Pool heating is recommended in the period from November to the end of April. The price /week is 150€ and is charged by the day.

This Orlando/Kissimmee vacation home with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and private pool is located just a short drive from major Florida attractions: Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World, etc. It is the ideal base for day trips to the Atlantic coast or the Gulf of Mexico.

Amenities: The house has one bedroom with a king size bed. A 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed. One bedroom with 2 single beds has been decorated as a ' Little Princess Room'. A bedroom with 2 single beds has been decorated as a ' Boys Room'.
A gameroom has been set up. It is equipped with a dart game, pool table, air field hockey and basketball game, bar table and 2 bar stools and an additional TV, stereo and air conditioning.
In January 2017, new furniture was purchased for the living room. Granite counter tops, new fixtures and a new glass enclosure for the shower in the master bath were installed in the bathrooms.
2018 New laminate flooring in all bedrooms.
2019 new furniture and mattresses in Master Bedroom.
2019 new furniture and mattresses in children's bedrooms.

Theme Park: Making your Orlando visit the most amazing vacation can be a challenge - knowing which parks you want to visit and making sure you have the right tickets saves time and money. The parks are divided into 2 areas: Disney World (Kissimmee)- consists of several parks and areas ( Epcot,Magic Kingdom, Hollywood Studios, Animal Kingdom, several water parks, Downtown Disney, Market Place). These can be visited in many combinations with Disney tickets- depending on the length of your stay and what you want to see and experience. In Orlando, Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure, Sea World, Aquatica, Wet'n'Wild and Busch Gardens can all be visited with the "Flex Ticket'. Discovery Cove - the ultimate dolphin experience - tickets can be purchased directly from Discovery Cove - but must be booked in advance. Also available in combination with Sea World.

Perfect holiday villa for the Disney parks

This villa is highly recommended! It’s a great size and layout and comes equipped with everything you need. We paid for pool heating, which was really worth it, as the pool was toasty warm and really enjoyable to use. The villa is a short drive to the Disney parks, making it perfect if you’re planning a holiday based around the parks. We’ve stayed in this villa twice now, and will come back again as it really is wonderful. Very highly recommended

Nice house, good for Disney

Easy drive to all Disney parks and local shops and restaurants. Lovely pool, nice house and great games room in garage.Problem with broken water heater which was resolved in a couple of days by the owner as the management company did not respond. Small refund given.No information pack. Shame to be left with only 2 toilet rolls and 4 dishwasher tablets for 8 day stay, no washing up liquid.

Very pleasant stay

We stayed for 13 nights as a family of 4. We had a lovely time at the villa and would happily stay again if we return to the area. Would also recommend to family and friends. Villa was very clean and exactly as described. The kids loved the pool and games room and the location was excellent for local amenities and getting to the attractions. Area / villa felt very safe and secure. This was my 1st experience booking a villa using VRBO and would happily book again.

Great base for family trip

We had amazing time at the villa. Great location for exploring Orlando area. Property as described providing us with all the amenities required. Children loved both the pool and game room. Sabine was very responsive whenever we had a question or needed assistance. Hopefully we will come back again :-) Many thanks!

Perfect location for the theme parks

Lovely clean, spacious, well-equipped villa. It was exactly as shown on the photos. We had a really nice stay, and enjoyed the pool and games room. The villa is in a fantastic location, close to the Disney parks and the shops and restaurants on the 192. Highly recommended, we’ll definitely stay here again.

Lovely villa excellent host

This villa is very well located to the Disney parks and is in good proximity to the Interstate that takes you to Universal Studios (25 min drive) The villa itself is very well equipped, very comfortable, has very nice outside space and isn’t very overlooked. The bedrooms, living room and kitchen are well furnished and the games room is very good. We have stayed in a few Orlando villas over the years and this villa doesn’t lack anything. We very much enjoyed our stay. Also, the host was very helpful with any queries we had and was very speedy, clear and friendly with all communications. My family of 4 (inc a 14 and 17yr old) had more than enough space and comfort. All of us would highly recommend staying at this cilla to anyone. Trying to think of a negative to give some balance and we seriously cannot fault anything about our stay here. 11 out of 10 👍👍👍

Fantastic property ideally located for all the parks literally 20 mins to parking at Disney. Everything you could need in the villa. Small negative games room could do with an update. But otherwise perfect.

