Ticked all our boxes!

We found Carrie (the host) to be very responsive and accommodating. We enjoyed our stay and found the property to be very clean on arrival and the entry process simple. There are food outlets within walking distance and the house is well located for Lawrence. The house is comfortable and has all you need for a short stay. The kitchen was well equipped and for us, it worked really well. Thank you so much for hosting us!! xx

Outdated and rough shape

I had to change the sheets before getting in the bed because they were covered in dog hair. There was old food in the sink and hair in the bathtub. The ceiling in one of the bedrooms was peeling apart. The neighborhood is sketchy, the first night the police were patrolling with spotlights looking for someone.It did.not feel safe.

I came here mainly because of the Massage Chair and did not partake in much of the television that was offered nor the gaming consoles. I did rob some food, which was nice. Otherwise the kitchen was fit for a king. Slept like a rock.

We stayed one night, passing through to Colorado to visit family. It was very clean and comfortable. The bed could have been more comfortable but otherwise, nice place. We had our dogs with us and there was a small area to let them out with artificial turf. That was convenient, especially since it was raining heavily.

Comfortable stay with everything I needed. The bed was comfortable and I liked having a tv in the bedroom. The massage chair was great after long days at work.

Very nice inside, lots of nice touches, extra charging cables, snacks, bathroom amenities. The massage chair is absolutely wonderful. We moved my son back to college so was nice to relax in after setting his apartment up for a couple of days. Room was very clean.

This was a great place to stay. Our dogs were comfortable and it was clean. The owner provided snacks, coffee and toiletries. It is close to the college and downtown.

Nice place to stay in Lawrence

Located within a cheap Uber to downtown Lawrence and Mass street attractions. Nice to have a whole side of a duplex instead of a small hotel room.

Clean and side yard a plus if traveling with a dog.

The property was clean and well stocked. The small side yard helped since I had a dog. I kind of wish that I had known there was no sidewalk because I am on oxygen and walking a dog on smooth surface is easier.

A nice duplex to spend a couple of nights in with family!

My wife and I met my brother and his wife here! The listing is accurate and there were a lot of nice amenities. The kitchen is pretty fully equipped for a rental and this was a nice place to hang out and catch up with loved ones! The hosts were great to communicate with and clarified things whenever asked. Holiday Visit

We were in town to visit friends and family for the holidays. Between the 5 of us and the dogs we bring a level of chaos that my parents house just can’t handle anymore. This gave us the space we needed to help keep everyone sane during our trip. The decor was fun and the kids loved the massage chair. Both my daughter and my wife made comments on how comfortable the beds were. If you’re looking for a place in Lawrence this is a good choice.
