Beautiful surroundings

We came with our dog the property looked like the listing on the site. I would say that the flat is good I didn’t give an excellent score as there were a few things that could be better. The downstairs bathroom was ok but very old fashioned it needs updating as it looks rather shabby and the shower head is not great. The bedrooms were ok but no mirrors for doing make up or hair I had to do this on the floor on the landing and dry my hair in the living room. The furniture is very dated the bed linen ok but not overly comfortable. The kitchen was ok but not enough baking trays for cooking in the oven. We were lucky that most of our stay we didn’t have anyone in the flat below so it was peaceful but on the last night we had a group downstairs and you can hear a lot of noise. The tv remote didn’t work. If you bring a dog there is no enclosed space to run around here. On the plus side we had a parking space the flat was clean you do have a washing machine in the Hayloft and use of a laundry room on the property which was handy. This is a fairly remote location not really much for younger children we were ok as our 13 year old boy loves the outdoors if your children need entertainment this wouldn’t be great for them. The people who run the property are polite. I would say value for money would be average.
