Wonderful, comfortable vacation home 25 km from Rome and with panoramic views of the Roman countryside. Furnished and equipped with taste and elegance, this house extends over several levels and has spacious and appealing interiors. Near the pool there is a kitchen, and in the spacious garden guests can enjoy their meals outdoors. Here you will also find a barbecue, the beautiful private swimming pool and a ping-pong table. There is also a beautiful chapel on the property. A beautician, personal trainer and cooking service (at the accommodation) can be arranged upon request (On request and payment on site). The beautiful property is ideal for a relaxing vacation surrounded by nature, while offering its residents the opportunity to visit the artistic and historical sites of Rome and other famous cities in the immediate area. Some distances: Terni 70 km, Viterbo 60 km and Lake Bracciano 40 km.
Please note that: Bed linen and towels are included in the room rate in 2025. Up to one pet is allowed. Outdoor private pool on site is open June - end September.
