House with two bedrooms for 4 people in the artists' village of Deia.
The natural stone house is located in the middle of a large beautiful garden, by inviting you to refresh a small stone pool.
From the property you have a fantastic view over the village of Deia's bowling with his church, which is illuminated at night and the beautiful Tramuntana mountains and a distant sea view in Cala Deia.
Despite the few minutes that the house is from the center, the garden offers a fully protected from prying eyes, quiet place to relax.
The house has two bedrooms equipped with double beds and each has a bathroom. The lovingly and individually furnished house offers a genuinely original architecture bright and spacious living spaces. Through various levels of the garden, it offers a lot of hidden corners in the garden.
Through a beautiful hiking trail to reach the Bay of Deia in about 15 minutes.

Fantastic holiday in Dèia!

Beautiful, characterful villa set in lush gardens. A short walk up a twisty road takes you into the centre of the town which has good choice of restaurants, arty shops and a small grocery store. We found the villa extremely well equipped for our short stay with everything we could possibly require. During the day we found the villa cool and airy & at night the air conditioning in the bedrooms along with extremely comfortable beds ensured a great night’s sleep! A word of advice though is to make sure you cover up and use plenty of insect repellent if sitting outside the villa in the evening as we did get quite a few mosquito bites! Highly recommend a stay here 😊

Serene stay

We loved the house, it was beautifully situated in lovely grounds and stylish while practical. The rustic kitchen /lounge suited us perfectly and the provision of household basics in the kitchen made it homely and easy for our family. Kids loved jumping in the pool and the view to the sea is serene. We would highly recommend this house. Thank you

great place and cool in summer

Very nice house with style and character. Not good for small children because there are so many steps and level changes but we had not planned to bring an infant and the house is not advertised as suitable for small children. Quite a walk to the sea, nearby beach is rocky and has big waves but stunning! Great place, we will come back.

Beautiful house in an area of outstanding beauty

Superb house full of wonderful modern art furniture and books. Daniela, the homeowner was very helpful and attentive, making sure that our every need was met. Georgeous garden with the perfect plunge pool for cooling off and very comfortable beds. The walk to the beach is great exercise but wear trainers as the route is rocky. The nearby rocky beach and village are not frequented by hoards of tourists- more a select venue for locals, Spanish, French and German holiday makers with only the odd Brit encountered. The nearby beach is a real highlight for snorkelling enthusiasts. We had the perfect holiday and thoroughly recommend this unique house.

Beautiful and secluded

We had a lovely, restful week in this beautiful and secluded property. The house is spacious - double height in the living room - simply decorated and tastefully furnished. Seating is comfortable and beds good-sized. Although in the heart of Deia the property is well secluded - the large garden is screened from neighbours and behind a private gate - and quiet, with the most noticeable sounds those of birdsong. Wonderful views, to the mountains above and sea below.

A quiet oasis

The house was gorgeous, well equipped, and very comfortable. For three 60 plus year old women the stairs were tricky but doable. We never would have found the house without the assistance of the property manager so don’t arrive at night! The house is located in a valley of sorts and we may have preferred being on a hill with more of a view but it was still lovely. There is a 12 min uphill walk to town and a 30 min plus hike to the beach. Not easy but manageable. I would definitely recommend.

Idyllic indeed!

We loved our stay in Deia so very much and this hideaway gorgeous house (everywhere you look is so beautiful!) in the village was the perfect base to enjoy it all. The pool and view to the sea from it were our very favorites, and sleeping was a dream in those comfy beds. My only little comment would be that the many fragile objets decorating the house made me nervous vs my playful children - maybe, when hosting families, putting a few away might be best, just in case? Moltes gràcies Daniela for your help with everything, we hope to be back some day soon!

Erholung pur in Deia

Ein sehr schönes Haus auf einem traumhaft schönen Grundstück und das alles inmitten von Deia. Der große Garten, der sich über vier Terrassen erstreckt, ist so gut wie nicht von der Straße einsehbar. Dafür reicht der Blick sowohl auf die umliegenden Berge, das Dorf und das Meer. Die Sonne scheint fast den ganzen auf das Grundstück und so konnten wir viele Stunden auf dem Gelände genießen. Leider war es während unseres Aufenthaltes überwiegend recht kühl, doch dank der eingebauten Heizung, die sehr gut regelbar ist, war das Innere des Gebäudes angenehm warm. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, im Garten hätte es auch die Möglichkeit gegeben, zu grillen. Es gibt zwei Schlafzimmer , verteilt auf beide Etagen des Hauses, das über sehr viele, große Fenster mit Blick in das Grüne und zahlreiche Türen zu den diversen Terrassen verfügt. Die Betten sind sehr bequem; selten haben wir im Urlaub so lange geschlafen und sind ohne irgendwelche Schmerzen aufgewacht. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen, haben uns phantastisch erholt und werden sicher wieder kommen.

Gran experiencia

Disfrutamos muchísimo de nuestra estancia en la casa. Todas las zonas exteriores son impresionantes y se respira muchísima paz aunque a su vez estas muy cerca del pueblo. La zona es también maravillosa. Quizás como único pero destacaría que la casa no tiene lavavajillas ni aire acondicionado, es una casa “rústica” por lo que puede no cuadrarte si buscas algo muy moderno. A nosotros nos encanto y ya estamos deseando repetir!!

Beautiful house, well decorated with a little, but perfect pool. A tasteful paradise and a real joy to stay here. Make sure you have enough mosquito lotion because you can only sit outside when protected.

We loved our experience at this house. The outside gardens where lush and beautiful with views of the mountains and a little bit of the sea. The house itself was functional with a boho feel, nothing to fancy but perfect for our needs.

Mallorca für Individualisten

Das wunderschön eingerichtete kleine Haus ist umgeben von schönen Blicken: in die Berge, auf den Ort, aufs entfernt schimmernde Meer. Die Abgeschiedenheit und das kleine Tauchbecken machen es auch im Hochsommer zu einem ruhigen und entspannenden Ort.

Großzügiges ruhiges Ferienhaus mit riesigem Garten

Das Haus liegt perfekt angebunden in Deia, versteckt inmitten eines großen und wunderschön angelegten verwunschenen Gartens. Von der Terrasse schweift der Blick bis zum Meer. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, wir waren mit Kindern insgesamt 7 Personen und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Es gibt tolle Cafés und Restaurants fußläufig, die Cala Deia ist einen kurzen, sehr empfehlenswerten Spaziergang entfernt. Absolut traumhaft!

Einzigartig Schön

Diese Finca ist einfach einzigartig schön und hat eine tolle Lage. Vor Ort hat uns Daniela (Hausverwaltung) liebevoll betreut und war bei Fragen immer da. Die Finca ist sehr sauber und toll geschnitten. Der Garten und Pool sind sehr gepflegt. Wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder.

Traumhafte, stillvoll eingerichtete Finca im malerischen Ort Deià

Die Finca Ca'n Borino ist ein sehr stilvoll eingerichtetes Haus mit großem Garten, Terrasse und einem kleinem Pool. Vom Haus aus erreicht man in ca. 20 Minuten zu Fuß über einen Wanderweg die Bucht Cala Deià. Der Ortskern ist nur 5 Gehminuten vom Ca'n Borino entfernt. Eine sehr nette Hausverwalterin kümmert sich vor Ort bei Fragen rund um das Haus. Ich war das erste und bestimmt nicht das letzte mal da.
