A nice aprtment in Cala Millor

With just a couple of hours refurbishment (a bit of sealant in the shower and some paint to cover some black marks on walls) I'd rate the property 5*. Our Agent only spoke German but a multi linguist was on the end of a phone if necessary. Parking locally was fine. We didn't realise that the vast majority of visitors to Cala Millor are German. That's absolutely fine and all the people we spoke to locally were really friendly, the only very minor issue was the satalite TV only had German channels so when we watched any TV it was via SKY on an IPad. Notwithstanding the few very minor issues raised we had a thoroughly enjoyable stay in a very nice apartment.

SIMPLY TREMENDOUS

This was our second stay at Damia's apartment, and nothing has charged from the first time, the apartment is superb, and has everything you need for a wonderful holiday, it is located a very short distance from the beach with great views of the bay, shops and fine restaurants being in abundance and all easily reached. As for the hospitality you won't find it better, a super host who truly makes you feel welcome, nothing is a problem. We truly recommend a holiday here, Five Stars *****

JUST PERFECT!!!

Well, what can be said? Apart from we have already booked to go back to the same property next year. This was the most important holiday for us, as it was mainly to celebrate my sixtieth birthday. From the very first contact during the booking process, to being received there at the apartment, and contact during our stay Damia could not have been more helpful. Even recommending one of the best restaurants we've every been to for my birthday dinner. The apartment lacked for nothing, basically there was everything there you needed, if it wasn't there you didn't need it. It was beautifully and tastefully decorated and was immaculately clean. Parking was very easy and free of charge, local shops and supermarkets were not far away and most convenient, the beach was right on your doorstep and kept clean daily. We would surely recommend this to anyone!

Comfortable, modern beachfront apartment!

Excellent, quiet, comfortable and modern apartment, overlooking the beach and sea, with views to Menorca. Arrival pack of essentials very much appreciated. Damian provided a nice welcome and showed us around the apartment. Communication before and on arrival very good. Would highly recommend. 5 Star!

Perfect location, Stunning apartment

We are a family of four and this apartment was quite simply perfect. It is situated overlooking the beach in Cala Millor and the views from the balcony are breathtaking. The apartment itself is beautifully decorated and spotless. It is so well equipped we rarely went out at night. There are robes in both rooms, lots of fresh towels, even spare reading glasses. The kitchen is very well equipped and has everything you might need and more. There are so many little touches that make this place special, it really felt like a home from home. The owner Damia is so friendly and professional, always available and happy to provide help, advice on places to visit, recommending restaurants and provides outstanding customer service. We will definitely be returning. One of our most relaxing holidays ever .

Superb apartment

We booked very last minute literally within 2-3 days before arriving. The communications between Damia before our stay was faultless, so courteous & helpful in fact that continued whilst we were away, with a personal visit. Providing information on the local area, suggesting restaurants to visit etc. I cannot praise the efficient management highly enough. We were even greeted late at night given a quick tour & also a lovely welcome pack provided which again was a lovely touch. The area is perfect with everything you could possibly need on hand. The apartment itself is beautifully furnished with a high spec designer feel. Even providing full hairdryer, bath robes, plenty of towels incl beach towels & even reading glasses! I would definitely recommend to family & friends and would visit again. It's a perfect view if the Whole bay from the apartment living room & balcony.

Stunning apartment

We booked very last minute and were so impressed with the efficiency of Damia's responses to our requests. Upon arrival very late at night, we were met at the apartment as promised and given a brief tour. Some refreshments and bottle of wine were also provided as a welcome gesture,. We couldn't appreciate the full view and proximity to the beach until the following morning, simply breathtaking view. The apartment was spotless, luxury decor and furnishings. Very tasteful and even a smart TV so you we could cast our to shows/films which was great for us as other channels limited. Everything has been very well thought through, even down to reading glasses, proper hairdryer, etc! Location was spot on, everything you could possibly need all the restaurants, bars/cafes and of course shops/supermarkets. I have to say though that Damia's warm and friendly personality and so helpful, we had difficulty one day with the wifi and he came round and sorted it all out very quickly. He has such an easy manner and was so helpful in suggesting places to go and where to eat too. Such a lovely man. I would definitely recommend this apartment to friends and family such excellent value. We stayed as a couple but it would be even better value as a family of four or 2x couples it's spacious and beds very comfy. Plenty of towels/ bathrobes. Thanks for a really lovely stay. We hope to return.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit einem sehr schönen Blick auf das Meer. Dank der Klimatisierung auch in den Schlafzimmern an heißen Tagen, gut auszuhalten. Die Ausstattung war ebenfalls sehr gut. Die Übergabe, sowie die Kommunikation mit Damian war auch perfekt. Wer Cala Millor mag, sehr empfehlenswert...

