On the ground floor, the apartment consists of:

-a large living room (140X200cm sofa bed/ TV / WIFI) with a fully equipped open kitchen (dishwasher, microwave etc.), and a dining area for 6 people opening onto a west-facing balcony. Possibility of having lunch outside.

- a bathroom with WC.

Upstairs:
-bedroom 1 (2 beds 80X200cm)
-bedroom 2 (bed 160X200cm).

Parking space in the basement.

Linen not provided, possibility to rent via the agency = 1 pack 140cm (sheets & towels) = €42 per week / 1 pack 90cm (sheets and towels) = €32 per week.
Optional cleaning = 70€

During winter, heating consumption will be billed in addition to the rent according to meter readings.
