Centrally located opposite the beach and next to the Molos promenade, in the heart of the tourist area and a short walk to Limassol zoo and only 800m to the Old Port/New Marina. The building offers guests exclusive use of the rooftop communal pool and a gym. There is security entrance with a camera system.
It can accommodate up to 4 guests with the use of the sofa bed.
Perfect for both holiday and business travellers.
Kindly note that electricity is included in the price (based on a limit of 10Kwh per day).
If consumption is exceeded, the difference will be charged extra at 0.34c per Kwh.
The meter is read on arrival and departure.
Water and WiFi is included (no charge).
Beach towels are provided along with a cooler bag during the summer season.
The apartment is non smoking, however smokers are welcome to use the balcony.
