I am a 42 year Floridian and chose Sandpoint for MANY reasons and a lot of research. Being in town and learning my way around has been fun. I have gotten to know skiers, boaters, locals and all the cool people that come to Sandpoint.

Why they chose this property

I just can't say NO to an old house.
Design and renovation is my background. And Sandpoint is full of charming bungalows in need of TLC. So I got one! This is an old logging town with a fab downtown and nature unsurpassed.

I loved the history and location of this home so used my design and renovation skills to bring this tired, but solid property up to speed. It is a combination of hip and modern industrial and in the town charm of a Sandpoint bungalow.

Set your clock back 20 years!

What makes this property unique

If you like hanging with the locals. If you like the non-big-resort feel. If you want to really experience charming Sandpoint, you MUST be in town.

Feeling lazy? Natural market is across the street with full, to-go entrees, soup, baked goods and beyond.

There are mico breweries, wineries and local chefs....too many to list. And downtown boutique shopping, artisans and farmers markets. No big box stores and almost no franchises.
