Willie B's 803 at Mustang Towers is the perfect place to sit back, relax and take in all the beauty of the Texas Gulf.
This 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo has updated stainless steel appliances in the kitchen, granite counter tops, fully stocked kitchen with a Keurig style coffee maker. There is even a wine refrigerator in the kitchen. A large laundry room with a washer & dryer for your use along with room for storage. The dining / living area is an open area with a large sliding glass door, that opens numerous ways to enjoy your view of the beach and the gulf waters.
Out on the patio the views from the eighth floor will Absolutely Amaze you… Plenty of new Adirondack chairs to sit out and enjoy the morning sunrise or watch the sun dance on the water, as it sets in the evening behind the building.
The dining area has a large table that will seat 6 comfortably, 2 car barstools for a quick snack at the bar facing the kitchen. The living area has a large comfy oversized sofa and matching oversize chair, a coffee table, end tables, TV complete with cable and Wi-Fi.
BR1) The master bedroom adjoins the living area, with an accordion style door to slide across for privacy. Complete with King size bed, nightstands, TV, a large closet and addresser with a mirror. The ensuite full bath has a nice tiled walk-in shower.
The bayside bedroom, BR2) has a set of twin bunk beds, a queen-size bed, a nightstand, lamp, a dresser TV with Wi-Fi and a closet completes this room. The second full bathroom has a tub / shower combo and beautiful granite countertops.

There is a pool and hot tub that is open from 9a.m. to 10p.m with loungers and pergolas. The pool ranges from 3Ft. to 8 Ft. and has an upper and lower pool. The hot tub is in a fenced area of the pool that is 3 Ft. deep. There are trash chutes on each floor that you are asked to not throw trash in after 10p.m. or before 8a.m. To get to the beach there is a short boardwalk with lights, ramps, and benches on the right side of the building. On the left side is a fish cleaning station to clean your catch of the day. The parking lot has handicap and guest parking right out front. The overhang at the front of the building is for loading and unloading. If you have boat, trailers, or Jet Ski's they need to be parked on the west side of the parking lot.
