First trip to Risoul

Terrific chalet located perfectly close to the slopes and town. Chalet is as described and perfect for our group of 4 adults and 4 children. Great living space and well equipped kitchen. Good parking for 2 cars, and easy to find. Good communication by owner and on site gardien Eric. We hope to visit again soon.

Chalet impeccable pour une famille

Tres bon moment dans ce chalet tres chaleureux, grand espace dans le salon avec banquette colorée tres sympathique. Les chambres sont petites mais on n’y fait que dormir. 2 salles de bains donc pas de problème de douche. On pourrait y revenir

Parfait

Le chalet est magnifique, très bien agencé. Tout est bien pensé dans les moindres détails (à l entrée il y a tout ce qu il faut pour suspendre doudoune, gants, bonnets et ranger les chaussures). Il y a un local à skis avec des luges pelles. La pièce a vivre est chaleureuse. Tout est fonctionnel, rien ne manque. Nous étions 3 couples et 1 bébé de 15 mois. A aucun moment nous ne nous sommes gênés. Nous avions chacun notre intimité. Les pistes de skis, de luges ainsi que le centre aqualudique sont à 100 mètres. Le parking est a 20 mètres. Le propriétaire est venu nous saluer et voir si nous étions bien installés. Il y a une personne en charge de vous accueillir qui habite en face. Il est joignable a tout moment. Je recommande vivement.

Déçus

Quelle surprise de trouver des cadenas sur les portes de la cheminée en arrivant! Elle fait pourtant partie du descriptif. La communication avec le propriétaire n'a pas été bonne car très peu réactif. Pas de couette dans toutes les chambres, pas de sèche cheveux (on a dû en acheter un sur place et nous le faire rembourser). Confort moyen, cuisine toute petite... nous avons été déçus. Nous avons payé environ 3000€ pour cette semaine de Noel et ça ne les vaut absolument pas.

le chalet est bien situé prés des pistes et commerces.nos jeunes ont regretté l absence de la WIFI . Nous avons passé un très bon séjour nous n avons pas été déçu.

Un très bel endroit par contre un propriétaire qui vous envoie un mail 3 jours avant votre départ pour vous faire payer 130 euros en liquide des frais de gardiennage déjà prévu dans la location. Attention aux prochains voyageurs

Location très fonctionnelle, au calme et proches des commerces.

Très bon contact avec le propriétaire, la remise des clés avec le gardien parfait aussi bien à l arrivée qu au départ. ERIC est très serviable et très sympathique. En bref un super séjour à REFAIRE.
