This lovely, studio-style cottage in Nexhill, Sussex, sleeps two people in one bedroom.

Standard Hill Cottage is a delightful, detached, studio-style property set in the large grounds of the owner's home. With one double bedroom with a sitting area, the property can sleep two people. There is also a kitchen with a dining area and a separate shower room, while outside is a private patio area with furniture and a barbecue, plus use of the owner's extensive gardens and woodlands. Standard Hill Cottage is a lovely place for couples to enjoy a holiday is this historic and popular area.

Amenities: Electric heaters with electric stove. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, TV with Freeview, DVD, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 1 car. Private patio with furniture and BBQ. Shared use of owner's extensive grounds and woodland. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 1.5 miles, pub 5 mins walk. Note: Children over 12 and babes-in-arms only. Note: There is a small, unfenced pond close to the cottage. Note: A main road runs past the property, so care must be taken when exiting the driveway. Note: Some road noise can be audible during busy times. Note: Although all ground floor, there is one step to the front door and one step into the property. The floor into the living area is also slightly raised with one step up.
