Overlooking Collin St and Swanston St, this two bedroom high-rise apartment lies opposite Town Hall Stop 6 and overlooks the rest of Collins St and Town Hall. It is a short distance from famous cafes on Flinders Lane, groceries at Coles and Woolworths and from restaurants set along Swanston Street. Travelling to most parts of the CBD is covered under the Free Tram Zone, meaning you will not need a Myki (public transport) card or pay fares.

As you enter the apartment, to your right is a spacious bathroom with a shower-bathtub, the wash basin and a toilet seat. This arrangement maximises the space and convenience as you move from toilet seat to shower or to wash up.