Beautiful home from home

Loved every minute of our stay. The villa was spotlessly clean and had everything you could need. Been to other villas and by the time you clear the breakfast dishes into the dishwasher you had run out of glasses or plates - not here, it has loads of everything you need. Location was perfect for the parks and for shopping at Walmart. Pool and games room were a real winner with the children. Contact with the owner was great, always answered quickly and was very helpful. Really hope to return. Many thanks for letting us rent your home.

Great Villa in a Great Location!

We’ve just had a fabulous holiday in Florida, staying at this lovely Villa. Very clean, all the facilities and equipment you could need! The Games Room was a big hit with our kids! Fab pool and pool deck, and we cooked a number of times on the gas BBQ! Plenty of room for our 2 families of 4. Been to Florida over 10 times now and I love this general area off the 192 near Disney. Rolling Hills estate was a perfect location and within 5/10 mins of Disney and the I4! Would definitely ask to rent this villa again.

Lovely - everything we needed

Only small downside was that some of the outside chairs hadn’t been cleaner. The owner did reply with a reason but I expect everything to be clean. My one year old kept putting her hands on them so we cleaned them ourselves in the end. If they had been cleaner I would have given the property 5 star

Round 2 at Star Lake View Drive

This is a superior property. Our second stay with Sabine. She is a wonderful host, easy to contact and very responsive. The home is super clean and well maintained. Never any surprises. Quiet neighborhood. Outstanding kitchen, fun game room, and great pool and deck. We've already booked for next spring. We'll be a repeat guest for many years to come.

Excellent Home

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home. The pictures of the home on the site are accurate and exactly as pictured. The pool was a great addition to our stay and it was also clean. I am OCD when it comes to cleanliness and even after we wiped things down ourselves the wipes were still clean so that says a LOT!! The house could use a little dusting around the vents on the ceilings. Nothing major and it doesn’t affect anything. Also it would help to have a rug or something by the front door in the inside. It rained quite a bit while we were there and we were sliding on the floors entering the home because there was nothing there to catch the water or dry your feet after entering the home. Overall those things are minor and would not stop me from staying in this home. Sabine was a great host, very communicative and the house was a great home away from home. Would definitely stay again.

Best Florida Vacation Yet!

Our month-long Florida vacation has been the best one yet. The property and location were all we had hoped for and much more. The location was very quiet and free of traffic. The villa was spotlessly clean, well-stocked, and properly maintained. To be honest, the pictures don't do it justice. Whenever I had a question for the owner, she replied promptly and answered my question thoroughly. Sabine was a pleasure to work with. This was our first stay at this villa, and we have already made a booking for next spring. It is a superior property in a special location.

Highly Recommended Home!

My family of four stayed at Sabine’s home and we were very pleased with all aspects of the stay. We were in Orlando to visit Disney and Universal. Then home is only 15 minutes from Disney and 30 minutes from Universal. The home was very clean, well stocked with necessities and very comfortable. The pool was terrific and we all enjoyed our stay. We would not hesitate to return to Sabine’s home for future visits. I highly recommend this home.

Wonderful home!

Our stay was wonderful. The check in process was smooth, I had all information that we needed prior to arrival. The home was spacious, clean, the beds were comfortable, the pool was awesome, the location was better than I expected, and the game room was a fun bonus. I highly recommend this home, and I hope that we will be able to stay there again in the future.

Great home, great location!

This property was perfect for our family of 7, visiting all the Disney parks. Location was perfect! 12-15 minutes to the parks, safe and quiet neighborhood. Walmart close to pick up supplies. Plenty of space for our large family, and a full kitchen to cook meals. Pool was clean and perfect for us. And the check in process was simple. Great communication from the host. I highly recommend this place. When we come back to Disney, we will book this home again.

Great location

Great location and plenty of towels, kitchen dishes and utensils. Nice pool. Property management company like all of them here in Florida only surface clean. Beds and pillows were uncomfortable. Most of us live in Florida just far away so we always meet to vacation in Orlando.

We really appreciated our stay in this house. Was really close to the Disney parks (15-20 min tops even with traffic). The appliances were clean and house had eveything we needed to make our stay confortable. We also really appreciated the game room. The communication with Sabine was also easy; she responded quickly to our questions. Would definitely stay there again if we were to come back.

Disney Vacation

My family vacation was 4 days to Disney parks. The home is minutes away. The house was very clean, plenty of space for 6 and more if needed. Plenty of towels, pool towels. Check in was easy. And the owner responds to all messages within a few hours. The family loved the pool and the game room. I would recommend this home to anyone. Ms. Sabath has been nothing short of kind since the beginning. We definitely will be staying here again.
