After a hectic day at one of the theme parks, a lazy day at the beach or perhaps just time spent around the swimming pool, relax in a beautiful villa with panoramic lake views.
This spacious fully furnished and recently redecorated villa boasts a lounge, dining room, family area, fully equipped kitchen, breakfast area, 3 bedrooms (master with en-suite), bathroom & laundry room leading to a double garage. FREE WIFI
The delightful lounge and dining areas are at the front of the property leading to a sizeable kitchen with all major appliances and breakfast space. Both the comfortable family area - with large smart TV & master bedroom have sliding doors leading to the enclosed patio and pool, giving access to a covered area with a table and chairs for those hot summer days, all overlooking the lake. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and a large walk-in wardrobe, bedroom 2 has a double bed, bedroom 3 twin beds, all with TV's. The en-suite bathroom has twin wash basins, bath, shower cubicle and separate toilet. The second bathroom is conveniently located between bedrooms 2 & 3.
The property is fully air conditioned and has both cable TV and Wi-Fi available and is maintained by a local professional management company.
Highway 192 is only 2 miles away, where there is access to a Walmart supermarket, numerous restaurants, shops and other family entertainment. With many other attractions including Kennedy Space Center, Tampa's Busch Gardens and beautiful Floridian beaches only approximately one hour drive away, makes this the ideal holiday home.

NICE

Easy entrance and alarm disarming. Did notice the pet stains on the carpet in the dinning/lounge area. We did not use this area nor allowed our small dog in the area during our 6 week stay. the nicely decorated house with artificial plants imparted a warm homey feeling. Some of the major appliances were relatively new supporting a functional kitchen. Could have used a cookie sheet but the pizza pan made due. The location was on a side street and traffic and noise was minimal. Slept well on the bed, just had to get use to a foam mattress. It was restful and quiet so we really enjoyed the stay. Would stay again if the opportunity came up.

Great location but some issues

The house is in a great location and perfect for all parks, activities and shopping. Quiet and peaceful and a lovely neighbourhood. The details for the door codes etc need to be clearer and the alarms on the doors and difficult to work. We had issues with cleanliness and general repair of the property. It needs some TLC on basic things like blinds and windows, what really lets it down is cleanliness. It’s a rental so carpets etc you do expect wear and tear however sadly on our arrival hoovering left

Comfortable stay but many issues

The villa was spacious in a good, quiet location. About 20-30 mins from Disney. Sofas and beds were comfy, but beds were noisy. The bins were put out for us, strange but appreciated. The villa does come with some issues: - The villa needs a deep clean, we saw dust on the main headboard, on plug sockets, top of TV cabinets etc. - We found a dead gecko (!) in the corner of first living area and dead insects in the master. - The disarm button on the pool door alarm didn’t work from the pool side - noisy coming back in, needs to be fixed. - The pink hairdryer is rubbish. The one in main bathroom is good. - There are lots of loose tiles in the kitchen. There’s one in the middle of the kitchen that’s broken and you could cut yourself if you’re not careful. - The airer is broken - The pool was cold Three days before leaving, we received a phone call at 3pm: “you shouldn’t be there”. It was a very abrupt phone call, and the person didn’t believe us that we were staying 3 more days, so we emailed over the booking of our stay to prove the correct number of days. The cleaner was already there and waiting for us to leave. This is not acceptable. It’s worth noting the time of the phone call at 3pm - perhaps suggesting why the villa wasn’t as clean as it should be.There was no apology from the management or follow up call to reassure us, causing us unnecessary stress. We did enjoy our stay overall, but we think it's in need of some TLC and some updated photos.

Brick beds and poor air con

ROCK HARD BEDS. None of us slept properly for 2weeks due to the beds feeling like bricks. A couple of the younger family members slept on sofas. VERY POOR AIR CON. We were forbidden from setting the Aircon lower than 72°. This was horrendous. The master bedroom had no ceiling fan although the fans in the other 2 rooms were totally inadequate. Again the management said this was how it was everywhere but having stayed in homes on poinciana for years I never had this problem and neighbours on the same street had fantastic Aircon. The home overall is grubby and the pool was dirty on arrival. Sadly our stay in the home was tainted by the hard beds and dreadful aircon

Wouldn't return!

Couldn't access property on arrival, took well over an hour to get hold of anyone to discover the lockbox we were told to pick up the key from wasn't in use! Ants everywhere, including the dishwasher and all over our clothes and toiletries after a day. Cockroach in bedroom. Soft furnishings and bedspreads were grubby, sheets had hairs. Both showers were mouldy. WiFi instructions (there are 3 different versions) out of date. TV intermittent. Checkout is at 10 but couldn't go outside that day as the pool was being cleaned. Overall the villa needs a really good clean and some updating. Especially the guest instructions on VRBO and inside the guest book. Definitely won't be booking again.

