Villa with pool for exclusive group holiday under palm trees

This unique property is located in the exclusive residential area of Chayofa in the municipality of Arona. You can reach the sandy beaches of Los Cristianos, Playa de Las Americas and Costa Adeje as well as the world famous water park "SIAM PARK" in a few minutes by car. The villa is set in a huge palm tree garden with a large ever green lawn. The property has a heated swimming pool with a counter current system for fitness training, underwater massage and endless no-lap swimming, a barbecue area with a shady dining area, a chill out area with sea view and also mountain panorama. There are plenty of comfortable sun loungers available.

The Viva Royal consists of three units, the main villa, an apartment and a studio, offering accommodation for up to 20 persons.
The basic price is for the entire property (10 bedrooms) for an occupancy of up to 16 persons.

Main Villa: the main villa consists of 6 bedrooms (3 bedrooms with 2 single beds each and 3 bedrooms with double-beds) offering accommodation for 12 persons. Four bedrooms have en-suit bathrooms while the remaining two bedrooms share a bathroom. The fully equipped kitchen with a large kitchen table can seat 6 persons comfortably. There is a spacious open plan living room with a large dining table for up to 8 people. Table extensions are available on request.

Apartment: The apartment is connected to the main villa and has direct access to the pool and garden. With its 3 bedrooms (2 bedrooms with double-beds and 1 bedroom with a single bed plus a pull-out bed) it offers accommodation for 6 persons. One double-bedroom has an en-suite bathroom while the other two bedrooms share a bathroom. The living area is spread out over two floors. There is a spacious living/dining room with TV and a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast-bar on the ground-level. On the first floor there is another living-room with TV from which you have direct access to a large terrace with a stunning view of the ocean. There is a charcoal grill for your exclusive use and a garden table for 6 persons.

Studio: The studio has also direct access to the pool and garden. It has a large double-bed (160 cm), a kitchenette and a full bathroom.

The villa is equipped with a fast internet connection (600 Mbps) with very good coverage in all bedrooms, making this property an ideal place for any digital nomads. We are happy to provide you with monitors against a fee during your stay at our villa.

This property is also suitable for family groups, golf groups, company trips, management courses...
The villa is located in a quiet neighbourhood and is not suitable for loud and extravagant parties.

To explore the island and for bigger grocery shopping trips, we recommend hiring a car.

Perfect Villa for Large groups

This villa is great for multiple families since there is 3 separate accommodations all located around the pool. Although you are in a built up area you feel as if you are the only ones there 😃

Family holiday

The property was lovely, however the pool was murky and lost one day use. The owner rectified it asap The studio needs updating and the bed was not comfortable but all other beds were great. Just missing a child’s pool as the pool is very deep so was hard work with our 3 year old but the 5 year old was happy. Overall a great place . The owner let us check in early which was great.

Property was excellent for our needs. We rented the entire property complex which gave us 10 bedrooms. You do need a car, as a bit remote, but only a few minutes drive from the main motorway to all areas. There are a couple of good restaurants, and an English style pub , ( with all the sports screens etc) , walkable from the villa

Amazing!!

12 of us arrived at this property, 3 families of 4 with children ranging between 8 and 20 years of age. Fantastic time had by all, amazing rooms and bathrooms, whole property spotless and provided everything you could need on your stay! The outdoor space is amazing, football pitch along with a pool and lots of outside shaded area for those extra hot hours of the day! Fans provided in every bedroom, could not fault the property. It is however a little out of the way in terms of location, a taxi is required to get pretty much everywhere, however only €7 in a taxi to the Siam Mall / Siam Park and about €9 to Playa De Las America and Los Cristianos. Special thanks to our amazing host Barbara, there was absolutely nothing she didn’t do for us and any problems she sorted instantly! Simply Amazing!

