PLEASE SEE OUR OBJECT FEWO 2398532 IN CALLANTSOOG

Our second apartment, Bad8, in Callantsoog, which we also like to rent out to you. With 50sqm, it can accommodate up to 3 people and a child. It consists of a bedroom with a double bed with new box springs (bedroom with shutters, so really dark), a spacious renovated bathroom (2019), hall and a living-dining room with a new sofa bed (200 x 160). Renovated in late 2013 and re-styled in 2019 (with new bathrooms).
The kitchenette is equipped with a dishwasher and a microwave oven and equipped with new kitchen appliances.
The terrace and the adjoining fenced lawn green area is facing south and is very private.
A lockable storage facility for bicycles is available. The small holiday complex was added to the "Bad Hotel Callantsoog", whose facilities can be used for a fee (breakfast, lunch and dinner, drinks, sauna, solarium, squash etc.).

"Hundefreundliche Ferienwohnung – perfekt für den Urlaub mit Vierbeiner" Hundefreundliche Wohnung

Ich war mit einer Freundin und zwei kleinen Hunden für eine Woche im Urlaub in Callantsoog. Die Wohnung hat ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Die Unterkunft war sauber und gut ausgestattet, allerdings wäre es schön gewesen, wenn einige grundlegende Dinge wie Seife, Spülmittel oder ein Spültuch vorhanden gewesen wären. Die Endreinigung mussten wir selbst durchführen, was problemlos geklappt hat. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt sehr zufriedenstellend.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt

In unserem Fall handelte es sich um eine Erdgeschoßwohnung. Sehr ruhig, zu Fuß 20 Minuten ins Dorf/Strand, mit dem Fahrrad 5 Minuten. Alles zweckmäßig und sauber. Leider war das Grillen nicht erlaubt. Ansonsten können wir das Appartement weiterempfehlen.

Bad8 is mijn favoriete vakantie plek aan de kust. Rustig gelegen, strand en stadje op loopafstand. Mooi en schoon appartement en het contact met Diane is erg fijn. Ik kom snel weer met mijn hondje Pip!

Enttäuscht

Leider entsprach das Appartement nicht den Bildern im Internet. Das Sofa war ein anderes, die Terassenmöbel waren andere eher unbequeme aus schwarzem Polyrattan, das Schlafzimmer ohne Wandleuchten und keine Nachtschränke. Die Sauberkeit war eher mangelhaft. Ein liebevoll eingerichtetes Appartement, unkomplizierter Check in/out, herzlicher und ebenfalls unkomplizierter Kontakt mit Diane, der Vermieterin über Whats App. Die Lage ist so, dass man in 10-15 Min. zu Fuß sowohl am Strand, als auch im Dörfchen ist. Bei uns hat das Prinzip " jeder hinterlässt die Wohnung für den kommenden Gast sauber" sehr gut funktioniert - alles war in Ordnung. Mit Arbeitsteilung waren wir zu dritt dann auch zügig durch mit dem Putzen zum Schluss. Diane hat alles sehr detailliert beschrieben, man erhält diese Infos vorab und es gibt auch einen dicken Info Ordner. Callantsoog selber besticht durch den kilometerlangen, unverbauten Strand (kein Slapen op Strand, kaum Strandhäuschen), reichlich Strandbuden, in denen man bis 22h zu sehr angenessenen Preisen essen und trinken kann - mit wundervollem Blick auf's Meer. Wir empfehlen einfache Fritur Snacks z.B. im "de Stern".

Ons verblijf in appartement B8 was prima. Netjes en van alle gemakken voorzien. Alles klopte en de communicatie met de eigenaar verliep soepel en prettig. Inderdaad lekker dicht bij het dorp en de zee. Ook aan de hond was gedacht. Wat ons betreft voor herhaling vatbaar. Rinse en Elly.

Insgesamt ein schöner Aufenthalt

Meine Eltern hatten das Ferienappartement für ihren Urlaub gebucht. Das Konzept "Der vorherige Gast macht die Endreinigung für den nächsten Gast" kannten wir vorher nicht und war etwas befremdlich. Leider hatten meine Eltern das Pech, dass der vorherige Gast die Wohnung nicht sauber hinterlassen hat - Einzelheiten spare ich mir jetzt. Das war nicht so schön und meine Eltern mussten erstmal sauber machen. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin lief sehr gut, es gab einen finanziellen Ausgleich für die o.g. Unannehmlichkeiten. Der Ort und die Urlaubsregion waren sehr schön, Strand in der Nähe und viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten. Trotz allem würden wir dieses Urlaubskonzept jedoch wahrscheinlich nicht nochmal buchen, da es ein wenig von der Erholung nimmt, wenn man die Endreinigung der Unterkunft selbst machen muss... Und man kann leider immer Pech haben, dass der vorherige Gast das nicht ernst nimmt.

Selbst geputzt und anschließend noch ne Rechnung fürs sauber machen bekommen

Mit drei Personen und zwei Hunden waren wir in dem Objekt. Die Gegend ist hervorragend. Die Gastgeberin war auch per Nachricht erreichbar einzige was mir nicht gefallen hat. Die Couch war sehr dreckig die Bezüge waren gefleckt. Wir mussten mit elektrische Heizung die Räumlichkeiten heizen , Das war nur möglich, wenn keine anderen elektrischen Geräte an waren oder kein Wasser lief. Das war sehr Gewohnheitsbedürftig. Für den Hund habe ich eine Extragebühr bezahlt. nachdem wir aus der Wohnung raus sind, wo wir vorher über 1 Stunde die Wohnung etc. sauber gemacht haben, hat die Gastgeberin mich kontaktiert und meinte ich soll noch mal über 90 € bezahlen, weil ein Haar im Waschbecken war und wir in drei Tagen 30 € Strom verbraucht hätten… ich fand das übertrieben. Die Gastgeberin meinte sie überweist mir über 30 € zurück. Ich hab jetzt eine Woche gewartet. Ich hab weder eine Nachricht bekommen noch etwas zurücküberwiesen bekommen. Ich werde diese Wohnung nicht weiter empfehlen. Es ist alles sehr altbacken klein einzige was hervorragend war, war eigentlich die Gegend . Ich werde mir in Zukunft nur Unterkünfte suchen, die ich nicht selber putzen muss und noch anschließend zusätzlich 70 € zahlen muss. Es ist nicht empfehlenswert und schon gar nicht wenn man zehn Euro am Tag Strom verbraucht durch die alten Elektroheizungen.
