Wunderschöner Blick - abenteuerliche Anfahrt

Detox pur, wenn man die Zufahrt geschafft hat. Wir haben die Woche fern von allem anderen, mit dem traumhaften Blick, der Ruhe sehr genossen!

Difficulté d’accès à la maison (chemin très raide) Parking 2 voitures pas commode mais faisable 45 minutes de marche pour descendre ( et remontée ardue) à la plage de la Rondinara. Circulation automobile intense Pour la maison , terrasse toute petite et aucun parasol ! Ça cogne fort… pénible de devoir arranger l’espace tous les jours pour petit-dej , dej-sieste, apero-diner

Idylle mitten in der korsischen Maquis mit fantastischer Aussicht

Das Haus befindet sich mitten in der korsischen „Maquis“ (undurchdringlicher Buschwald – typisch für Korsika). Der Weg zum Haus ist recht abenteuerlich und vermutlich nichts für Leute, die keinen Spass an Autofahrten in eher unwegsamem Gelände haben. Wer den Weg aber auf sich nimmt, wird mit der fantastischen Aussicht auf die bekannte Bucht von Rondinara belohnt. Der Weg zurück in die Zivilisation ist mit knapp 30 Autominuten sowohl nach Bonifacio als auch Porto-Vecchio eher weit. Aber der nahegelegene Campingplatz bietet sowohl einen kleinen Laden – der das Wichtigste für den Aufenthalt (inkl. frisches Brot und Croissants am Morgen) bietet – als auch ein Restaurant, in welchem man recht gut isst und freundlich bedient wird (da gibt’s auch Pizza zum Mitnehmen). Das Einzige, das dem Haus noch fehlt, ist ein Pool (ein solcher würde den doch eher hohen Mietpreis zusätzlich rechtfertigen). Der Besitzer war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Absolut nicht aufdringlich. Die Aussendusche, bei welcher wir gleich am ersten Tag den Duschkopf abgebrochen haben (die Halterung war spröde vom UV-Licht der Sonne), hat der Besitzer am gleichen Tag gleich ersetzt. Er wohnt eigentlich auf dem Festland, besitzt aber ganz in der Nähe ein weiteres Haus, in welchem er sich während unseres Aufenthalts aufhielt. Uns hat der Aufenthalt super gefallen.

Wunderbares Haus mit toller Aussicht

Wir haben unsere Ferien nun schon zum zweiten Mal in diesem Haus verbracht und wieder war es ein gelungener Urlaub. Die Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit ist genau das, wonach wir suchten. Ich kann dieses Haus nur weiterempfehlen.

Au calme, vue mer exceptionnelle.

Nous avons apprécié la tranquillité des lieux. Jolie maison, fonctionnelle avec une belle terrasse et environnement arborisé. Bien suivre le descriptif du propriétaire pour trouver l'entrée du chemin privé.

Gorgeous house in the middle of nature

We spent a wonderful week in this charming house. The view of the Rondinara bay was stunning and the location absolutely peaceful. Everything was just perfect for us and our dogs!

Charmantes Ferienhaus

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt! Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Wunderschöne Lage oberhalb der Rondinara-Bucht; sehr ruhig, mitten in der Natur. Es ist ein sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für zahlreiche Ausflüge im Süden von Korsika.

Repos, calme, simple et fonctionnel

La maison a un excellent extérieur et est idéalement placée. Nous n’avons vu personne, ni à l’arrivée, ni au départ, mais avec la box qui contient la clef et les explications ce n’est pas réellement un problème.Peut être une explication plus ample pour atteindre la plage de Rondinara à pied en coupant à travers le terrain serait nécessaire. Le seul hic est l’odeur de fosse septique remontant de dessous la terrasse à chaque douche ou machine, mais ça devrait pouvoir se résoudre facilement je pense. Vaut vraiment la peine pour le site unique.

Nature et vue magnifique

Petite maison de caractère nichée dans le maquis avec une vue extraordinaire. Calme et tranquillité. Bémol concernant le ménage anti covid et l'équipement (pas de four et micro onde rouillé à l 'intérieur).

Vue extraordinaire, calme , avec une bonne exposition, c’est un endroit plein de simplicité, bien équipé , qui résume parfaitement ce qu’est un esprit de vacances . Quelques détails peuvent être revus, comme la table de Ping Ping hors d’âge , devenue plus un déchet visuel qu’autre chose

Super Ferienhaus - toller Vermieter!

Un havre de tranquillité dans un environnement magnifique

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine dans cette jolie maison de caractère, fonctionnelle et bien équipée. De la terrasse on a une vue magnifique sur la mer dont on ne se lasse pas. La maison est située au cœur du maquis dans un environnement sauvage et préservé. Le calme y règne à toute heure du jour et de la nuit. Le chemin d’accès est un peu raide mais sans réelle difficulté et quelle récompense quand on découvre ce magnifique emplacement ! En très peu de kilomètres, on accède à Porto Vecchio, à Bonifacio et à plusieurs plages parmi les plus belles de Corse. Depuis la maison on peut même descendre à pied à la superbe plage de Rondinara. Nous avons hâte de pouvoir y retourner dès que possible.

Idyllische Lage, super Ausblick, schöne Buchten, stilvolle Ausstattung des Hauses, schöne Buchten, allerdings etwas schwer zu finden.

Idyllisch gelegenes, gemütliches Ferienhaus

Perfekte Lage mit wunderschönem Blick. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, der Grill im Garten ist ideal. Als Ausgangspunkt zu verschiedenen Stränden oder Orten ist die Lage des Hauses sehr gut. Insgesamt haben wir dort eine schöne und entspannte Zeit verbracht.
