The main level of the cottage features a gourmet kitchen, complete with a breakfast bar, top tier stainless appliances, a butler’s pantry with a wine fridge and espresso maker—perfect for crafting morning cappuccinos or evening cocktails. The adjacent dining area is complemented by a stone fireplace and leads to a cozy living area bathed in natural light. Step out to the expansive deck, where you’ll find a fire table and an outdoor TV, ideal for entertaining under the stars. A main floor ensuite primary bedroom features a queen bed and beautiful attached bath with tiled walk in shower. An additional half bath and laundry room are located on this floor .

There are two designated parking spaces in the first lot off Honeymoon Lane, both marked "Bide A Wee."

-100% refund (minus a VRBO service fee) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
-50% refund (minus a VRBO service fee) if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in.
-No refund if you cancel less than 14 days before the reservation date.

There are no refunds for early departures, reductions in nights rented, or delayed arrivals due to inclement weather or any other factor. Please consider trip insurance to protect your investment.

MANAGEMENT
This property is managed locally by BVW Unsalted Vacations Property Management in Holland, MI. We provide all professionally laundered linens, bath and beach towels, and a starter supply of paper and cleaning products, along with emergency maintenance services.
