About this property
Across the street from Prospect Park! Spacious Studio
Amazing studio apartment in historic pre-war building RIGHT ACROSS FROM PROSPECT PARK in the prime neighborhood of Lefferts Gardens, Brooklyn. This home is open to folks from all communities, backgrounds, and identities. This gorgeous, sunlit apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay and is tastefully decorated with high-quality, mid-century modern furnishings. It's two minutes away from the express Q train station, where the train will get you to Manhattan in just 15 minutes.
This spacious studio apartment features a unique split level lay-out; a separate eat-in kitchen; and room for a huge sofa, queen sized bed, and plush arm-chair. The apartment is centrally located, but is very quiet and insulated from street noise, making it an oasis in the city. And the best part: the entire space is absolutely bathed in sunlight! You will find tasteful, unique, and functional decor, that make excellent use of the space.
The neighborhood of Prospect Lefferts Gardens is the very best Brooklyn has to offer! It runs along the eastern side of Prospect Park, which was created by the same designer as Central Park and is absolutely beautiful. This building is located on Ocean Avenue, which borders Prospect Park, and there are two entrances to the park each just half a block away. The bustling Flatbush Ave, which runs parallel to the park, offers all of the shops, restaurants, and nightlife one could desire. The building is steps away from a supermarket, farmers markets, yoga studios, cafes and restaurants, a lake for paddle boating, an ice skating rink, the Brooklyn Botanical Gardens, the Prospect Park Zoo, and the Brooklyn Museum. Best of all, the neighborhood is friendly, safe, and rich with the cultural vibrancy that Brooklyn is famous for. Other desirable neighborhoods such as Bushwick, Bed-Stuy, Park Slope, and Downtown Brooklyn are just a short distance away, and Manhattan is just 15 minutes away by train, so this neighborhood is a great home base to explore all that the city has to offer!
