The detached "Ferienhaus Grubmühle" consists of 2 apartments and invites you to linger on the large property with refreshment in the "big Ohe". It lies between Schönberg and Grafenau in the Bavarian Forest. The sauna is located outside. The house is in the middle of nature. The proximity to the national park with the mountains Lusen, Rachel and Dreisessel, as well as the treetop path and wildlife enclosure near Neuschönau offer beautiful nature experiences all year round. Activities such as horse riding, golf, high ropes course, summer toboggan run, and hiking are possible from the front door. Glass art, museum village, Celtic village and western town give a great insight into past ways of life.

Wunderschönes Osterfest

Tolle Umgebung. Die Größe der Räumlichkeiten ist einfach wunderbar. Wir waren 7 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder im Alter von 4 bis 12 Jahre, 4 Tage über Ostern hier. Es gibt in der Nähe viele Ausflugsziele. Eine riesige Rasenfläche, wo die Kinder toben konnten. Eine Feuerstelle, die wir dann auch genutzt haben und das Holz wurde sogar bereitgestellt. Selbst wenn es geregnet hätte, steht den Kindern ein großer Raum mit Tischtennisplatte, Billiardtisch und ein Kicker zur Verfügung. Auch ein Klavier und eine Gitarre ist vorhanden. Es war rundum ein wunderschönes Osterfest.

Sehr empfehlenswert, wir waren 10 Männer und durch die Größe des Hauses sowie den indoor Möglichkeiten hatten wir absolut keine langweile oder sonstiges.

Haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt

Der Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gefallen. Die Räume waren gut geheizt (wir haben den Kamin im Januar nicht gebraucht) und es war schön so viele Aktivitätsmöglichkeiten (Kicker, Billiard, Tischtennis) auch im Innenraum zu haben. Die Feuerstelle draußen ist auch sehr schön, auch wenn wir sie wegen des Wetters leider nicht nutzen konnten. Aufgrund der Aufteilung in zwei Wohnräume gab es gute Rückzugsmöglichkeiten. Wir haben uns Wohlgefühls. Vielen Dank !

Alles in allem sehr schön

Der Aufenthalt war für uns insgesamt sehr schön. An der ein oder anderen Stelle merkt man dem Haus natürlich sein Alter an, was aber nicht weiter schlimm ist. Beim Lüften bekamen wir häufiger fliegenden Besuch, wofür aber die Anbieterin nichts kann. Ein sehr großer Pluspunkt ist nämlich definitiv die Lage des Hauses. Man hat hier absolut seine Ruhe.

Super Aufenthalt

Wir sind eine Gruppe von 9 Kollegen und fahren jedes Jahr drei Tage zusammen zur Teambildung. Hier waren wir das erste, aber hoffentlich nicht das letzte Mal. Von der ersten Kontaktaufnahme bis zur Verabschiedung war einfach alles perfekt. Das Haus war super sauber, es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht und die Lage sehr ruhig und idyllisch. Gemütlich und individuell eingerichtetes Haus mit hohem Frezeitwert

Wir waren eine Frauentruppe und haben das Haus mit all seinen Möglichkeiten genutzt. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Einziger Nachteil es war etwas kühl, wahrscheinlich hätten die Heizkörper entlüftet werden müssen. Der Kaminofen hat leider nicht gut gezogen, so dass sich ein beissender lästiger Geruch verbreitet hat. Evtl. lag dies am Wetter. Die Laune haben wir uns dadurch nicht verderben lassen. Warm anziehen, Sauna, Bewegen und viel Lachen waren die Lösung. Sicher ein wunderbares Haus für Familientreffen, da eine gut eingerichtete Küche und ein großes Freizeitzimmer mit Billiard, Tischtennis, Kicker vorhanden ist.

Runder Geburtstag

Zum 60. Geburtstag meiner Mutter haben wir einige Tage in diesem Ferienhaus verbracht. Der Garten ist ideal für eine grosse Feier. Die Räumlichkeiten bieten Platz für einige Gäste. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt! Ausserdem können wir Toni Lang für das Catering empfehlen.

Super Wochenende!

Wir waren zum JGA eines Kumpels in dem Ferienhaus und fanden es alle wirklich top! Location ist super ausgestattet (Grill, Billardtisch, Tischtennis, etc) und hat draußen, wie drin genug Platz für 12 Personen. Auch die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern und dem Ansprechpartner vor Ort hat sehr gut funktioniert. Wir können die Unterkunft ohne weiteres für Gruppen weiterempfehlen!

JGA mit 8 Leuten

Ich habe mit insgesamt 8 Leuten ein JGA-Wochenende in dem Ferienhaus organisiert. Wir hatten viel spaß. Uns war nie langweilig mit dem Angebot (Billiardtisch, Tischtennisplatte, Tischkicker, Sauna, überdachter Grill mit viel bereits vorhandenen Holz). In der Nachbarstadt gab es einen Norma und einen Edeka, beide waren jeweils in ein paar Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Die Übergabe lief ebenfalls wie vereinbart und ohne Probleme. Insgesamt waren wir alle sehr zufrieden und können es nur weiterempfehlen.

Super Hütte in einer tollen Umgebung und Anbindung

Wir waren mit 11 Personen für einen JGA in der Hütte. Mit dem Auto super erreichbar, Parkplöätze sind vorhanden und man ist schon sehr abgelegen und es ist sehr ruhig, perfekt für eine großer Personengruppe. Tolle Kommunikation mit der Übergabe und Abnahme der Schlüssel. Der Raum mit Pool-Table und Tischtennis etc. macht die Hütte zu einem Highlight. Gerne wieder

Wir waren 11 Männer bei einem Junggesellenabschied. Für eine solche Zusammenkunkt ist dieses Objekt Perfekt. Lagerfeuerstelle, Grill Übdrdachter Freisitz. Top! Abgelegene, ruhige Lage. Superschöne Ausstattung mit allen was man sich wünscht. Wir hatten dass Glück dem Vermieter persönlich zu trefffen, mit dem wir uns riesig verstanden. Super nett und Freundlich, auch beim Check In&Out. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Bis Bald, es grüßt, HP mit Freunde.

Hier kommt man wieder her

Die Kommunikation mit dem Anbieter war einwandfrei. Der Check-In und Check-out konnte zeitlich flexibel gestaltet werden und die Unterkunft ist stilvoll, antik eingerichtet. Die Außenanlage ist großzügig und lädt zum Verweilen ein. Ein rundum geglückter Aufenthalt.
