NEW RENOVATED INSIDE IN WINTER 2023/2024. The property has outdoor private swimming pool (7x3 m) with great sea view. The property is ideally suited for a couple, family or group of friends. Villa has one bedroom (with queen size bed 160x200 cm) with flat screen TV. Living room with comfortable sofa bed for 2 persons with big flat screen TV. Fully equipped kitchen with dining room. A fantastic view, which spreads from the Villa Kate over Adriatic Sea and island of Brac.

The beach is 3 minutes walking and restaurants and bars too. Super market is 2 minutes walking.

Beautiful villa

Beautiful relaxing stay

We came to Pisak for our delayed honeymoon feeling like some sunshine and relaxation was well overdue - Villa Kate was absolutely perfect. A clean compact space with a good sized pool and stunning sea views, and a balcony/terrace that catches the sun all day! It was just before the tourist season (mid-May) so unfortunately the two local restaurants were still closed, but it’s possible to walk to Restaurant Jurcevic along a coastal path (about 30 mins) so you avoid the main road. We also got the bus to Makarska and Split a couple of times which was really easy, and made good use of the BBQ! Can’t recommend enough, we’ve come home feeling like we’ve been on a spa break.

A perfect jewel

Alfred and Alphonse have created a perfect jewel set with towering mountains as a backdrop to breathtaking views over the Brac channel to the islands beyond. The villa is modern, comfortable and well appointed in the quiet location of Pisak and has good roads to Split, Dubrovnik and many other of Dalmatia's attractions. Both the villa and pool are immaculately clean and very welcoming after a hot day out. Alfred was extremely helpful and made us feel at home greeting us on arrival and managing the pool. Otherwise he left us to get on with the holiday but responded immediately to inquiries by email. I cannot praise him or the villa highly enough. Hvala.

Paradise in Pisak

We are a family of 4 (7yr and 10yr) who have returned from a 2 week stay in the beautiful villa. Equipped with everything you would need for a family holiday. Professional, responsive yet discrete owners who couldn't do enough for us. We had a wonderful welcome. The pool was stunning, safe and a welcome relief from the hot temperatures. The town itself is a picture postcard fishing village with gorgeous coves, great restaurants and a small beach bar. Overall we would highly recommend this to any family or couple looking for a beautiful escape to Croatia.

Idyllic little villa

My husband and I have just spent three weeks at this lovely little villa. It is small but perfectly formed and the pool area is great with wonderful views. Everything was immaculate and well looked after. It was well equipped and we used the bbq to cook dinner several times during our stay. Pisak is a nice little village with two restaurants (we enjoyed meals at both), a bakery, supermarket and a bar that sells ice cream. We did our main food shopping in Makarska when we were on our travels. If you were staying for a week and just wanted to use the pool or go to the beach you wouldn’t need a car but it is a beautiful area so well worth travelling around. The village is a nice stroll down hill from the villa but it is a harder slog back full of good food and wine! The owners, Alfred and Alfons were polite, friendly and very helpful. They were always available by phone and never intrusive. We had a brilliant stay at Villa Kate and would recommend it to anyone wanting a relaxing holiday in lovely surroundings.

Lovely, first class villa

We booked this villa last year and from the onset the communication with Alfred was fantastic, it was always timely and informative. We arrived in the early hours of the morning which was not a problem as both Alfred and his brother were waiting for us. The check in was seamless and really easy. The villa was spotless and the welcome pack of drinks and some food was very much appreciated. We were a small family of 2 adults 2 children so the villa suited us perfectly. It had everything we needed to have a very enjoyable stay . Even had washing powder, washing up liquid, toilet rolls . The only thing we would raise is that the pool is deep with no shallow end, likewise the pool was very cold to initially get into despite the hot temperatures. For people travelling with children do bear this in mind. On one occasion one of the sun parasols had blown away, this was replaced the very next day without fuss. Again this just reflects how helpful the hosts are. Alfred and Alfons are brilliant hosts who deserve 5 stars for their villa. The villa is very near the little town, you do however need a car to get around and driving in Croatia is not for the faint hearted. May be helpful to have an information pack details of nearest chemist, dr, emergency number etc we didn’t see any smoke alarms, carbon monoxide alarm,fire blanket.This would be worth considering. Would definitely recommend

A wonderful villa in a great spot

Having spent a week in this villa the only failing I could find was that a better knife in the kitchen would have helped with food preparation! The villa is stunning. The location is superb and the facilities are wonderful, including the great swimming pool. If you're a sun worshipper look no further. The local village is small but perfectly practical with some nice places to eat. Other, larger towns are a short drive away. The brothers are fantastically organised and taking over and leaving the villa were painless. My wife and I have travelled a great deal over the past years. This is one of the best places we have stayed in and met all our needs for a summer break. Go, you won't be disappointed!

Lovely location to use as a base to explore this great part of your country.

Clean and exactly as it seemed from the photos. We had a great time here exploring from Mostar to Krka. The pool was fantastic to come home to and was well used. Would thoroughly recommend.

An amazing location, beautiful spotless villa. Fantastic pool

The villa is small but well equipped with a beautiful pool and terrace area. Everything was absolutely spotless and also easy to keep clean. The meat/cheese platter, bread and drinks that were left for us when we first arrived were much appreciated and a really thoughtful touch. The view from the terrace is stunning looking out to sea and is a great place to sit with a glass of wine at the end of the day

Perfect Villa

We had a fantastic stay at this villa. It is very modern and clean and well maintained. It is very private and quiet with lovely views. Wonderfully relaxing
