Its best for solo travelers or couples looking to explore Charleston and hang out on Folly beach. You can walk to the beach in less than 2 minutes and walk to 10+ beach restaurants in less than 3. As close at it is to the beach, shopping, restaurants; the street is very quiet; at night you'll only be able to hear the waves or someone singing/playing guitar in the distance. Great Little Spot!

The Crows Nest is a great little spot that has a super close beach access and is just a couple block walk to Center St. We have been coming to Folly for years and the location is awesome! It is a smaller unit but that did not affect the good time we had. Roger was responsive when we had a question and we had a great time!

Interior was great, outside could use a lot of cleaning, especially the roof top seating area.

Great little spot!!

It was our first time at Folly beach and this spot was perfect! It was right by a beach access point and downtown. Besides for driving into downtown Charleston we did not need our car at all the full trip. Great place for long walks on the beach and bar crawling.

Owner responds quickly to any communications, it’s a great location location, saw an Owl in one of the oaks that overhangs the street. Pictures are accurate and a great representation of the rental unit. Definitely no issues with humidity, the owner has fixed any issue you read about in earlier reviews.
