Biscarrosse holiday 2023

Lovely spacious house with beautiful garden. Although near a main road the little traffic noise did not bother us at all in the beautifully kept garden. All rooms had fans to keep cool and the electric shutters also helped. Very relaxing peaceful house. Boulongerie in walking distance and so many beautiful beaches nearby. Biscarrosse Plage was lovely to eat in the evening and a must is a visit to Pilat Dune and Arcachon basin. Lovely area of France and lovely house

Das Haus und die Einrichtung waren in einem guten Zustand. Der Pool ist mehr was für Kinder. Die Lage des Hauses ist in der Nähe einer Hauptstraße in einer typischen Ferienhaussiedlung.

Schönes Ferienhaus mit tollem Pool und Garten

Wir verbracht hier 10 wunderbare Tage. Das Haus hatte eine tolle Einteilung der Zimmer und genügend Platz für uns vier. Der Pool ist sauber und außergewöhnlich vom Schnitt, und obwohl er unbeheizt ist, nie zu kalt und macht echt Spaß. Der Garten ist eine Augenweide und schön gepflegt und nicht einsehbar. Das Auto konnte auf dem Grundstück geparkt werden und war durch ein elektrisches Tor gesichert. Im unteren Stockwerk gibt es überall automatische Jalousien, so dass ein Knopfdruck genügt. Alles ist hell und sauber und sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Was nirgends in der FeWo-direkt Annonce zu finden war, war die Höhe der Kaution und die zusätzlichen Kosten für Reinigung und Bettwäsche, aber Dank der tollen Betreuung durch Mirian, die wirklich immer sehr schnell auf Fragen aller Art geantwortet hat, gab es keine Unklarheiten. Hier nochmal ein dickes Dankeschön an Sie. Obwohl das Haus an einer tagsüber relativ gut befahrenen Straße liegt (30er Zone), konnten wir nachts gut und unbelästigt schlafen, denn dann war fast kein Verkehr. Tagsüber störte es nicht, da wir auch viel im Pool getobt haben. Zum Supermarkt Super U sind es nur fünf Minuten mit dem Auto, zum See 5 km und zum nächsten Strand 10 km. Allerdings lohnt sich die längere Fahrt zum plage salie 20 Minuten. Einfach traumhaft. Zur Düne Pilat braucht man eine halbe Stunde und ist unbedingt sehenswert, allerdings erst abends, dann ist es nicht ganz so voll. Wir haben die Zeit in Biscarrosse bourg sehr genossen, wer aber Trubel will, Eis essen oder bummeln, der sollte auch nach Biscarrosse plage fahren, sehr nettes Städtchen mit genügend Parkplätzen. Vorort gibt es die Pizzeria Mille Pâtes-sehr lecker! Jederzeit wieder Urlaub in diesem Haus, wenn wir wieder mal nach Biscarrosse kommen.👍🤓

Une maison familiale idéalement située dans Biscarosse Bourg. La localisation au pied de la départementale n’est pas un point positif.

Tres bien

Très jolie maison avec une piscine très sympa et assez grande pour que les enfants puissent s'amuser. Il faut prendre la voiture pour aller à la mer ou au lac mais c'est indiqué dans l'annonce. Tres bon séjour et très bien accueilli par la personne qui s'occupe de la location.

Maison conforme mais beaucoup de nuisance

Maison conforme aux photos. Cependant, 2 gros POINTS NÉGATIFS : 🔷️ La maison est sur LA départementale qui longe la côte et il y a énormément de passage (voitures, camions, cars...) toute la journée. 🔷️ la maison était entourée de travaux : 2 chantiers différents à moins de 10 mètres de la maison : 2 grues en perpétuel mouvement pour la construction d'un lotissement et une maison en construction mitoyenne de la location avec bruits permanents d'une scie circulaire toute la journée. Jamais nous n'avons été prévenus par notre contact de la location et lorsque nous lui avons émis notre mécontentement nous avons eu comme réponse: "J espère que les doubles vitrages atténueront le bruit".  Pas un geste commercial proposé... Seulement, quand on loue une maison avec piscine et jardin au mois de juillet, ce n'est pas pour rester enfermés dans la maison !!!

Très bon séjour, accueil chaleureux et bienveillant. La villa est magnifique avec de beaux espaces intérieurs comme extérieurs. Le seul regret est d'avoir une piscine non chauffé, du coup nous n'avons pas pu en profiter

Schönes Haus, tolle Zeit, alles da was wir uns von einem schönen Urlaub vorstellen

Es ist ein sehr schönes Haus, mit einem uneinsehbaren Garten und einem tollen Pool (allerdings an einer nicht wenig befahrenen Straße, aber Nachts relativ ruhig). Es trifft alles zu wie in der Beschreibung dargestellt. Hygiene/Sauberkeit ist halt so wie in einem möblierten, bewohnten Haus es ist. Aber insgesamt ein tolles großes Haus. Wir waren zu viert. Zu sechst ist es sicher auch gut bewohnbar, mit mehr würde ich aber dann aber nicht einziehen. Lage ist im Ort, ca. 8km vom Strand 5km vom See. Wir hatten Fahrräder mit. Vor dort hatten wir einige Touren gestartet. Wir planen ggf. schon für das nächstes Jahr. Service war sehr gut. Die Verwalterin (ROS) war jederzeit erreichbar und hilfsbereit.

Maison agréable mais des choses à améliorer

Dans l'ensemble c'est une maison agréable et bien pour une famille. Il est écrit pour 8 personnes mais ce serait plutot pour 6 car un clic-clac n'est pas un vrai lit. Les points positifs : - bel extérieur paysagé - la piscine n'est pas tres profonde ce qui est bien pour des enfants, - piscine bien sécurisé - Le salon est assez grand pour 4 adultes avec enfants ou 6 adultes - parking fermé pour une voiture Les points négatifs: - ayant l'habitude de louer des maisons dans cette gamme de prix pour notre famille composée de deux jeunes enfants, il manque des choses élémentaires comme un panier d'accueil composé de certaines spécialités de la région, là nous avons eu juste le droit à 5 petites canettes de soda, - la maison est au bord d'une route passante, - la machine à café à capsules (sans capsules de fournis) ne fonctionnait pas - les ustensiles de cuisine et pour le barbecue étaient salles - le piano qui est dans le salon est juste la pour la déco, il ne fonctionne pas - quelques travaux sont à prévoir, comme la réparation de prises ou d'interrupteurs cassés, le papier peint qui se décolle, dessus de WC cassé, etc. Dans l'ensemble de bonnes vacances, meilleurs si les points ci-dessus seraient inexistants.
