No detail has been spared at this sunny oasis, with a private saltwater pool and hot tub, over 4 acres of secluded land, and 3,611 square feet of tastefully decorated living space. Whether you're here to hike in the Tortolita Foothills, wine and dine through downtown Tucson, or just to let your worries melt away from the hot tub, this villa grants access to it all! Camera located above garage door records audio and video of front driveway. Pool can be heated for additional fee, but may not be offered in the summer months to avoid algea blooms. Please message us and ask about pool heating before booking, as we reserve the right to not offer heating seasonally.

Very nice and suitable for our family of 14! Pool and hot tub are awesome! Could stock better. A bit short on kitchen needs. No casserole dishes or cookie sheets and pantry has very few items. But we managed! Lance is prompt with responding! Overall a great home!

Relaxing vacation

The house was excellent for our family vacation. (6 adults, 17 year old, 12 year olds, and an 11 year old.). The house was clean and had all the essentials we needed. The pool and hot tub were the best! This was the 2nd time staying here.

Beautiful sunsets at the beautiful home.

This stay was a sisters' reunion (with spouses). We were thrilled with the huge fully equipped kitchen, massive bedrooms with baths and especially the outside accommodations - the hot tub and the many "seating" arrangements. Mia, the owner, even checked to see if everything was okay.

Family Time

This house is wonderful for family gatherings. When we arrived it was very clean. There is room for everyone to have some space. The kitchen was a nice size to make meals together. The hot tub and pool were fun for all. It is fenced in and another fence around the pool kept the kids safe. Great home!

Okay But Not Great

We all gave it a 4 out of 10 compared to our last VRBO in Tuscon last year. Xmas deco nice but overdone. Kitchen was great. Bedrooms need attention, no makeup mirrors, no dressers or shelves for clothes, no reading lights, sloppy paint job on walls, short on kleenex, Looked cheap. Patio door locks were not good. Spa was very enjoyable. Baby furniture took up room in the closet & nowhere to hide it.(we had no children) Two towels per person would have been nice. House info could have been better, no idea where to put garbage as garage was locked. Fireplace did not work. We only stayed 3 days so we were fine with it but would not have been happy if we stayed the week. Great having bdrms. with bathrooms, kitchen was well outfitted . No outdoor umbrella in pool area & only umbrella in the yard was in need of repair. Big step for grandma to get up to the outdoor seating area & one of our family had a leg injury and couldn't do the big step. Patio stones were skimpy and chairs barely fit on them. Patio outdoor tables were great for coffee in the morning and the VIEW was fabulous. Could be an 8 or 9 if they put a little time and money into the place. Would stay again for short stay because of the 5 bedrooms 5 baths. We passed on the master bdrm. because my husband & I like to sleep together and gave the room to our 2 granddaughters. Odd to have 2 beds in a master? House set well back off the road, quiet, nice layout of rooms, and again the VIEW!

Girls Weekend

Amazing. We liked that it was away from everything, but lots of things to do in the area. Hosts are great! Highly recommend Art Express local theatre in Tucson. This house is Amazing and lots of room for everyone! Would definitely do it again.

Perfect Golf Retreat

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. We had 4 couples in this 5-bedroom home. Four of the bedrooms have in-suite baths the 5th bedroom does not but has a half bath across the hall. We loved the hot tub and used it daily. The house is very modern, clean and well kept. I would highly recommend.

Fantastic Stay!!

We had such a good time!!! The house was absolutely lovely. Very roomy and fit our large family nicely. The family room was very comfortable, great couches and big screen tv for our sports fans. The kitchen was extremely well equipped. We were able to make large meals there. The view was beautiful and the pool was so much fun. The Host was very nice and accommodating Couldn’t have asked for a better stay!!! We will be back!

Perfect vacation home

Beautiful home with a fantastic view! The home had everything we needed. Beds were so comfortable. Decor was absolutely gorgeous. Back yard was perfect for entertaining 3 generations of people. The teens had a ball in the pool and on the grassy area. Beautiful back patio. It was absolutley perfect in every aspect.

Great Tucson Vacation Home

I had a wonderful stay at his property. The check in process and the communication with the host was very smooth. The home is very big and welcoming, and I loved the room I stayed in along with the view of the mountains. I would highly recommend this home and I will be coming back next year with my family.

Oro Valley retreat

Check-in was very easy. The house was just as pictured. Everything was very clean. Kitchen is well stocked. Several spices in 2 spice racks. Outdoor area was great. Covered area was perfect, shady area to watch pool activities. Would definitely stay again if we come back to the area.

SCAM ARTIST AND A NIGHTMARE OF A HOST ON MY WEDDING WEEKEND.

I asked about parking cars there for our wedding. They said thats fine, as long as we did not block the driveway. The first night we check in and have people coming to park their cars and get situated for the wedding. As pep arrived they would say hi to and leave. Only 6 people where staying at the rental. I was outside speaking with some people who where leaving, the owner walks up, gets in my face and starts screaming and threatening to call the cops bc the cars. They barge in on us, and its only adults standing around the kitchen saying their quick hellos at this time. This was not a party, there was not food, nor music playing. In fact we asked the owner if we were being loud and she specifically stated we were not being too loud nor could she hear us from her home, it was just that cars parked outside (none of which where blocking the driveway). She proceeds to scream in the kitchen, saying how we have to get out and have no where to go the weekend of my wedding or pay a $5000 party fee even though we werent having a party, AND the entire rental didnt cost that much. Eventually the owner settled for a few hundred dollar's cash, and refused to let us pay through VRBO. Which is sketchy. The day of check out she barges in on us again, threatening us at 10am even tho check out is 11am. Turns out friends from Tucson have used this rental and the owners do this all the time. They scam pep out of extra money or call cops, even after you get specific permission. Worst stay EVER!

Quiet escape

We enjoyed a family trip for our dad’s 80th birthday. The house was well appointed, offered sufficient spaces to get some quiet time, and the pool/hot tub were perfect at the end of a busy day. We would rent this place again for sure!

Great house and location

We (8 "older" adults) flew here from very cold areas of the US to spend time with our Tucson relatives and to thaw out. The best decision we made (besides renting this house) was to pay the extra for heating the pool and hot tub because we used it almost every day, well worth it in February! (Locals thought we were crazy.) The view from the patio and pool area is amazing. Foothills, mountains, desert, amazing sunrises and sunsets. The house is stocked with everything you can imagine and more. Plenty of indoor and outdoor games, lots of linens, blankets, beach towels. The kitchen is better stocked than my own, and has most of the spices you can think of! Beds are comfy, bathrooms aplenty, and there was plenty of room for all of us to spread out both day and night. The owners stopped by the first day to make sure the pool was ok and they are a lovely couple who live nearby. Any communication I had with the host was answered almost immediately. Highly recommend this home. I've stayed in many vacation rental homes and this was the best by far!
