A great house for family gatherings

The house was a good place for us to explore the area, knowing we had a comfortable place to return to. With easy walking distance from the old town.

A week in Freiburg

Fantastic house and perfect for our week. We had 80 old grandparent so no trekking or mountain biking, but instead trips into Alsace, wine tasting (kids went to Europa Park) and fun exploring Freiburg. Communication was great, bikes available if we wanted them, could not have wished for better.

Family gathering

We had plenty of room for our family gathering in a very nice area of Freiburg. Uta was very helpful and responsive. Accommodation was good for all ages. Although very well equipped, the kitchen was rather small for catering for a large group. Pleasant walk into the old town and local shops good for most needs.

Fantastic House, wonderful location

We had 8 adults comfortably stay in this house. The social areas are large and there are plenty of facilities to cover all our dining plans. The location allowed us to take day trips easily and was within a short distance of shops. Fantastically presented, with enough trust and freedom from the host to use as we needed. We would stay again in a heartbeat and we were all thoroughly sad our stay here came to an end.

Family Gathering

We are 3 families with 3under 2 years old. The blue house was ideal to come together and celebrate birthdays. A very pleasant walk into the Aldstad too. Lots to do and many places to eat. The house had everything we could need for our short break.

Fabuless Luxurious villa wonderfully furnished.

We rented the Villa for 8 nights on july-2 families 4 adults & 6 children. The house location is excellent. Near the city center but in a very nice and quite neighborhood. The place was perfect. Very beautiful, luxurious, very clean, and fully equipped with all Necessary things for 2 families . It made our holiday very special. Mrs Von Boyen, is very honest and kind. We strongly recommend.

Beautiful Villa for Family Christmas!

My family joined us for Christmas from Canada and we had an amazing stay at the villa. Close access to the Altstadt in Freiburg and other attractions in the region; very open concept for us to hang out as a family and very comfortable and large bedrooms! Beautiful property and well kept Villa that would recommend to any visitor!

Great location, great stay

Two families from America with young children

The house was beautiful, very spacious and private for our group of 9. We were also close to everything, so it was easy to walk or drive anywhere we wanted to go. We were on a multiple week trip, so it was a huge relief to be able to have access to a washer and dryer. Uta has everything very organized with plenty of information and was quick to answer any questions etc! The home has everything you would need to cook etc. It was rainy during our stay, but the outdoor area would have been great for families to eat dinner and relax.

Perfect home away from home

We stayed for a week (and immediately regretted not staying for two!). The house is spacious, comfortable, and well equipped. During the summer, the wealth of windows allowed for cooling cross breezes throughout the day. The air smelled like honey. The beautiful flower garden provides relaxing mornings and evenings. The beds were comfortable and spacious. The bathrooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable. The downstairs apartment gives a second, private space if needed. The bus is at the bottom of the hill, and connects you to the city center in minutes. The owner was quick to respond to texts, and was prompt and kind with directions (especially about trash, as we were unfamiliar with local separation and recycling processes).

Beautiful home in Freiburg

We had a great stay at Ute’s house. It’s a short walk to the local neighborhood restaurants and cafes and about 25 min walk to the Freiburg Cathedral. The house is very spacious and has everything you could need.

Ein guter Rutsch ins neue Jahr!

Die Villa von Boyen läßt hinsichtlich Lage, Großzügigkeit, Gemütlichkeit und Komfort nichts zu wünschen übrig. So hatten wir zu 8 FreundInnen sehr schöne und in der so vielfältigen Umgebung erlebnisreiche Tage über Sylvester. Vielen Dank auf diesem Wege an die Gastgeberin, auch für das unkomplizierte und gut organisierte „no show onboarding“!

It was a fabulous stay.

We got married up in the Black forest and rent this VRBO out for the whole week for some of the family from the US to Stay. It was absolutely amazing. So amazing that we even had our "First look" in the Yard because it was so beautiful. Unfortunately it rain a lot during out stay and we didn't had a chance to get use to the amazing outdoor patio seating. Hopefully next time when we will be back. :)

Great central location in Black Forest
