Beau séjour à La Rochelle

Apparemment très agréable et bien situé. Tout est accessible à pied. La Rochelle est une belle ville, très animée et agréable.

Très bon séjour

Nous avons passé une semaine dans cet appartement avec nos deux enfants (5 ans et 1 an). L’appartement se trouve dans une charmante résidence, idéalement située. A 10 min à pied du centre ville et à 30 min à pied de la plage des minimes. Tout est accessible en poussette. L’appartement est spacieux et bien équipé pour 4 personnes. La terrasse couverte est très agréable. La literie est correcte (oreillers et couettes fournis mais pas les draps). Le parking en sous sol es vraiment un plus surtout lors des FrancoFolies. Nous avons apprécié le contact avec la propriétaire par mail et par téléphone. Toutefois, nous regrettons la présence d’un ventilateur car nous y étions en pleine canicule. Petit bémol également sur la propreté du sol à notre arrivée. Nous avons un bébé qui fait du 4 pattes et nous a avons pu constater que celui-ci n’avait pas été lavé par les précédents locataires. Nous avons passé un bon très bon séjour en famille et nous recommandons ce lieu.

Très bon séjour. Appartement fonctionnel, literie confortable, très bien situé proche de la plage et du centre ville de la Rochelle. À notre arrivée, le ménage n'avait pas été fait par les locataires précédents. La propriétaire a tout de suite répondu, est venue constater et est venue faire le ménage. Propriétaire très à l'écoute. Je recommande.

Très bel appartement bien situé

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour La propriétaire a toujours répondu très rapidement à nos questions et l'accueil à l'arrivée s'est très bien déroulé L'appartement est très agréable avec sa grande terrasse, ses nombreux rangements et il est très propre Le wifi et le parking en sous sol sont un grand plus ! Il est également très bien situé dans La Rochelle : à mi-chemin entre les Minimes et le Centre Ville et au calme Lors de notre prochain séjour à La Rochelle, nous n'hésiterons pas à relouer cet appartement :)

Très bon séjour dans l'appartement qui correspond on tt point à l'annonce.

Très belles vacances dans cet appartement. La propriétaire est très arrangeante sur le jour et l'heure d'arrivée (nous sommes arrivés le dimanche en fin d'après midi). Très bon logement pour une famille de 4.L'appartement étant proche du centre ville, nous pouvions y aller à pied ou en vélo. Vélos que nous avions loué chez cyclotour (excellente adresse) et que nous rangions dans le local prévu à cet effet dans la résidence(la voiture étant dans le garage) :top! Il est, de plus, situé à proximité de la plage des Minimes (à vélo en 2,3 coups de pedales😉), l'île de ré à vélo nous a évité les bouchons du pont... Bref, on y retournera à l'occasion.

Très agréable séjour

L'appartement est très bien situé, à proximité des lieux à visiter, des commerces et restaurants. Nous avons posé la voiture et avons passé des vacances à pieds...impeccable. Et l'appartement est tout à fait conforme à sa description, très calme.
