bigger than expected. Everything you need, hot tub lovely. The courtyard was really nice and plenty of furniture etc but limited sunshine saying that the beach was lovely and not too far to walk. Vilanova is a really nice Spanish resort and the train from Barcelona was easy and cheap. Thank you Sabine for your brilliant hospitality

Fantastic apartment

Fantastic apartment, the pictures do not do it justice, it is bigger than it looks! Great location, lovely outdoor area with the bonus of a hot tub. Very well equipped and we had absolutely everything we needed. There was even a welcome bottle of bubbly which was a great touch. Sabine was extremely helpful and responsive. Apartment in a great location right near La Ramblas and a few doors down from a mini supermarket. Don’t hesitate to book this place.

Wonderful

It’s better than the pictures - a nice big open space, ample rooms, aircon if you need it, the jacuzzi is great, the hosts very friendly and quick to respond to questions - and vilanova is now one of my favourite places on the coast. Highly recommended.

Spacious, comfortable apartment by the marina

We are a family of 5 (parents with 3 teenage children) and we stayed for a week. The apartment was spacious, on the ground floor, with a large enclosed outside seating area which included a spa. The kitchen was very well equipped enabling us to cook some evening meals. The apartment is near the marina, a short walk to the beach and centre of town. Small supermarkets nearby and restaurants within walking distance. We visited Barcelona (approx 40 mins by train, trains ran every 15 mins) Sitges (approx 7 mins on the train) and drove to Tarragona (approx 35 mins) This was a really good base to visit other cities in the morning and relax on the beach on the late afternoon early evening. The apartment was comfortable and we all enjoyed our stay.

Exceeded expectations

Very pleasantly surprised by this property both it’s location, facilities and hosts assistance. Minor disruption to hot water facilities was resolved within hours of our notifying the owners. The hot tub was a pleasant surprise and used by us on several occasions. Would recommend this apartment for couples and families as very spacious and near to restaurants and the beach

Absolutely amazing apartments

We stayed in the ground floor and 1st floor apartments as a large group (grandparents, children and grandchildren - 12 in total). These 2 apartments are of the best quality, modern, clean with beautiful furniture and accessories. The location was also perfect for us as it is one minute from the Rambla principal so very easy to access shops, restaurants and the beaches. We would not hesitate in recommending these apartments and would 100% stay here again. We have been visiting Vilanova for almost 20 years and this is our favourite place to stay now.

Great apartment in a great location

We loved the apartment. It was very clean and comfortable and in a great location. We only had a small query regarding the hot water and it was dealt with straight away. We would definitely stay again if we were returning to the area.

A beautiful spacious apartment!

We had a really comfortable stay in this beautiful , modern, clean, and nicely furnished apartment. The outside area is a wonderful space. We had everything we could ask for. It was ideally situated in front of the marina, between 2 beaches, 7 mins walk to the left and to the right. The supermarket was very close, as well as many bars and restaurants. Great TV and choice of chanels. Good communication from our very efficient host Sabine, made it hassle free. 10 out of 10 with no complaints at all. Thank you!

Verblijf in Maart

We hebben een fijn verblijf gehad! We werden keurig door Sabine ontvangen en als we een vraag hadden werd er snel geantwoord en kwam haar man ons helpen. We kwamen in een rustige tijd en er waren niet veel restaurants open. Maar in Barcelona en Sitges was het bruisend genoeg. De jacuzzi was heerlijk en de ruimtes in huis waren erg fijn. We hebben genoten bedankt!

War ok.

Wir waren aufgrund der vorherigen Bewertungen etwas enttäuscht. Grund dafür war die Sauberkeit der Fußböden, Bäder und Vorhänge. Hier hätte wirklich besser gereinigt werden müssen. Zudem bekommt man die Wohnungstüre nur sehr schlecht geöffnet und die Badezimmer Türe lässt sich gar nicht schließen. Die Vermieterin Sabine war immer hilfsbereit und erreichbar.