Extremely warmest of welcomes from Barbara. The house had everything we needed and so much room for 16 of us. The pool was great and the grounds were perfectly kept with lots of space,the boys loved the goal posts and the younger ones the house.. Just perfect for our celebrations

Good property for large groups

We were a group of 4 couples and 5 children under 8. The villa is equipped with everything we wanted and we rented the Main House and the Studio. The manager, Barbara, was extremely helpful and sorted any minor issues out immediately. We would go back if we return to Tenerife again. The neighbourhood is very tranquil but only 10 minutes from Los Cristianos. Car rental is recommended as the village is quiet during the day. There is parking for at least 3 cars on site. There is a small supermarket within walking distance but a better one (Dialprix) about a mile away in La Camella (road is very busy and narrow so not walkable). Bedrooms are fine and plenty of bathrooms too. Lounge is big with TV (Netflix and limited satellite) but only has soft seating for about 7 people. Similarly dining area inside and outside only seat 8/9 at a time. Fine for us as children ate separately but not convenient for larger groups of adults. Gardens are large with slide, goal nets and playhouse - happy children!! Pool is really a large exercise pool with current machine to swim against if you want. Two smallest children (2 and 18 months) couldn't splash around in it as it is too deep, even with adult supervision. However, they loved being towed around in the current and the playhouse was well used too. Older children enjoyed the pool though as they were good swimmers. Kitchen is well equipped but the work top area is small compared to the overall house size which made most meals a two shift affair (children then adults). The standard size fridge/freezer was always completely full up and we were glad there was another small fridge in the Studio as a back up. Nice BBQ and seating areas outside and outside shower for pool was helpful. The internet connection was not reliable - OK for browsing etc. but not helpful if you need to contact your work/business for any issues (still you are on holiday!!). General summary is a large villa in a very convenient and quiet area, mostly well equipped and especially suitable for groups with small children. Hosts were excellent and we would happily return.

Great Family Retreat

The villa provided us with a lovely quiet family (7 adults, 4 kids) retreat 5 minutes drive away from the mass of tourists in Los Cristianos, Americas and Adeje. It is clean and well equipment both inside and out and we really didn't need for anything during our stay. Barbara met our party on arrival at the villa and gave a very comprehensive explanation of how everything worked, kept in touch throughout our stay ensuring all was well before returning to meet us on the final day at check out. There are a few bars and restaurants within walking distance but I'd recommend a hire car if picking up shopping for a large group. I don't think you'd be disappointed booking this villa :)

Fantastic holiday in an amazing villa

We were greeted by Barbara on arrival who was amazing throughout our holiday. The photos on the website do not do the villa justice it is much larger than you would expect and has everything included along with a wonderful garden and swimming pool. We are a family of 13 which included an 18 month old baby and everything was provided for us all. Barbara was on hand at any time we needed her and was extremely helpful even arranging taxis on our departure. The villa is situated in a village type setting with has a convenience store, pub and restaurants within walking distance. Los Christianos and Las Americas are a 10 minute taxi ride away which costs anything between 8 and 10 euros. We used the Siam Mall for food shopping which again only a short drive or taxi away which sell everything you need. I cannot recommend the villa enough and would like to thank Barbara for making our time there perfect and hope to see you again very soon.

A well kept, well equipped villa in a beautiful location...you will not be disappointed!

Right from the point of booking communication was great. The pictures really don't do this villa justice. 16 of us went and we couldn't believe how well equipped the villa was, Barbara was wonderful even when our delayed flight meant we were very late arriving. I was slightly concerned about no air conditioning, but the fans provided were more than adequate and the beds were so comfortable....that goes for all rooms! The taxis are quick and easy and the nearby Country club (highly reccomended) and restaurants offer everything from all you can eat cooked breakfasts to traditional meals. There is a small local shop but it is very over priced, a quick trip to the supermarket in Siam Mall is recommended. We had a wonderful week, the villa is well cared for, maintained and secure. The pool is very clean and maintained, it is very deep if you have young children but was perfect for us. With Wi-Fi, Netflix etc, all ages will be kept happy. We hope to visit again. Huge Thank you to Barbara and Johannes for a great week.

Amazing Villa and Excellent Location

We stayed here as a family of 13 for a week and it was perfect! Our family ages ranged from 5 to 65 with something for all to enjoy and keep entertained! The amenities were fantastic and Barbara was a wonderful host. The location is excellent as it is set in a peaceful village with outstanding views. We hired a car which i would recommend if you want to explore, however, there are plenty of taxi's so not a problem if you if don't! The local restaurant serves great food and evening entertainment by way of a band or a saxophone! There a few restaurants / bars in the village which are all walking distance. There is a local supermarket which serves fresh bread every morning! Overall, i couldn't fault the villa and will definitely be returning! A special thank you again to Barbara for allowing us to stay at the Villa and being available should you need anything! it was a pleasure to meet you - see you soon! James

Lovely property, excellent for our party of 20. Enough space to not feel crammed in.

