Thus, they are both in a beautiful environment (forest at 150m); Radfernwege (to Bremen, Hase-Ems + bike path around Osnabrück lead almost directly past the house) and you can use the good connection to the city: bakers, pharmacy, doctor about 1 km; Bus stop line 7 (71) 700 m with city bus connection every 10 minutes.
