Lovely apartment close to the beach

We had an excellent stay and Ursula is a fantastic host. Our flight into Palma was delayed so we ended up arriving very late at night. Finding our way to the apartment was challenging in the dark. We didn’t expect to arrive so late and sadly didn't find the exterior light timer switch til the next morning. The apartment itself is well appointed and the strong air con in the bedroom will cool the entire apt (as long as fans are provided). There were no fans when we arrived, but Ursula arranged for one to be brought promptly the next morning. Parking is available for free on the street and even during the high season, we never had a problem finding a parking spot close to the apartment. There are two excellent beaches and a swimming pool all a short walk from the apartment. It was really nice to have both the sea and a pool available during our stay. The apartment has a damp issue which leads to a persistent mildew smell in the bathroom and in the bedroom closet. For this reason, we avoided using the bedroom closet. However, the bedroom is plenty big enough so we were able to set up our suitcases on the floor. I could see the mold/mildew being a problem for someone with allergies, so perhaps a dehumidifier can help to improve this. Cala San Vicente is a lovely and quiet area. We enjoyed day trips over to Alcudia and Port de Pollenca, but also loved coming back to a quieter and less crowded town. Overall, we had and excellent holiday and would gladly stay here again.

Lovely little apartment, super location!

The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed for the week. It is a five minute walk from the beach so in a brilliant location!

Clean, good location, good value for money

We liked our stay here, the beach, restaurants, and pool are all close by so it was an excellent location. The pool is really good, with a shower and a bathroom within the complex that were all very clean. We always got a sun lounger with an umbrella so it was never overly busy. The night we arrived was very hot yet as the apartment doesn’t have ac we were told there would be 2 fans but they were not in the room. Also we didn’t have the key to lock the side gate to our terrace so didn’t feel very safe, arriving at night. Plus slept really badly due to the lack of fans. As the property is managed by the office upstairs, we spoke to them the next day in person and the fans and the key for the gate were quickly rectified. After that it was a lot better. I think providing ac and some bottled water on arrival would improve the place but overall it was a really clean, nice place to stay :)

Lovely apartment in central location

Myself and hubby have just returned from a week staying at this apartment. It is really lovely, very clean, spacious and centrally located in Cala St Vincent. The beds are very comfortable too (although the pillows no so great). The down-side (sadly) are the 30 steps down from street level to access it, and the lack of air conditioning. The temperature reached 35c during the day, and 23c at night, and we found the fan supplied simply didn't offer enough "coolness" so sleeping was fractious. We didn't use the "nearby" shared pool as we didn't know where it was ! We only found out the day before departure that it's located within another apartment complex at the far end of the road. Shame, as we would have liked to go there. There is a bus stop about 20yds from the apartment - buses take you to Pollensa and are every 30mins. The beaches are accessed down steps from street level - we mainly used Molinos Beach where there is a car park, or street parking, a couple of Bars/Restaurants, showers and toilet facilities on the beach too. Sunbeds are good but cost 22 euros per day (for two beds). We ate at a couple of the restaurants - Pizza Poli is just 100yds from the apartment and food is good. But our favourite was Windsurf, on the main road opposite the sea front. Enjoyable drinks were had at Hotel Nui as we watched the sunset. All in all, this is a perfect location - missed out on 5star rating because of the things mentioned above.

Really clean, central yet quiet

I stayed with my teenage son for 7 nights in June. The apartment we had was exceptionally clean, roomy and well equipped. The only downside was that there was no air conditioning and only one fan. That made for a few uncomfortable nights sleep. Located in the centre of Cala Sant Vicence the property is really handy albeit you're no guaranteed to be able to park immediately outside. This is a great property and I would recommend it. The owner is approachable and really efficient to deal with. I would happily stay again (especially if I had another fan!).

Sehr süße Wohnung mit guter Lage im

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Wir wollten hauptsächlich wandern gehen dafür war die Lage der Wohnung ideal. Das Meer ist auch nicht weit und Cala Sant Vincence ist sehr sehr hübsch, aber hauptsächlich touristisch. Die Wohnung war für unsere Zwecke super. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden um kochen zu können. Der einzige Kritik Punkt, die wirklich schlimmen Gerüche aus dem Bad, die gegen Ende der Woche sehr schlimm geworden sind. Mit Tieren hatten wir keine Probleme. Man muss eben mit Essensreste aufpassen da die Wohnung im Erdgeschoss liegt. Die Terrasse ist sehr schön.

Funktionale Ferienwohnung mit schöner Terrasse

Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich im Untergeschoss der kleinen Appartmentanlage, was weiter nicht dramatisch ist, nur war es etwas miefig in der Wohnung. Ansonsten ist alles da was man benötigt. Schöne, geräumige Terrasse. Unkomplizierte Abstimmung mit der Vermieterin. Nicht weit zu einem der beiden Strände. Der Pool befindet sich unweit in einer anderen Appartmentanlage, was wir etwas komisch fanden und ihn deshalb nicht genutzt haben.

Apartamento aceptable, con peros.

La llegada no nos fue muy complicada, aunque en el momento de encontrar el apartamento nos hicimos un poco de lío ya que no precisaba si era el del lado derecho o izquierdo El apartamento perfecto, muy bien equipado. Sin embargo, nos llovió un día, y salieron bastante cucarachas en el baño (nos encontramos tramos una grande y varias pequeñitas). Fue un momento bastante feo.

Naja ....

Das Apartment war sauber und ordentlich. Die Fotos entsprachen leider nicht der Realität. An Küchenutensilien mangelte es. Die Terrasse war düster und sehr sonnenarm. Einfachste Reinigungsmittel fehlten. Diese mussten wir erstmal kaufen. Normalerweise in jeder anderen Unterkunft eine Selbstverständlichkeit. Wir würden dieses Apartment nicht noch einmal mieten.