The property was lovely and Barbara was very helpful. Be careful when organising transport to the property though as we had arranged a bus for 17 of our party. The bus company sent a full sized bus and couldn’t actually get to the property leaving elderly people and children having to carry suitcases up to the top of a steep hill. The property itself is lovely and very nicely furnished with plenty of sun beds and space for children to play. The pool is heated so our kids were in there whatever the weather - it can tend to be a bit hit and miss in February! Down the bottom of the steep hill are a few restaurants which did lovely food. I would recommend a car if you do have elderly people in your party as it was a struggle for them. Overall, a lovely villa and I would definitely recommend it, thank you Barbara 😀

Perfect for a family holiday

We booked the villa for a family holiday, 18 of us aged between 2-70 . The villa was beautiful and just as described and really well equipped. We had a lovely week playing round the pool. Barbara was really helpful and came and found us when we got lost :) I agree a car is a must, the local shop is really expensive, there are a couple of restaurants within walking distance but not huge choice. Would recommend the villa to anyone with a large group of mixed ages.

Séjour formidable

Nous avons passé une semaine magnifique en famille. Grands-parents, parents et enfants, nous étions 21. Les beaux volumes de la maison nous ont permis d'être tous très à l'aise et le grand jardin et la piscine ont fait le bonheur des petits et des grands. La maison est totalement conforme à la description, voire mieux. Barbara, la manager, a tout mis en oeuvre pour rendre notre séjour le plus agréable possible. Ses conseils de visite et ses bonnes adresses (randonnée sur le Teide avec un guide nature français, plongée, surf et même massage à domicile) ont toujours été très pertinents. Toujours très disponible pour nous, elle a fourni un service de grande qualité, au-delà de ce que nous pensions avoir. Nous avions également demandé une baby-sitter et une cuisinière pour les repas du soir comme services supplémentaires. Rita, tout sourire, nous a régalés de sa cuisine généreuse, la paella, le lapin façon Canaries et la soirée tapas resteront un excellent souvenir. Hanna s'est occupé des tout-petits en prenant soin d'apporter chaque soir des jeux pour les amuser. Bref, une gestion très professionnelle dans un cadre familial et chaleureux. À recommander absolument.

Fantastic Family Holiday

Beautiful property, generally well maintained with great facilities. We'd definitely recommend a car as it's at the top of a big hill, with limited shopping or dining choices. Beds were comfy and the rooms were all a good size. We enjoyed the pool area very much, including the 'lap current machine'. The barbecue area was also great and used often! We'll definitely be back!

Fabulous villa for a special family holiday

The villa was being cleaned when we arrived but that wasn't a problem - the staff were very friendly and helpful, as was Johannes the owner who communicated very well and effectively throughout through the booking process and through our stay. The villa and grounds are huge and very well maintained so there was plenty of space for 7 adults and 3 teenagers - we all loved the pool, the sun lounging areas and the artificially grassed area for ball games. The villa location was ideal with beautiful views and we've never seen a kitchen so well stocked with equipment! The only negative is that it doesn't have air conditioning and the supplied fans were working overtime to keep the bedrooms cool. However, it was over 30 degrees every day so perhaps unseasonably hot. Bottom line - we all loved Villa Royal and highly recommend it!!

Fantastic villa and location

Excellent villa ensured a perfect family holiday.

We were apprehensive about finding accomodation that three generations would enjoy on a family holiday with six young children but this villa was loved by all fourteen of us. The many bedrooms and bathrooms spaced around the villa ensured that each couple had privacy with easy access to their children. On the other hand the communal areas were spacious enough for us all to sit together and dine together in several areas, inside and outside. The pool and garden area (with mini goals,slide and Wendy house) were ideal for family playtimes and for sunbathing; it was wonderful to have good views but not be overlooked. We made good use of the tennis club a short walk away and with cars we were able to explore the area easily, then enjoying returning to a quiet base. The garden pool and house were all well maintained with visiting staff being discreet and efficient. There was a good provision of all we needed:cooking and eating utensils, linen and towels, and even some toys. Most of all we appreciated how sympathetically all our requests to the owner, Johannes, were met.
