Great apartment very modern with all amenities. View is fantastic over the sea. My only gripe was the Internet connection and reception, apart from that we had a good time

Fabulous Calpe apartment

We had a wonderful stay at Volker's apartment. It is in a great location and just a short walk to the beach and town. The apartment is spacious, clean and very well-equipped, with all you could need for a relaxing holiday. The views fron the balcony and from all of the rooms are amazing and we spent happy hours looking over thè bay, the town and the rock. Fabiola 1 is just a short walk from the main bus station, so easy to get to from, say, Alicante or Valencia by Alsa bus. There is also a good-sized Mercadona supermarket not far away with everything you could need. I should also mention thst the pool area is actually nicer than it looks in the pictures, with plenty of sun, and it was very quiet while we were there. We had excellent communication with Volker, who was always very quick to reply to our questions. Thank you, Volker; we hope to return one day!

Fantastic

Absolutely loved the apartment. Was slightly worried due to lack of air conditioning in August but with the apartment being on the 10th floor there was a nice breeze if windows were left open. Some doorstops might be useful as we had to hold the doors open with bags to stop them banging. A large fan was also provided which we moved from living to bedroom as required. Well equipped kitchen. Pool area is more inviting than shown on the picture. Calpe old town is a lovely area. Loads of places to eat and drink and plenty of Supermarkets. Would definitely stay again. Volker replied quickly to our initial query which was great.

I’ve just returned from a lovely week in Calpe. Our apartment was beautifully presented with everything needed for our holiday. The apartment block was quiet and well maintained. The apartment was a few minutes walk to the beach , although quite a climb on the way back, and also very near to the old town....great to go in the evening for tapas and drinks! I’m happy to recommend this apartment!

Apartment was fantastic,sadly 2 emails and a phone call regarding damages (not ours) no response!

Fabulous apartment and had fully intended to book again on our return, sadly we were charged €50 for a pair of scissors which were as we found them, they came apart and clipped together for use and something in the bedroom which again was exactly as we had found it, the problem is nobody checks you in or out, we did however mention them to Adela the lady in the block who holds the keys, I have sent 2 emails/messages to Volker the owner, tried to call from a number that I was given by the company, (that was unobtainable), very sad and very unfortunate as we really had intended to re book the same apartment!...my rating is relating to the issues which were fully explained in my email! Volker was responding to every email/message almost immediately, so it was very disappointing to be ignored with no explanation or discussion, we are respectable people and would have genuinely been happy to pay for damages had we actually caused any, we feel we are paying for other people’s damage or carelessness or possibly people may be paying for the same damage over and over again?...who would know.

Excellent apartment. Great views and great location.

We have had a fabulous beach holiday staying in this lovely apartment. The beach is a five minute walk as is the old town where you can find great restaurants amongst the narrow streets. Everything is on your doorstep and the view from the balcony is stunning. Aircon would have made it a bit more comfortable. Would definitely recommend this place.

Amazing apartment

Perfect location for all the amenities including beach, supermarket, restaurants and cafes! Plenty of space and because it's so close to the beach the sea breeze keeps the apartment lovely and cool in the hot summer days! Me and my husband had 3 teenage girls with us, we love the beach and the one in calpe is particularly stunning ! Lots of ice cream parlours around to cool down from the sun. The apartment has 3 large bedrooms, bathroom with a powerful shower and open plan kitchen., dinning room and living room ! Plenty of space for the 5 of us! We absolutely loved our stay and was talking while we are here of another stay in this apartment !! Thank you Volker, it was brilliant.

Brilliant location, lovely area

We had a brilliant stay in May 2016. My husband, 5 year old daughter and I found the apartment to be very clean and comfortable and the view is just wonderful. Calpe is a lovely town with ample restaurants and a stunning beach just a short stroll away. The swimming pool is VERY cold (in May) and the big pool is very deep but we did brave it one afternoon. The local bus station was about 15 minutes walk (With the help of google maps!) where we got the bus into Benidorm one day to visit Mundomar which was a lovely day out. Overall, this is a great apartment and our holiday was everything we could have hoped for. Thank you Volker!

Todo correcto 100% recomendable. Volvería a repetir, cerca de la playa con unas vistas preciosas, por poner un pero el parking se queda pequeño, hay pocas plazas.

The property is located amazingly! The view is spectacular and the apartment well kept. The only issue we had is that the floor had sand and it was dusty atound. I got charge a cleaning fee and the apartment wasn't. Other than that it was great.

Sehr schöne Wohnung

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit Ausblick auf den Penion de Ifach und das Meer. Tolle Lage, nur 5 Minuten bis zum Strand. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe und Parkplätze im Hof. Alles was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht.

Excellent location and view!

Lovely apartment in absolutely excellent location - close to the beach and the old town. The views of the town and cliff are stunning and there is free parking at the building behind an electric gate, luxury. Don't know if there are enough parking spaces in the summer. Only minus is the double bed, which is quite hard and which becomes stressful to sleep on after some days. But it can be individual.

Es war wie jedes Jahr toll. Sauber, ausgestattet mit allem was man zum Leben braucht, Fön, verschiedene Gläser 😉, Geschirr uzw.und mit tollen Blick vom Fenster 👍 immer wieder gerne.