Super toller Aufenthalt

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung war für uns perfekt von der Lage, zentral und 5 Minuten Fussmarsch zur Einkaufsstrasse. Vom Balkon hat man eine tolle Sicht auf den Strand und das Meer. Wir würden gleich morgen wieder gehen, ein tolles Appartement! Wir waren total happy! Alles war wunderbar und total unkompliziert. Nette Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer, perfekt!

Direkter Nachbar einer Grossbaustelle mit weit über 100 Arbeitern.

Eigentlich hatten wir uns auf einem ruhigen Urlaub in einer Ferienwohnung mit wunderschönem Ausblick gefreut. Aber leider wurde direkt gegenüber eine große Hotelanlage Kernsaniert. Aktueller Stand der Arbeiten im Mai `24 „erste Fenster wurden eingesetzt und die vorhandenen Betonteile der alten Außenanlage wurden gerade abgerissen“. Der Vermieter hatte uns bei der Buchung nicht über den Baulärm informiert. Der Baulärm vom 3 Baggern (davon zwei meist mit Abrisshammer bestückt), Bohrhämmer, Flexe, zwei Autokränen, einen Lastenkran, eine Vibrationswalze usw., sowie tägliche Befüllung und Abtransport von zig Schuttcontainern war unerträglich – ein öffnen der Fenster oder eine Nutzung des Balkons war nicht möglich. Von morgens 07:00 Uhr bis abends 20:00 Uhr wurde an der Baustelle gearbeitet (auch Sonn- und Feiertags). Erst abends nach dem Essen konnte man - wenn man den Balkon vom Baudreck gereinigt hatte – diesen nutzen. Die Schlafzimmer lagen nach hinten raus, dadurch konnte man morgens zumindest noch etwas länger Ausschlafen. Wir hatten dem Vermieter unsere Beschwerde sofort mitgeteilt und uns leider sehr vorschnell auf eine geringe Preisminderung geeinigt. Aber die entgangene Urlaubsfreude war damit nicht zu ersetzen. Die Ferienwohnung war so wie im Internet beschrieben und der schöne Blick aufs Meer war wirklich beeindruckend. Der Weg zum Strand und zum Zentrum war nur wenige Meter entfernt. Gastronomie war ausreichend in unmittelbarer Nähe vorhanden.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt! Es war alles wie beschrieben. Absolut sauber! Es war alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Die Fenster und Balkontür mit Fliegengitter, ein absolutes Plus 👍 Die Klimaanlage und das WLAN einwandfrei. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter sehr zuverlässig, vielen Dank nochmals. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Very nice family stay

We enjoyed the stay. We stayed one week and it was all really nice. The apartment was fully equipped. Even stuff like oil, salt, sugar, dishwasher tabs etc were there. Location is really awesome, so close to the beach and various restaurants and small supermarkets nearby. Only little downside: Bathroom is nice, no doubt, just not as nice (and new) as the pictures may indicate. But again, this is just a very minor thing. We can 100% recommend others staying there

Fantastisch!

Absolut erstaunlicher Ort mit einer fantastischen Aussicht aus der 6. Etage über den langen Abschnitt des Strandes Cala Millor. Super sauber, schön eingerichtet, super Gastgeber. Der Strand liegt nur 50 m zu Fuß entfernt und verfügt über wunderschönes türkisfarbenes Wasser und einen weichen weißen Sand. Es gibt mehrere Supermärkte und Restaurants im Umkreis von 50 m, zusammen mit einem großen Lidl und Mercadona. Es ist sehr begehbar, sicher und nur leicht von den geschäftigsten Touristengebieten entfernt, sodass es in der Nacht ruhig ist. Nochmals vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit 😊
