Best 4BD 3BA Lakeside pool home close to ramp. Edge of desert. Close to ramp.

This is a great summer vacation home and a perfect house for the winter months. Located on the lakeside of Hwy 95 it is close to town and close to the water/launch ramp. 2 car boat deep air conditioned garage, R.V. parking to the side and the rear of property with FULL hookups. House is a corner lot that is 13,000 sq ft. House is 2000 sq ft and is fully loaded with everything you would need.

House has a great kitchen fully equipped with all the amenities, tile floors, Corian counter tops. There is a rooftop balcony that overlooks the lake and surrounding areas. Pool is an infinity edge and can be heated.


Amenities: This house has every Amenitie that you are used to having at home. House has t.v./dvd set up in every room. Bluetooth surround sound and speakers in whole house. House is extremely comfortable and feels like you’re at home. Kitchen has every appliance that you would ever need in a kitchen. House includes an infinity edge pool that can be heated very quickly. Pool has a great waterfall and it is very private.

Property was nice. Could use little touch ups, burnt out bulbs, etc. Reasonable cost to heat small pool. Nice umbrella you can mount at one end of pool. Great music system with non for controlling speakers in many areas. Would be nice if switches were labeled. There is a lot of them. Worth the stay!

we had a wonderful stay at this home, this is in fact our 2nd time staying here and have enjoyed both our visits. Ease of everything from checking in, communication, cleanliness and check out process. Great space to unwind, enjoy your family and or friends, the pool and outdoor space is very relaxing. We had fun with the gaming tables in the garage, would recommend!

House is very well appointed with the comfiest beds! Great location and beautiful views. Pool is gorgeous. Hosts are so nice and helpful and very easy to get a hold of to answer questions. We will definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.

Had the best time

We went to Lake Havasu so our son could checkout the fishing. His boat fit in the garage which was great so you didn't have to unload every night. The home is beautiful, open, clean and very comfortable. We will definitely stay there again if in the area and is available. The owners are very nice and available.

Our 2nd stay at this property, and we would return. It’s everything described, and no negatives. Know that the 4th bedroom (queen) & bath are off the garage (inside), but that makes for quiet separation.

Great place to stay with relatively large group. Comfortable beds. Plenty of entertaining activities provided by the host. Fusball, pingpong, boardgames etc. Kitchen was spacious and provided ample room to prepair meals for lrg group. Very nice weber grill.

Overall nice stay. Missing remote to pool so worked with owner to turn heat on. Unaware there would be a charge later for propane usage. Had to bring in Costco delivery of 3 boxes to the garage and work with Lowes to pick up another item while on my vacation with my sisters.

Spacious and comfortable home, with everything we needed for grilling, cooking, and relaxing. Lots of living & dining seating, in & out. Huge well-equipped kitchen—very large fridge /freezer, with bar seating. Wifi/Internet worked well except in Master bath. Airplay to LR TV or stereo (once we figured out how to use them). Nice small pool to cool off in. Ping pong & foosball lin the air-conditioned garage. Very private corner lot on the edge of open space. Lake Havasu Marina and Safeway groceries about 10 minutes away. Things to know… No ice maker, but freezer holds 60 pounds of ice. Garage has only 1 indoor space free, but plenty of driveway and gravel parking. Ask about operation of TV, stereo, and pool in advance. 4th bedroom & bath are off the garage.