Villa near to theme parks

The Villa was exactly as described and as in the photos. Lovely quiet location. Kitchen well equipped, 2 lounges gave welcome additional space, pool perfect. There is not a key to the property, a code on the door lock is used. Clearer instructions on how to use the door lock and alarm when entering and leaving would be helpful. I definitely recommend this property and would use again if staying in the area.

Enjoyable stay

We had a lovely holiday at the villa, well equipment, clean (inside) ,plenty of room, location was great and the view amazing. My teenagers enjoyed using the pool which was maintained well, but the pool area was covered in leaves (which I sweep up) and rather dirty including the furniture, the pool screening is also in need of some repair. But on the whole we really enjoyed our stay.

Nice house, poorly maintained.

In short this is a nice house but poorly maintained. We paid for 14 days pool heating but didn’t get it. The pool was cold and when we reported it they said it was working, but it clearly wasn’t. The management company were rude and argumentative. They sent someone to look at the pool but it still didn’t work. They just kept insisting that it was working. We bought a pool thermometer to show the water temperature was much cooler than they said and sent them the pictures. They said the thermometer must be broken! They even suggested that someone (inferring us) was messing around with the controls even though the control box had a combination padlock on it. We got talking to the people renting next door and their pool was nice and warm, so it had nothing to do with the weather or orientation of the pool. The fridge is clearly on its last legs. It was noisy, no matter where you were in the house you could hear it, and there was a slight leak from the front. There are complaints about it in the guest book going back to September 2017. The management company said that they had emailed the owner. The pool screening had big rips in it. They said they would tell the owner but nothing was done. Again there are complaints about this in the guest book from May 2018. As the last week of our holiday was quite breezy the rips just kept getting bigger. In the kitchen area, there were some cracked and loose floor tiles. The interior patio door runners had clearly not seen any cleaning in many months as they were coated in dirt. The bed in the master bedroom was not king size as stated in the details. It was only 5’ making it a US queen size. We felt that the management company is letting the owner down, however it may be that the owner is aware of the lack of maintenance and unwilling to address the problems. We won’t be returning to this house and all future houses will be asked who their management company is so that we can avoid them.

Wonderful stay at the villa.

It was very clean, well furnished with everything we needed. We enjoyed the views over the lake with the wildlife as we sat around the pool area. Ideally located and close to the shops and restaurants. Hope to be back next year but for longer!

Great Villa with Great Views

Our second stay at this property and enjoyed it just as much as the first. Ideal location to the nearby shops, restaurants and parks. The property was clean, well maintained and came with a wonderful view over the lake at the back. We will certainly be recommending this villa again to our friends.

Great location. Have stayed at Eagle Point several times now so pretty much know what I'm getting. Villa is spacious, well equipped and comfortable. Would happily stay again. Only reason I didn't award five stars is I missed having ceiling fans to circulate the air in the main living area and also most villas I've stayed in have had games/equipment in the garage to while away the evenings on the few rest days! Not major issues by any means but just an honest appraisal. Thanks for the booking.

Great villa

Fantastic villa and very clean. Great position only 15 minutes to Disney parks. Great view across a lake with lots of water wildlife. Really quiet area at Eagle Pointe and great support from the management team who look after this villa. Pool very warm and clean. Great two week stay at Easter, will definitely come back to this villa.

Had a wonderful holiday in Kissimmee the Villa in the Eagle Point area was fab very clean, comfortable and spacious..... Wonderfully close to all the Disney and Universal Parks..... Great places to eat locally and great entertainment etc at close by Old Town.... would definitely recommend a holiday in Kissimee and would most definitely return

Staying at Eagle point South

This is a typical American home with all the expected services in the house. If we had one very small quibble it would be that the pool furniture would benefit from a really good clean as it was a little grubby in places but other than that everything else was fine.

Great Villa in a wonderful location

Lovely, clean and well maintained villa set in a wonderful location looking on to a lake. The villa was very comfortable, well equipped with close, easy access to restaurants, shops and parks. There were also visits from wildlife around the lake. Good and quick responses from the owners and management company. lovely view overlooking a small lake

The villa was really nice. The only problem was the beds they all could do with new mattresses.they were uncomfortable hard and one we couldn't sleep in. The villa was in a good location it was lovely and quiet. We enjoyed watching the wildlife that was at the lake.

Disney World Adventure

Easy to find, spacious, pretty lake, quiet neighborhood. Comfy beds. House is in need of paint, grout and carpet. Definitely pet friendly. Could use a doggie gate between formal carpeted rooms and vinyl . I made a barrier with iron board. My pup is only 3lbs. But the carpet had many stains from previous pets. Pool wasn’t heated so we called manager Craig whom walked us through set up. Malfunctioning pool alarm on sliding door went off numerous times and came off door and had to be rehung. Broken shower door handle in master. But none of this ruined our stay. We had wonderful time at parks and this quiet house was a great retreat.
