Had a mother/daughter date to Magnolia Farm and such a perfect place to stay that was nearby. Just right for the 2 of us.

It worked for a place to stay, but needs improvement on climate control and front door screen replaced. The climate control debices are very noisey and makes sleep difficult. Otherwise inside done nicely but too crammed with furniture
This little cottage was a great place to stay. Close to everything we had planned. Very quaint house with lots of thoughtful touches. Would stay again.
The heating system is not very efficient. The one in the bedroom goes on and off. This wasn’t good with the cold weather we had. We had no hot water the morning we left, so no showers!! We had an important meeting on our way to San Antonio and we were uncomfortable having not showered!
Needed to be in Waco for a week to help my daughter with a large Baylor event. This was the perfect place - I LOVED the tub! It’s only a block from I-35 so could hear the interstate noise but not a deal breaker. I was there during a winter cold spell and the cottage was warm and cozy. There is no washer/dryer even though the listing says there is. The nespresso machine with the complimentary pods was a nice touch!
It was my wife's 60th birthday so we took a small vacation to celbrate. Location was great for everything we wanted to do. Wonderful place and we would stay again. Thanks Susan.
3 of us stayed a couple of nights in this cute cottage. Beds were comfy, bathroom was awesome, kitchen fully outfitted. The full size fridge was great. There is no stove, but there is an induction hot plate for cooking, boiling and frying if needed. We really appreciated the nespresso machine. Being able to do laundry was a plus. Neighborhood is close to attractions and walking distance to a few restaurants and services. A car is best. The only negative is that the AC/heating units are extremely loud and we could not sleep with them in use. Other people have mentioned this, so we were prepared. Also, as others have noted, the space is perfect for two, and cosy for three.
The space was very cute, a little more cramped than the pictures suggested but fine for what we needed. The soaking tub was awesome! Espresso machine was a nice surprise. My only criticism is the air conditioning units were very loud. Activity in the neighborhood woke us up at 2 AM. It was somewhat unsettling. But again the inside space was nice and it is priced right
Perfect size house for a weekend get-a-way for my mom and I. Had everything we needed on site and close location to the Silos. Only negatives were the highway noise and dark neighborhood (we arrived in late evening after the sun set).
Perfect little gem. Small home as shown in listing but everything was strategically placed to fit perfectly and comfortably. Every little decorative detail was just lovely.
Great location to everything downtown. It is an older surrounding area of homes, as many areas are near downtown, but I never once felt unsafe. I will stay here 100% again.

It's a lovely little cottage stuffed with too much furniture. My complaint would be that the water in the shower goes from hot to cold back to hot for no discernable reason. The biggest problem is, the area is sketchy. We were accosted by homeless people twice, once right at the front door. But Waco is a 5 block radius of shops and restaurants surrounded by abandoned homes and businesses.
This is a cute little place perfect for our needs. Very clean! Air container a little noisy so bring ear plugs, but beds comfortable. Close to Baylor which is why we were in town. Would stay again!!
Really, an absolutely adorable home. Single female on business trip, felt very safe. Bed, well, I didn’t want to get up! Very quiet. Great linens. Kitchen had more than I needed, wonderful. A home for 2 for a trip, it’s perfect. I am very pleased.
The property itself was great. The location in terms of how close it was to tourist spots was excellent. My only complaint, and it can't be helped, is that there were at least 7 stray dogs that would occasionally hang out in the front yard. Not sure if they were friendly or escaped neighbors dogs, but that made us a little nervous.
It was a quaint little house that we enjoyed our stay at. Loved the decor and it had everything we needed other than we only had 1 coffee pod for 2 people. The information booklet that was there was helpful when deciding where to go for dinner. Would definately stay again.
